The store is very neat and clean. Im glad that more food items are offered, but Victoria, TX could really benefit from a Super Target with a complete grocery department. The Super Target in Sugar Land, TX is awesome and I wish we had something similar here. Open a Super Target in Victoria, TX!

I love Target but I am supremely annoyed with a recent transaction issue with your card readers - you currently have $300 of my money due to a scanner issue scanning my card 4 times. It sounds like it happened in multiple locations. Supposedly a team went in and reversed the duplicates, except they missed 2 of them in my account. Customer service regarding this has sucked at the store and corporate level. I have been told that I have to handle it through my bank and it may take up to 10 days to get my money back. WOW! How is that right? Come on Target! Ive had to put way too much time into this and its your screw-up. Just not right!

I selected a 10 because I am extremely satisfied with my pickup experience. Love that its super simple and easy. Ive done the pickup a few times and every time it has been a great experience.

I cant wear a mask. I get sick. I was not allowed to shop. I was denied entrance to the store. I stay 10-15 ft away from everyone and I do all I can to protect myself and others. Wearing a mask makes me dizzy and I throw up. What is gonna be worse in the long run!! I was allowed to shop without a mask about a month ago before the mandate was lifted now Im not. Makes no sense. I was very sad today

Usually has what Im needing, but I was disappointed that there were no cashiers working and it was all self checkout. I enjoy the interaction with the cashier, and the fact the he or she bags the items for me and takes my hangers if Im buying some clothes, as I was today. I know, thats Karen material, but I mean it just enhances my experience, thats all. Its the little things, usually, that help brighten up somebodys day and makes things a bit simpler. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My orders are always correct and if an item is unavailable I am notified. I’ve called as little as 30 minutes before pickup to add to my order and it’s ALWAYS ready.

I like this store they have a large selection of goods from clothes to toys and anything in between. Friendly staff the prices are not bad and there are a few other stores next door its in a outlet like there is a Ihop next door also in case you get hungry. I recommend this place.

Great stocked selection of needed and wanted items. Very friendly and helpful staff. Organized, clean store. Lots to praise for an enjoyable and productive shopping experience each time I visit.

The reason I give this rating is because I was there 2 weeks ago, and there were literally stocking boxes down every aisle. This isn’t the first time it has been this way. I have worked in a grocery store before so I understand stocking and the need for it, but every aisle? Probably 75% of the boxes didn’t have a single person working on them, so why bring them on the floor when the aisles are narrow in this store? I couldn’t get down majority of the aisles. I ended up leaving my cart with the items I had been able to retrieve. I hated doing that but it was kind of frustrating for the customer, and I wasn’t the only one feeling that way that day. Also, when you call the store and hit the prompt to talk to someone, it hangs up every time! I did an online order because not all brands are carried at this store (which is totally understandable and fine), but my order wasn’t supposed to be ready until tomorrow (Saturday), but I got a message on Wednesday, which is great that it was early, but now I got a message saying that I must it up by tomorrow (the original date it was to be ready). It is a holiday... Black Friday too, and I was just going to come on Monday but I now can’t get a hold of the store to see if I can pick it up on Monday and to make sure they don’t send it back. I will now have to make a trip (on Black Friday) to the store. I really love target but not a fan of this store.

I went to Target to buy some Polaroid film for my sons camera that he got for Easter. this was one of the only stores that had the kind of film I was looking for my first time ever going to Target the entire time I was followed around by a bald man with a beard everywhere I went he was there.I just find it very rude that paying customers get followed around like theres some sort of criminals I would understand if you was there a couple times but even when I went to go to check out he was there. Target needs to realize that not everybody or thieves.and good honest customers dont respect being followed around stores Ive never been followed around a store ever this was my first experience life. And I did not find it very comfortable to be followed and watched.

Parking was easy and plenty. Carts were easily accessible and clean. The store was organized and stocked. Fitting room attendant was kind and helpful. Fitting rooms were clean and accessible. No wait at self checkout. Overall these things made my shopping experience fast and easy.Other than y’all’s self checkout camera, that made me self conscious. Haha jk

A cashier refused to check out me and my niece, saying he was closed but right after we steped into the next lane he tells the man that steps behind us that he can check him out. Do target employees have the right to refuse black customers at this time? If so a PSA should have gone out!

Why are the staff not uniform?Nothing wrong with a logo shirt or at least the requirement to wear a solid red shirt.It’s getting harder and harder to find help in here and it’s because they don’t even look like employees. They’re not asking us if we need help like they used to and now they’re hiding in plain clothes. This girl today was wearing a black shirt with a red floral sweater.Yea it’s target and therefore cool, but they still have a rep to uphold and it doesn’t seem like the new management team is up to par.

Great prices for a retail superstore. They offer many ways to get discounts such as their Target Red Card or through their cartwheel program. It does not offer the selection of a Super Target, but they do have some groceries and fresh produce. The major complaint I have is that I feel like the store isnt well kept. I dont know if its because their labor budget is small, or if its an employee thing

Good value for money, Christmas specials, good assortment, rewards. Lots of parking spaces and lots of registers open. Buggies were readily available.

Great store, clean and friendly. Plus if you have the cartwheel app and their red card you can save quite a bit of money. They only negative is sometimes they dont have enough cashiers, or they are slow to react.

Tell your workers (with the walkie talkies) not to ask a mom with a basketful of groceries and a toddler if “you can go ahead and use the self service check out.” Just common sense. My answer will always be “no, I don’t work here.”

Im a fan of Targets but thus one is particularly slow. Often, even during busy hours, theyll only have two registers open. Expect to stand in line for at least fifteen minutes. They get three stars due to selection and cleanliness. They lose two due to slow lines

A very basic small town Target. We were looking for a console type stand to put a TV on and they had 2 choices. Luckily, one of the choices worked for us and looks great.

One of the best managed in all of Texas. This target has everything you need and its an excellent place for Victoria to get all their supplies.

The cashier named Alex was very rude. This is not the first time she had attitude when we have been there. She didnt say anything, like hi, how are you, this is the amount, thank you etc. She huffed when she had to check us out and was very sloppy. She never cracked a smile either. If you have a bad attitude maybe she shouldnt work upfront with the customers. Maybe put her in the back putting out stock that way she wont have to speak to nobody. Customer service needs some attitude adjusting at this store.

Had to wait 20 mins to pick up pacakage since everyone wants to check out at the customer service desk. What is the point of having self checkouts when no one uses then, here is a thought make a kiosk for online order for people who do use the technology.
