We chose to mail through a different provider. Service is hit and miss here. Some employees are happy to help here, others you feel like you are bothering them.

The two ladies there were very rude, they were in a rush it seemed. They seemed upset about doing their “job”. They were rude when I asked for help. I don’t think it’s good customer service to make your customers feel like your a bother. They definitely need to work on their manners, and customer service skills.

Just want to thank Marissa and Avery on Navarro ste 600, for their outstanding customer service and work they did on a t-shirt print. I was more than happy with the results of the design and quality of the product. Would totally recommend that store for prints as they made it quick, easy and provided great customer service. Will for sure do business again there.

Bought a flag sign from them some months ago. The team was great at helping me design it to my satisfaction and went above and beyond during the process. Had a complaint later about the sign and the owner personally took the time out of his busy schedule to personally come bye my wifes shop and take care of it. When she called me and told me what he did, I was like WOW, who does that! CASEY HOUSWORTH thats who, Owner &Sales of UPS. Kuddos to him for doing that! Hes a true hero of the small the small business industry for going that extra mile. His store will forever have my business in the future to come. MY APOLOGIES FOR PUTTING MY FOOT IN MY MOUTH!

Got a report spiral-bound at this location in less than 30 minutes that would have taken Office Depot 3-4 days. Have shipped things from here as well, very good service.
