Please avoid using William L. Martin SR. as your sales agent!!!!He will do and say anything to close the deal to the point of misinforming you. He told me back in October that I would be able to bring in my vehicle to get free details any time that I would like to, because it was a free service that the dealership provided.When I went to get my car detailed today, they informed me that it was only a once a year service that they provided. When I called William to try to rectify the situation, he told me that he never said that and completely went back on what he told me.I dont think I will recommend anyone that I know to buy a vehicle from this dealership and if they do, I will warn them about Williams sales tactics. This experience has made me reconsider buying a second vehicle from the dealership and I will probably look to buy from other dealerships that have sales reps that keep their word and dont mislead you to close a sale.

So story time. Put in an interest on their website about a trade in and get called saying I can expect 3-5k over what the website said. Get in there and it’s 3-5k under what the website said. The bait and switch tactics to get you in the door is insane. Avoid Vanessa and don’t trust what she says since she was the one to lie to me.

Received a phone call to drive down from San Antonio over 2 hours and discuss a rise in trade-in value and numbers on a new truck. After spending about 2-3 hours for an evaluation, driving a truck, and having a credit check ran, we went back and forth on a deal that they eventually wouldn’t honor after I came back after 30 minutes of having time to think. Salesman said “sorry they now said you have to go 84 months or it’s a no deal,” when we had already agreed on a deal for 72 months. Bad business and have lost a customer completely. This service will be relayed to family members. Mark was one of the only guys who seemed that he was genuine and actually trying to help me. I’ve never posted a review before, but felt I had to so hopefully no one else will have to experience the same situation.

The sales team has always been great! Unfortunately my experience with the service department has been totally opposite! This review is solely for the service department. Issues have been ongoing with them since December 2020. This will have been our 4th vehicle purchased from Victoria Dodge and unfortunately do to the horrible experience with the service department this will probably be our last vehicle purchased there!

Came all the way to Victoria from Gonzales, to look at a 2020 Jeep Wrangler listed at $38,000 online (pictured with a lift and all other additions) after speaking with Jennifer to make sure that the price was listed correctly, and she stated that the only thing the $38,000 didn’t include was TTL... to get there and have the Jeep sitting in the parking lot with the sticker saying $57,000. Don’t believe what they have posted online! It’s sorry that they made us driver an hour for false advertisement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VICTORIA DODGE JEEP RAM.

I would like to thank William for his patience and perseverance in getting me in to a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 Tradesman. His years of knowledge and experience were a definite plus in my situation. I had come from Port Aransas, and the truck William found for me was in Houston. This made for quite a logistics nightmare. Although I gave up pretty quickly, William did not. William is a kind, honest, hard working man, and I truly appreciate all that he did to get me in to such a wonderful truck.

Need to work on customer service. We tried to make a deal being 3 hrs away. Our sales person took all our info we made and application and never got back to us. Had to call sales manager and the process they have or use isnt the best. But if customer service is Key and they lost a sale because of that...

I would give less than one star. Typical big city dealership. I spoke with Vanessa on the phone about the price of a truck. Asked questions about financing. Qualifying for 84 months. Get to the dealership to find out price on internet is not correct. They lead you to believe thats the discounted dealer price like it states . But once you get there of course that is not the case. Price went up 7000. Turned around and walked out. They seemed very accustomed to this. Nothing new to them. Why cant they just put the honest price online. Then list the discounts that you most likely wont get.Vanessa knew per texts that it would have been a tight deal with the full discount. I told her that my numbers did not look like it would work out. But she never once mentioned or bothered to ask questions to see what discount I would actually get. she did not care. I have the text to prove it. She will post a reply denying it all Im sure. Just save the hassle and ask them about what discount you will get before you make the drive

