Well customer service was great but turned oit to be a scAm just glad I got my package back

I have received many packages from them but they can never remember address or find me. They make no attempt in finding house. They have my phone number as well but I never receive a phone call. How does such a big company not have the capability to mark an address in their system if they have that much trouble finding it. A simple phone call if address cant be found can solve this very easily.

I try not to leave bad reviews but this place is the worst. The customer service is horrible.

FedEx is horrible, they attempt to deliver at the same time everyday, when 90% of people are at work, won’t leave my package, and tell me they can deliver at a different time for an extra charge. I called and asked if I can pick it up at a facility, they said no. So they tried one more time then sent it back to the shipper.

A package shipped to me was to be delivered on 2/23/19 and was put back on the truck due to “delivery exception”. I have no idea what that means. After calling the main FedEx number for customer support, they said it could have been damaged. This one was supposedly sent back to the shipper. Another delivery date for the new item was for 2/27/19. I received an email notification that it was delivered and signed for by S. Martinez. I had no package and know no one by that name. It supposedly was delivered erroneously to another location. FedEx corporate is initiating an investigation of the incidents. I did receive other packages, so I’m guessing great care was taken with the dog food deliveries as opposed to two Emeril Largasse Air Fryers which were erroneously delivered to someone else or diverted at the facility. If anyone has seen one of these air fryers floating around Victoria, I would love to have it, no questions asked. The product is now out of stock. This is not the first time a similar situation has occurred. I understand the holidays create a lot of stress and chaos, however, this seems to be a bit unique. I am trusting that this and my former experiences are isolated incidents.

They lost my packages and delivered it somewhere else not very pleased

This place is easy to miss its not visible from the highway but the sign is so you really have to watch for it it is behind the Jack in the box. The service is Good but not the friendliest place I have ever been to we went right at closing time but they let us in so there not so bad.

I have always had great customer service and lots of help at this location.

FedEx has always been good delivering packages to my house which is about 300 yards from our ranch gate. The gate is always open and has a good road to the house. However the last two times the driver has left the boxes at the gate. Once it had been raining ($450 item) and the second time ($250 item) was broken. I am not happy with this driver.

Priscilla is the rudest employee anyone can ever have. It doesnt matter what day it is...she never smiles, and acts like asking questions about their service is an imposition on her job. If she hates her job that much, she should find a new one. Because of the rude way she spoke to me, in front of other customers, I will never ship through high priced FedEx ever again!

Horrible service, very dishonest drivers, I will never send my packages through FedEx again!! Go to UPS people if you want to receive your packages. This is my fifth time having problems with FedEx, missing packages delivery drivers saying they put them in my mailbox yet I know for a fact they wont fit in my small mailbox, delivery drivers getting lost wrecking into my gate. I could go on and on, but I would just rather stick to UPS!! FedEx express liars Im done with you!!

Want to charge 800 to ship a 10 by 10 box weight 2.5 lb when a few shipped a bigger box more weight for may be 50

I have lived in the U.S. for over 16 years and used FEDEX all the time. We have an account with FEDEX. But the rudest customer service is at the Victoria, TX FEDEX shipping center. I understand the older lady was over worked. They have no idea how to go out of their way to support a customer, let alone a customer that has an account with them.Maybe it is a Victoria business ethics. Going the extra mile is not in the training. The older lady at the front desk was mean, rude, and did not want to help at all whats so ever. She just had to talk to me because I was standing there and asking questions, where she is supposed to be helping. She just had to help me. I wanted to tell the lady, she has a job at FEDEX because of customers like us. I do not ship just one letter here and there. We use FEDEX all the time. Maybe it is time to change to a different vendor.
