Honestly, IF I could give only .25 star, that would more honestly represent my opinion of this dealership! We had called (as we live over 60 miles away, this dealership ISNT in a direction that we would normally take AND due to our age, we both have health issues that we must accommodate, thus why we VERBALLY CONFIRM availability prior to embarking) to inquire about a used vehicle they had listed. During the conversation with the salesman, he brought to our attention a BRAND SPANKING NEW (2022) vehicle that was in transit that fit our needs/requirements and surprisingly even our price point!! We asked if they had similar units on the lot that we could at least get a feel for what this vehicle would be like. The salesman confirmed, SO we headed out. We arrive and are shown the photos of the vehicle, given a list of all its bells & whistles and we went to see two similar vehicles to have a better understanding of the vehicle we were interested in. Upon return to the showroom, we sat down and talked numbers. We ultimately signed on the dotted line and were congratulated, while finance got the paperwork ready. Despite this being a CASH SALE there are still last minute details and paperwork that one must complete. While we are setting there, a call comes in. Could tell immediately that something was amiss! A few minutes later, the sales manager enters and informs us that this vehicle, the one wed spent the past 1.5 hours discussing, verifying, negotiating - salesman WENT TO the sales manager no less than 3 times, not to mention the hour + of drive time, was ALREADY SOLD!!!! WHAT DEALERSHIP DOESNT PULL IN CONTRACT VEHICLES FROM THEIR AVAILABLE INVENTORY!!??Now this was BAD ENOUGH, however this dealership compounded the issue by :1. The sales manager IMMEDIATELY throws his salesman under the bus by stating that he didnt bother to look closely. Now Im a former spouse of a car salesman, so I KNOW that it is the SALES MANAGERS RESPONSIBILITY to VERIFY everything of all sales; that MOST sales managers have hard copy listings of all vehicles in inventory - detailing each units availability, pending or sold status!2. Due to the National vehicle shortage there were NO OTHER SIMILAR ENOUGH vehicles on site or in transit that met our most basic requirements (no white or black exterior & no black interior!)3. Before we left the building another salesman approached our salesman AND WITHIN our hearing, says the financing came thru. So NOT ONLY was this dealership attempting to sell a vehicle ALREADY UNDER CONTRACT, but they accepted financing OVER A CASH SALE!!! (Now I realize that the company - Dodge, Chevy, Ford - that offers in house financing will make more on a financed vehicle due to interest, but the dealership sees none of that!)The dealerships Ive had experience with in the past, have ALWAYS pulled a sold vehicle not only physically from inventory, but would ALSO VERY BOLDLY MARK any online ads with either SOLD or SALE PENDING indicators...YET, AS OF THIS WRITING (over 6 hours AFTER this fiasco!), THIS VEHICLE IS STILL SHOWING ON THIS DEALERSHIPS WEBSITE AS AN AVAILABLE VEHICLE!!!!I wouldnt give this place another chance, IF they were GIVING us the vehicle!!!! A complete and utter waste of time and resources!!! If not also a VIOLATION OF FEDERAL BAIT & SWITCH advertising regulations!!!

Wow! Just Wow! Eric Pena is the greatest rep of all time! He was so kind and so willing to bend over backwards for us. Living in a different state, he wasnt required to work so hard on our behalf, but he did. He went above and beyond helping us with the distance, and thus timing issue ;). Not because it was issue for him, but because we needed a lot of help to make it work. Eric and the manager Erik, even helped us figure out arrangements 2 hours away to get to their dealership. Can I give 0 stars?I went here with the purpose of purchasing a new pickup and there was no one to be seen here. In the past I was usually pounced upon by eager salesmen and this time not a soul in site. I had to convince the only salesmen in the office to give me the time of day and that was already beginning to aggravate me even more. Of course the vehicle I was interested in was now sold and he was all the more willing to offer a dealer transfer; but as much as I specifically laid out what I wanted he seemed to just look for the most expensive vehicle that didnt fit my parameters.I had done my research and was well prepared. I also know my finances and when I gave them all of the parameters to run number they outright refused because they wanted to get me on the hook for running my credit. Just do what I ask and we can work together on this; but instead I was sitting across from another snake oil salesman. I am not willing to play games when purchasing a vehicle and all that has to happen is to make an honest deal and we can all go home happy and without spending all day.Given all this I was done. I have always had issues with GM vehicles anyways and I wasnt explicitly tied to the Chevys so I took my money and went to a competitor who was way more welcoming and appreciative.If you have to have a GM vehicle go to another dealer of GM products.