After sending you the first correspondence about this 2015 Chrysler Chevy Cruise email your dealership went half on repairs. We were out 500.00. Then after had the nerve to ask me to write a review since you assumed i was happy with what you did for us. I wasnt happy i was appeased very big difference! Ever since we purchased this car we have had nothing but trouble. Codes keep coming on we go have them checked out, pay for the diagnostics and the repair. Here we are again with more codes one of which is DTC PO299 which I am being told is a 1500 fix and that the car may possibly die all together. We came in to help my son purchase his FIRST car, granted it was used, but it doesn’t matter we trusted that you would be totally transparent as any trustworthy dealership would be. I really hate feeling that your dealership knew this car was a dud and sold it to us anyway. Sure, we should have known something was up when you were pushing warranty but again we trusted you. We trusted that you took the time to vet the car and make sure no major repairs and if there were any you would tell us so we could decide to purchase or not. But you didnt! I am hoping you guys will help with this new cost. Don’t expect it but hoping. I am so disappointed. We live in world where word of mouth goes a long way. I know I work for a Telecom company who believes that its not just about providing EXCELLENT service to the customer so that they will keep coming back. We want our customers to tell others about how great we are so that they bring service our way. Yes I see the great testimonials on your website. Why don’t you put the bad ones too? At this point I am truly disappointed and i am going to be the opposite I am going to tell any and all who will listen the terrible, in my personal opinion dishonest, experience we received at your dealership. This was my sons first car experience should have been great turned out to be his worst nightmare, car may be useless per mechanics that have looked at and feel engine will die all together before my son has even had it for a year, and yet he still has 13k to pay on it.

I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE purchasing or doing business with anyone one from Victoria dodge. I’m sure once they see my name in this post they should automatically know why. You can go to a shade tree mechanic and get it done cheaper for sure. They have taken all the joy out of our vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY REASON! I am blown away at how efficient the guys are at Victoria CDJR. Ross and Keith deserve a special thanks and went out of their way to make sure when I arrived from California that the truck was ready to go and all I had to do was sign documents. Everything that was on the invoice when I showed up had already been disclosed to me and there were NO surprises. I appreciate that. The 3500 LongHorn I purchased was in excellent condition and was able to make the trip up to Dallas with zero hiccups. Thanks to Howard for actually following through unlike most dealers and mailing me out the second key for the truck. These are the the guys I will be purchasing all my trucks from. Great work guys.

Went to the dealership to test drive a gladiator on 4.27.2020. Was greeted by a respectful finance guy out front who also went on a test drive with me. We made small talk on the drive and once I got back to the dealership he asked if I’d like to see some numbers. I replied yes I would, we stepped inside the showroom and he paired me with a salesman (undisclosed name) who I didn’t like from the start. We sat down and I gave him all the info he asked for, once we got to the credit application I told him I just want to see the value of my trade and the cost of the new vehicle. The salesman was very pushy on getting me to fill out the application I told him no, because if I don’t like the numbers I won’t buy it. He kept pushing and I left, few minutes later the finance guy calls me and asked what was wrong, I told him and he said he would resolve it. He told me he would get back to me on all the numbers that evening, here it is a while 24hrs later and I haven’t heard anything back from anyone. Moral of the store is, if you can’t serve your customers in a professional and timely manner. Than you should probably not advertise your scams all over the internet. I definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone for sales nor service.

I contacted Victoria Dodge seriously interested in a truck that they had listed on the internet. I spoke with a sales lady the first day and she said she would get back to me with a price. After 24 hrs. and no return call I called again and was connected with a different sales lady (Vanessa). Again I asked for a price to be negotiated for me and again no return call from the sales associate. So very frustrated and being over 550 miles away, so unable to go to the dealership. I called one more time and requested that the general manager Mr. Law call me, and as you might guess, I never received a call. There is a pattern of poor business practices and unprofessionalism at this business. One would think that if someone is trying to spend $50,000. + dollars with a company that they would have the common sense to return a call.

Well, my pastor and his wife were told over the phone after a preapproval they would be able to trade in their vehicles for the same or lower payment. I witnessed the salesperson tell them he was 99% sure they could make it happen and that was not the truth. They offered them a deal with higher payments and claimed their credit was not up to par to make it happen. They drove an hour and a half to not make a deal.

If all you need from this small town, small minded business is to purchase a vehicle, they can probably get it done. If any extras have to be added, DO NOT DO IT!! The manager I dealt with is a novice. He is also clueless regarding customer service and doesnt tell the truth. I have learned an important lesson and will never deal with people like this again. Their service to a person who spent over $40,000 on a vehicle was embarrassing and the owner should do something. He actually says Awesome Sauce! I know the truth so he can continue to tell lies. I thought I was doing a good thing buying locally, never again. You are an embarrassment to your trade!!! Also, go pick on a man. Theyd not put up with your stuff and Im sure youd treat him with more respect.

Would have given 5 star, but they didnt fully remove the top and disconnected the cruise by accident, which delayed my trip start time. Otherwise, appreciated the hospitality.

