Ordered parts for stove on a Thursday, told they would be in the following day and would receive a call. I never received the call, came in on Monday to pick them up and was told they were delayed in shipping. Was never notified from anyone and will have to go out of my way to go back a second time to pick the parts up. No empathy expressed by associate.

Ordered the wrong freezer thermostat control for me. Even after providing the model, part # and old part. I believe the employees are doing the best they can but the company store/warehouse is a disorganized mess and its just a lackadaisical attitude. No training, No pride. This is a direct reflection on leadership.I was able to fabricate a new bracket and got this one to work because it was easier than relying on the experts.Update - I just bumped this review up to 4 stars because the owner had a positive response. It just seems a shame that a business with so much potential and local market share wouldnt be flourishing. PS. I fabricated a new mount bracket and got this one working because the client had an expensive side of beef on ice. I got paid, cleint is chillin, everyones happy.

I purchased a timer for my dryer three days ago. Come to find out I don’t need it. Brought it back to the store for a refund and they said there was a scratch on the terminal. In no way will that affect the conduction of electricity. One sales person said that they would take it back and the other sales person number 110 said that they could not take it back. So I spent $83 on a part that I don’t need, I’m out of work and that could’ve been a week of groceries. Thank you so much for your understanding during this stressful time in everyone’s life.

I cannot say enough good about my experience at Cashwell. I was sent there from another shop telling me that if anyone had it Cashwell would.I was looking for a gas stove part, had no idea what it was even called. I had something sort of what I needed, walked in with it, explained my situation, and they understood what I was asking, and gave me a part to see if it worked! And it did!!!!!!!!!! Very very helpful and knowledgeable. Staff are friendly and easy to work with. I had a starter switch on my GE dryer that had gone out. The model number on the dryer didnt match the parts catalog number exactly but the counter guy was very intuitive in solving the mismatch. Great place and good service. It struck me as I watched the counter staff that the work environment was very friendly which carried over to the overall mood of the store.

Very helpful and respectful and even worked out my questions over the phone with me. they helped me out when I didnt have much to offer back. I appreciate these folks and their technicians.

Make it your first stop rather than your last when you are searching for that special part. Knowledgeable people behind the counter and thousands of repair parts behind them to supply the exact part you need to complete a job. Doctor Dan is especially helpful.

I was searching high and low for a specialized terminal for an electric dryer. They had a pack of 15 that they could have sold me. Knowing I was probably going to only need 1 or 2, the two gentlemen behind the counter searched through their spare parts locker. They located two brand new terminals and gave them to me free of charge. In todays world of trying to find a business to trust, Cashwell Appliance Parts stands out as a class act in my opinion.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Theyve had the 3 parts in stock that Ive needed in the last 7-8 months for a competitive price. Our appliances are older so Ill gladly return here when I need another part.

NOT recommended for the DIYer or amateur, unless you know exactly what you need. Store uses fine print to not stand behind their seemingly simple & fair return policy.

I went there in August of 2015, I found the staff to be extremely friendly and very professional. I needed an obscure part (1/4 inch tee for a refrigerator over 12 yrs old), they did their research and had the part for me the next day. Great place.

One of the few places that lets the public buy appliances repair parts. They had the capicitor I needed to fix my AC condenser at a lower price than I could find online. Plus they do military discount.

I have been to Cashwells a few times now. Between YouTube and Cashwells I have saved myself so much money. The staff there is helpful and they always have great advice. I just replaced the defrost thermostat on my fridge. Piece of cake.

#DIY LOVE CASHWELLS! As a woman who is over service people A1 ripoffs, the people at Cashwells are like knights in shining armor! They helped me change out the element on my dryer and sold me the part and are now helping me get part to repair door switch. They try and help you fix your appliance issues your self, rather than acting like your trying to be cheep because you want to Do It Yourself!

Ive been going to Cashwells for years. you cant get the parts they have unless you want to wait for mail order. I bought parts and books on DIY repair there and saved money without having to replace major appliances.
