Great and fast service recently at my local At&t store...The salesman was very helpful in deciding the right new phone for me,price/operating system ect.
Great employee, very knowledgeable. Harrison is a great employee and he is very friendly. Came in to get a new phone for my daughter. He told us about the specials going on with the phones and accessories. Only came in for a phone and left with two new apple watches. We were very pleased will definitely ask for him again.
Came into the store with issues on the account and needed help to solve them. Harrison was a great help. He answered all of my questions and fixed my account. He is a great help and would recommend anyone to see him for any issues you may have.

Not real thrilled. Whenever they ask you for an ID and you dont have one with you you have to go back and take the handicap van again and pay him for the ride. I find it ridiculous to require that you must have an government ID to pay on a bill.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not go here unless you want to be strung along for over an hour even though employes are available, only to be told they cant help you due to your location. 0/10, if I could give this store and these individuals a lower rating I would.
My name is Shaun Hill and I came into the store with questions on my iPhone 7plus. A young man by the name of Austin, was so helpful. He was so charismatic for a younger man. I was highly impressed with his knowledge and his patience for my lack of. I highly recommend anyone needing very helpful service, to seek out Austin. He was very understanding and didn’t rush me through his time spent with me. He is an outstanding addition to AT&T and for people like me, just trying to get a grip on this technology. Never returned my call after visiting the store and calling them 3 separate times. For a phone provider they need to work on their communication skills. Went to the Washington, IN store for better customer service, they took care of me in 20 minutes.

After a hard day of attempting to get internet (from a different company), I went into the Vincennes store to talk to them about a mobile hotspot. Not only was the employee (Will) completely honest with me, but he also had the manager (Kevin) come out and I received his honest opinion on what options would be best for my situation. They both worked with me for over an hour to get another company to provide services to my house while also helping me chose a tv plan that worked well with my family. Furthermore, was extremely thankful for the services that these two gentlemen provided, they went above and beyond.
Absolutely horrible....I paid my pay as you go phone bill then the man told me to give him my Id. I refused so he would not turn on my service so I just asked for my money back..well he refused to give me a refund...AT&T office in Vincennes In..shame on you for your sevice and stealing from me..
We received ATT internet for a year. Multiple times our internet would go out. We had to replace motums twice. Which isn’t exactly what you would like to do when paying for internet. Now I’m currently having a problem because even after mailing my final motum back on time, I’m still getting billed for the motum. Talked to a representative and they won’t remove the bill unless I have a receipt (from a months ago) that says the motum was mailed back. Not worth the stress or the lack of paid for service in my opinion. Definitely won’t be a returning customer.