I called for a service appointment and told the employee my problem (death wobble) with my Dodge 2500 4x4 truck. I explained that another dealer in Louisiana found nothing wrong with my front end steering parts and just changed out my recall (a tie rod end). After that I tried some trusted local repair shops. With out success. I then tried google, I found several sites that recommended dual stabilizers. so I installed them and some new shocks, to no avail the problem still exists. While working today the (death wobble) happened on a fairly good road surface. It shook my truck enough to throw a full case of water on the floor. Thats when I called Killebrew Inc.Taking a long story here is the short version. The service man brought me to my truck and first told me the parts that could effect the steering and they were in good shape except I did have a duel stabilizer shock and that was not a original design. He also said that has had success changing back to a original design with success. As he was explaining that there is a adjustment to installing a single shock and a lot of people did not know this I asked what if it does not work. will I get my money back? Other Dodge dealers say the problem does not exist. At that time the service manager said that they would not work on the truck because I put on after market parts. REALLY! I said if thats so I have to go.A bright spot owner Mr. Killebrew who I met earlier did not charge me for my visit.A unprofessional service Manager willing to let a vehicle leave a repair shop with a known industry wide problem called the death wobble. I hope I can find a repair shop that will fix my truck before I get hurt or hurt someone else.Dodge USA backs the dealer for not repairing my DODGE TRUCK. Really!!!If you have changed parts and they are not stamped with Dodge. Do not take it to Killebrew they have set the standard not to work on the vehicle. Good Luck to All.

Least professional place I’ve ever been to. None of the staff know what they are doing, and I’ve personally been given the run around by them more than once. Not to mention the multiple times I’ve seen their customers wait in the waiting area for hours to do something as little as sign a piece of paper. They sold us a vehicle that was deemed UNRELIABLE BY THEM. Then after working out another deal, and purchasing a different vehicle they didn’t get paperwork done on time to the bank financing, leaving my family in a bind, and made promises to fix THEIR mistakes that weren’t fulfilled. Questions went unanswered, calls went unreturned and the staff gave no compensation to the damage done. We were pretty much given ultimatums with zero help from the finance professionals there. Please save yourself and your family the hassle and NEVER buy a vehicle at this establishment.

It has taken me a few months to write this, my apologies. Wife had worst experience with service here. Bought a Chrysler van a while back independently and needed remotes programmed. I scheduled service over the phone. I had a gut feeling the young lady I was on the phone with was trying to multitask because she didnt seem to actually pay attention but I was stupid enough to let it go and not double check. My wife went for the so called scheduled appointment and lo and behold, we were not in the schedule. The saved their butts and got her in but that was the end of their saving grace. My wife was referred to as that customer when inquiring as to why the service was taking so long. Seriously?! Unfortunately we had to go here for programming. Service was slow and impolite. Chrysler has lost our service and a very good chance of loyalty with products.

We bought a 2018 Charger with a broken radio and 2 door panels that were lifted up. And they told us as soon the the parts come in we will give you a call and they did we bring the car to dodge service this morning and the gentleman told us the car will be ready by early afternoon we came to check on the car and it was still in the parking lot and I told the gentleman that I was going out of town at 4 and he said the car should be out by then and at 2:30 they finally toke the car back and here is 4:32 and our car is still in the shop. I am not happy how they charge and delay. We have 2 Ram Promaster 2016 and 2017, all company vehicles. 2016 was sent in stayed longer than expected but im not going to talk much about that.2017 is what I sent in because the engine light came on just as I was going to work. Brought the vehicle in, came to know later (Reading from the receipt) it was battery problem. I brought the vehicle in, it was drivable as I brought it in.The vehicle was there for a week and a bill of $525. The battery cost $256 Labor $217. The explanation in the receipt saysupon diagnostic, found vehicle no start condition, jump started vehicle, charged and load tested battery. battery failed load test, installed new battery, cleared codes and retested, all ok. all codes are low voltage codesAll that was done within a week of not using company vehicle, and a bill of $500!!!.The sad part is we picked the vehicle drove only 24 miles (this includes driving to return the vehicle) the engine light is back on again. Now I am worried how long it is going to be there and what we are going to pay.Honestly if there were another place, I will stay away from this place. They take too long and charge too much.

