A great appliance store with a huge inventory in house. No waiting for delayed supply chain issues. Just pick what you want and buy it on the spot. Friendly staff and great prices on there products. Dont forget to check out the cratch a dent section for a really good deal. We found four different GE Profile series refrigerators with tiny bits of damage ........a tiny dent or a small scratch sometimes on the side and hidden from view but you still get a great discounted price. Brand new this refrigerator is $3,500.00 and the same refrigerator with a tiny ding in it cost us $2,800.00 . My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and weve had no problems with the refrigerator. They are also willing to negotiate on the price for appliances in the cratch and dent section........we found it easy to get an additional $200.00 off the offered price by just asking. Dont be afraid to ask because they want to make a deal with you.

I give this company 0 Stars! Will not spend another dime in the store or recommend this place to anyone. I have bought several houses worth of appliances from here and now the service is horrible. The washing machine I bought has not broke 2 times in three years. I bought the warranty and the warranty company is worthless. I continue to get the run around from east coast and Green leaf. It has been 2 months now without a washing machine and I can get no one to help me. I was told from the store that I could get approval from the warranty company to exchange for a new washer. I am now being told that this is not an option. It is totally unacceptable to pay for a service and not get the service paid for. And then get blown off by the store clerk when I take my time to actually go to the store and try to get help to remedy the situation. I like to try and support the local companies and not the big box stores but I can guarantee I will never shop at this place and I will make sure I never let any of my friends either. It is obvious that once they have your money they could careless about the customer!!!!!!! If someone from the store reads this look up my info in your system and contact me.Id love to explain to you all of the issues I have had dealing with East Coast and your warranty company. After getting screwed by appliances connection and home depot for a double wall oven. Somehow these guys had one in stock when every other company told me the nearest date would be July.I was nervous but relented and ended up buying a microwave and a double wall oven which were both collectively under 2,000. Way less than everybody else, and the salesman I dealt with both times was very polite and kind and definitely made sure I keep shopping there.I buy a lot of appliances all over the state of Virginia and will be buying them from East Coast every time from here on out.

I have been considering a new washer for a couple of months. This morning I submitted a request for more information on a product and within 10 minutes, the sales associate, JR, had emailed me with info and called me directly to make sure I received the info. He was helpful and let me know which items were available and their locations, as well as what brand of washer was currently on back order. Helpful and saved me a potential headache down the road.

I bought a washer from here and had a problem with it. Called service it was going to be a week out. I have a wife and two teenage girls in soccer. Lots of clothes that need to be washed. I am editing my review to express our dissatisfaction with their customer service. When we got the refrigerator home we discovered that the toe kick taped inside was the wrong size for the refrigerator. We returned to the store and were offered an obviously broken one. When we pointed that out to the guy on the sales floor his response was to shrug and tell us you get what you pay for-totally rude and unprofessional. We did buy a scratch and dent but it was not our fault that someone there taped the wrong size toe kick inside. We were then told that a new one would be ordered for us. When we called back a couple of weeks later we find out it was never ordered. Then were told it is now ordered. 2 months later calling about where the toe kick is we find out again it was never ordered and we should not have been told that in the first place. However, we were told that and expect them to deliver on their promise. We have been getting a total run around and they have been dishonest with us from the start. Now we are told that a new one has indeed been ordered and it will be in by this Friday. We are not holding our breath, but we shall see...Walked in to buy a refrigerator. Michael Peck immediately greeted us, helped us and closed the deal. He was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience.

This is our second time (by luck) working with John Langhorne. As a salesman, he is very patient. If he doesn’t have an immediate answer, he’ll look it up. He is never pushy, and gives us the space to talk it over and make the right decision for our house.

Do not buy from this company. Our freezer section of our refrigerator wouldnt close properly. We bought a five year warranty. The repairman ordered the wrong part. We rescheduled for him to return 2 weeks later between 7:30 - 10 am. 3 days before service,, they called, left a message and changed the time which is on labor day. They wanted to come between 1-4.We tried to call them prior to this 5 times and waited between 20- 45 min. With no answer. One time we left a message to call us back no return. The sales people wont help us out. The selection on the phone says to talk to administration . When you choose that option you cant leave a message. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ASKED THE SALES REP TO LEAVE A MESSAGE TO HIS BOSS. HE SAID AFTER HE GETS THROUGH ALL HIS OTHER PAPERWORK HE WILL CALL. I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE. They care about the sale, they dont care about what happens after. The last time I called I took a picture of the wait time on my other phone it was past 45 min . A few minutes later the phone message said This call can not be completed and hung up on me. DO NOT BIY FROM THEM. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY. I was going to add a photo of the 47:10 wait time but this post wont letme.

My freezer and ice maker in the refrigerator I purchased from East Coast Appliances stopped working. I called and Ashley couldnt have been more helpful and professional. She looked up my account and told me step by step what I needed to do to put in a claim on my warranty. Henry came to my home and assessed the problem, and answered all my questions. Two weeks later he was back and fixed the problem... I just heard ice drop into the bin. Its heartening to see such professionalism and good service these days; its much appreciated!

We bought a refrigerator (along with a dishwasher, washer and dryer) from them on March 27, 2021. Our fridge stopped working on May 20, 2021. Incredibly disappointing. We, of course, lost a bunch of food as well. GE repairman had to replace the main control board...seems a little early!

Edit:Tim and his team came through, within a few hours I received a call letting me know that my dryer will be delivered within two days. With how they handled and rectified the issue I will definitely be coming back. His Delivery team was highly professional and efficient and left no trace that they were here.Ordered a dryer 6 days ago was told it will be delivered and setup today. Did not revive any contact so I called to find out it was just delivered to their store and will be delivered next week. We were proactive and sold our old dryer 3days after we ordered the new one (because the delivery estimate we were given) and that backfired.

My niece and nephew are my landlords . They purchased new appliances for the apartment below me and were replacing the range in my apartment. At the time that I was to receive delivery I came down with the virus. I canceled the delivery but the message didnt get to the delivery people and they brought it anyway when they brought the others for downstairs. They took it back to the store but Ive had to cancel one more time they have been very very Patient. Both Brian and Mike have been very supportive in my rescheduling. I am 74 years old I and I needed some help widen the entrance. Delivery is to come soon. The 1st delivery was Not My mistake hope they will not be charging me for it. They still deserve the stars for their patience .🤦🏾‍♀️👍🏽
