My wife and I purchased living room furniture a couple months ago. We recently found that it was infested with bed bugs. My wife called and was told that it must be our house that I have lived in for 30 years without issues. The furniture was the only new element that we have brought into the home. We called an exterminator whom inspected this furniture and he said that it has been home to bed bugs for several months and was positive this is where our problem started. He found bugs in various stages of life cycle and was vary detailed in proving how long they had been in this furniture. Now I am stuck paying an exterminator and looking for new furniture AGAIN! VERY disappointed in the way Rent One brushed us off by saying it must be us. Customer service is not a priority at all after they have your money. Do not purchase anything from here because if our furniture was that badly infested chances are so are others. This came off of their floor in their store.

I highly recommend never getting anything from them. They don’t give you any grace periods if you don’t have the money then and there. If you do come up with the money, whatever day you pay it, changes the due date for the other payments. I’ll pay my bill one day and then a couple of days after, they’ll call and call and say that my bill is due again. They will call and hound you and your references to the point to where you’ll want to give them back the merchandise, but you’ve already paid so much and just want to try to keep paying on it. We are buying a couch from them and the interest they add on is ridiculous. Our couch would’ve been paid off a long time ago if it wasn’t for the interest. We are paying up to $1,400 for a pre-owned couch. I highly recommend saving up your money if you’re wanting to get something new. You’ll save so much in the long run.

Staff is super kind and helpful. Some items that have been used/re-poed were damaged (scratches and dents) so we made sure to rent to own brand new furniture. Over all I am happy with my furniture and the way the staff is so helpful and kind

They didnt have what I initially wanted despite it being a featured item on their website. The wait was going to be 4-6 weeks !! Forget that!!! I did find a couch and recliner that I should be getting in a couple days. I ultimately chose them because of the RTO price being much cheaper than their competitors...

I was going to rent an Xbox from them told me twice their service range was 1 hour radius which I am within the hour radius then all of a sudden after I pay online. They call me and tell me they don’t want to service me.... definitely do not recommend!!!!