Took a ram 3500 dually to have the tires rotated and the brakes changed. After receiving call after call saying multiple things need to be done such as air filter witch they did not even 5000 miles ago. They informed me that the front brakes were at 50% and the rears were needing to be done. I gave them the go ahead to do the rear brakes. After it being there all day I go to pick it up and pay for the service (before I went to pay I went to see if my tires were rotated since I marked them) they did not rotate the tires. I receive the paperwork to sign by the cashier and before I sign it I looked it over I was being charged for an oil change that I didnt request, being charged for a tire rotation they didnt do. And getting charged for the rear brakes. I forced them to take the oil change off and rotation off since I didnt request an oil change and they didnt do the tire rotation. Well the very next day I take the truck to Discount Tire to rotate the tires and asked if I could look at the brakes turns out the front brake pads were worn to the point they were all most metal to metal so I ended up doing the brakes in my driveway in an hours time. I will NEVER take my trucks to this dealer again. I will drive to Port Lavaca to have what I need done.

Brought truck to service center for very bad shaking in front end. They changed my 2008 ram 3500 front end to the newer style, cost around $1800. They said they test drove, but when i picked up was doing the same shake just outside their parking lot. Brought back asked them to balance tires and alignment, they said they balanced drive shaft. Picked it up, no charge 2nd time but still didnt fix problem said couldnt find anything wrong with truck. Brought to tire shop next day told me i had bent rim, swapped to spare tire problem fixed.

I was giving them the benefit of doubts but not only I paid money for jobs that didnt need to be done but they never mange to find the real fault in my car!! Took it to two different mechanic and they both agreed that theyve messed up big time and made my car worst that what it was. So far knock on wood Ive had great service with Victoria Dodge, I was worried when they were bought out by the owner of Port Lavaca Dodge as I had terrible service with that service department, Victoria Dodge even fixed an issue on my Wifes Durango that was caused by a recall repair that was done in Port Lavaca. Today I went in for an oil change and was going to schedule an appointment for a recall repair and they were like we can fix it now, this saved me a trip from Palacios and later before heading back home I realized that my 12 volt power converter cigarette plug thingy was not working, so I stopped back by, they pulled it around, found that a fuse was blown and they replaced the fuse, this was at 5:30 close to closing time. Keep up the great work

I own a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. I previously bought a brand new battery and a new alternator (July 2017). I was told by several diagnostic technicians that I needed a PCM or computor for my truck. I bought the computor from Victoria Dodge and had them program it (October 2017). After several hours I was called that my truck was ready. I went to pick it up and it wouldnt start. Martin from service came out jump started it and told me something was draining it and sent me on my way. No attempt to help resolve my problem. I drove home made sure everything was off and my truck wouldnt start again the next morning. Is this the excellent service from Victoria Dodge? I will never trust Victoria Dodge again.

Everyone was great! I had talked to the salesmen earlier in the week, than my husband checked in at another dealership and was not happy with the way he was treated, so needless to say I came back to Killibrew and am very glad I did. Thanks guys!!!!

The worst service ever!! I feel there has to be a way to keep these people from ripping people off, my husbands 2012 dodge ram 3500 larimie started missing and loosing power and we took it to killbrew well the first thing that happened was we where contacted by police asking if we wanted to press charge-s that our truck had been broken into and who ever done this took out dash tryng to get stereo and the tv. what was so upsetting is there was no forced entry. so that tells me they didnt lock up our truck not to minchin the price to fix our truck was billed at 5,000 dollars now needless to say, they did put everything back the way it goes in the truck on the inside were damage was done and they said they would even help us on the tottal price for our troubles well 4900 isnt too much of a discount when 4 weeks later truck wont even run!!!!!!!!!!! i am furious not to minchin we need to get home we are from mississippi HUSBAND HAS BEEN WORKING HERE AND we want to go home and they said they cant get to our truck right now! Oh and one of the codes read that number injector miss fire and this is the one they changed so we tell them that and they told us we would have to do 130.00 diagnostics test to prove it was their part. REALLLY!!!!!!!SERIOUSLY THE COMPUTER READS THAT ITS NUMBER ONE INJECTOR by our scanner BUT THey want us TO PAY THEM, MORE MONEY TO NOT FIX OUR TRUCK AND TO TRUST THEM TO PUT A COMPUTER TO IT WHEN I KNOW THEY CAN RESET AND CLEAR CODES AND PRETTY MUCH PROVE ME WRONG! THIS HAS GOT TO STOP I HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS AND I FEEL SADNED BY HOW THIS BUSINESS IS BEING SO DISHONEST

This is a review of the service department: unknowledgable and negligent. They put the wrong weight oil in my car for its first oil change. Forgot to rotate the tires, but remembered to charge me; as well as other small issues. I will never return to this dealership.
