From the front desk to the whole salon everyone is awesome and very friendly! Stephanie is our favorite stylist!! She has also been doing my sons wild hair for the past few years and never fails to do a wonderful job!! Be sure to ask for Stephanie for all your hair needs from color to cut!! She never disappoints! :)

I have been going to the salon and Stephanie is awesome! She is helping me through a complicated process of getting the old color out of my hair and going all gray. Cant wait to see the final results! Prices are good too.

My mom bought me a gift card for Christmas and they had great sales in there but when I downloaded the app I got more coupons. I got 2 very nice sweaters under 20 bucks. Ive gotten so many compliments on them since I got them. I wanted to go back and get more colors and I probably still will do that.

No. Not enough registers to check out. I do like to shop there. I can always find too much.I love your purses but when I get home and put my stuff into the new purse it may not work.Pennys has been so good to me when I take a purse back as long as I get one that’s the same brand and price. We don’t live in Victoria so it’s hard to return the purse. I never can find my receipt but they work with me and I have exchanged purses a lot. A purse has to fit like a pair of shoes! The last time I changed the dept . head had an attitude with me. It’s okay. I deserved it. I have changed too many times! I do like Penny’s. Just ask my husband!

I went to the jewelry counter and the sales lady was the best, very knowledgeable, helpful of my needs, patient of me looking at several different kinds of jewelry not just one piece, she was not pushy in any way, I got a chain, earrings, (a surprise for my sons girlfriend) and a ring, we looked in several different cases in total the sales lady helped me for almost an full hour. Super Kudos, and a big thank you.

It was good until one of the employee started to follow me around the store

I was in the store for 3/hrs NOT one associate in several Departments asked, If I needed assistants. They stood around chating with each other, its not like they were busy checking out customers etc. Shoe department associate was nowhere to be seen. Merchandise on hosiery, is the worst Ive ever seen, providing only ONE selective brand Hanes. The store looked very clean and organized, clearly thats your full focal point. Customer Service is a challenge that leads to success in business. The importance and valued goals need to be prioritized in this JCP location.

Terrible. Shoe department has been changed, I assume for self-service/Christmas. Shoes under-stocked, sizes out of order and missing, display messed up. Apparently returned shoes stuck back on shelves in the shipping box. I always try on shoes before buying. Now I will have to order online, be prepared to return if they dont work.

In the middle of the transaction, their POS shuts down and the cashier simply says “ooh you’re going to wait for a long time.” It ended up being true, we’ve been here for almost 40 mins just standing while the other are getting checked out. Not one manager came to check up on the situation and the employees did not even seem apologetic about it. It is really inconsiderate of them to make us wait like this when it is not our fault if their computer shuts down. Mind you, I have a 2 year old toddler and other places we have to go to. Y’all need to make the necessary updates on your ancient computer system and also work on your customer service skills.

When they have sales, u can usually find what u need reasonably priced.

Part of the victoria mall, very nice store. Very well upkept. They could definitely use some more cashiers when it comes to checking out sometimes, specially during rush times. The times that I have been there the customer service was always fairly good. Most cashiers are friendly.

I ordered a Serta sleeper Mattress on December 30th. If I had known I was not getting it delivered til some time this month I would have gone somewhere else. The Mattress was suppose to delivered by a company out of Houston but they called today and said their truck had broken down and wouldnt deliver til maybe Monday. Well Monday came and went. No phone call no nothing. Its Wednesday and still waiting. One thing after another. Ill NEVER BUY a mattress or anything else from them again. Learned my lesson.