Problem isn’t getting resolved at allIt’s been almost 2 weeks, we took our Chevy Cruze in to get the car diagnosed and all we gotten was “the motor was bad “ so they tore it down found out water was in one of the cylinders but won’t give us a reason or the cause, we’ve been getting the run around with no answers, warranty will pay For the repairs but service department isn’t giving us any answers, so frustrated right now ! Now the car is sitting there torn apart and wanting us to pay 600 because it was denied ! They didn’t give the warranty a reason why it happened ! Talked with Allen and stephenie at service and nobody saying anything at allWe’re paying for a car we don’t even have right now

Bought a used SUV from them. I live north of Houston and found the rig on-line. We made the deal over the phone-- and I drove to Victoria to pick it up. The rig was in better shape than I expected. No extra fees- no hidden costs. 15 minutes to sign papers and I was back on the road headed home. Got home-- hooked up a travel trailer and dragged my family of six (in this used SUV that I had just purchased sight unseen from a dealership I had never heard of before) to Colorado for Christmas. Vehicle performed flawlessly and I am completely satisfied. I will remember this good experience when it is time to buy our next vehicle.

It started pleasant with the salesman Steve. We talked about the truck he said it was in pristine shape no accidents or anything. So I purchased a vehicle from them online because I live 1500 miles away from them. Took possession of the vehicle after purchasing it and found that it was in an accident. So I called Steve back and told him what are you found and sent him pictures of the damages. So during a conversation when I told him that I would pay for the labor to put the parts on if they would get the parts for me. The manager calls me back (Joe)and tells me they’re not gonna do anything about it. He told me I can send the truck back to him at my cast when I’m 1500 miles away from them. He said I needed to honor my contract on the purchase but they can’t honor or back a vehicle they sell tell me that’s in pristine shape when it’s not. Warning do not buy from them and less you look at the vehicle yourself. This is a complete nightmare.I now have to spend over $2500 my own money to fix this problem and all because The sales manager is worried about his bottom line number in sales. Just extremely disappointed.

Took my suv in for a safety recall. Scheduled an appointment ahead of time. Came in at 9:15 (15min) before my appointment time. Told it would take 45 min to an hour. Went up to the desk at 10:40 and asked if it was almost done. Waited for 10-15 min to get an answer from someone. They had not even started on it. Somehow “ someone over looked it” so I was told they would start on it right then and it would take 20-30 min. waited another 45 min.

This was probably the most pleasant and easygoing experience I have ever encounter with an auto dealership. I was coming from out of town which put a constraint on how much time I had to do the actual dealing for the trade-in of a vehicle and purchase of a new one. Mr. Rhett took care of me over the phone. He situated my application and trade-in paperwork with my bank days before I took the trip up there, which made it so fast and easy to be in and out. He even took a trip to deposit the trade-in difference to my current loan so I was able to do the new loan the day I went. They offered me more for my trade-in than any other dealer in the area.Their customer service was exemplary from start to finish. The vehicle i purchased was a couple of thousand dollars cheaper than the same make and model in the area, and with lower milage.Overall, i would recommend this dealership and will definitely look forward to buy my next vehicles with them as first option.

I took my sons 2015 Camry SE in for repairs. I had to take it in twice due to poor workmanship and inattention to detail. I understand it is difficult to make a car, that has been in an accident, perfect again but it appears that this business has no pride in their quality or craft. The light has a buff scratch on it, there is a run in the paint by the front head lamp, and the hood is not smooth. Atzenhoffer had my vehicle for months. Its is frustrating to the point that you will take your car back just to have it.

My wife and I had the best car buying experience EVER here. Jeff Smith is the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. I sent a request for a quote to 3 dealers, San Antonio, Austin and Victoria. Jeff actually called me. The other guys sent me a automatically generated email telling me to call at my earliest convenience. I wanted the best deal so after I spoke to Jeff, I figured what the heck I guess ill call the other places. I told all 3 places the options I had to have and that I wanted their BEST drive out price with NO haggling. I HATE the let me check with my manager crap. I dont have that kind of time. Jeff emailed me back within an hour with a detailed best price. San Antonio never called back. Austin emailed me their best price. 2500 higher than Jeff in Victoria! Then 4 hours later the salesmans manager from Austin called and said I can authorize better savings than so-and-so. Still 1500 more than Jeff! Still thinking about options, the next day the Austins mangers boss calls and says I can get the price even lower. Still 500 more than Jeff. By this point Im feeling greasy all over talking to these flashy finger guns type of guys. I specifically said this isnt what I wanted to deal with. Not only were they still more expensive (Austin is the Texas volume dealer, yuck) they wanted to give me less for my trade. Get the car to Austin and we will see what our used car manager says about your old car. Jeff gave me a trade price over the phone and never even looked at it when we got there! We also figured on 6 hours of BS (what weve dealt with before) after we got there and we were driving away in less than 3! That includes intros, test drive (with just the wife and I) tour, financing and everything. Jeff Smith is the absolute man! No BS, listened to what we needed and got us out. When we need ANYTHING automotive wise, we WILL be calling Jeff! Cant tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves. Jeff is a straight shooter!

My husband and I just bought a chevy equinox 2014 used from this dealership. We are so happy with our experience we will be back in a year or two to get my husband a new truck. We live in Beasley Texas so this dealership is about two hours away from our house but we will make the drive because dealing with Alex Rocha was amazing so honest and kind. He never made us feel uncomfortable like the other dealerships we went to. And financing ask for Ray Digangi another amazing person. We told him the range we wanted to stay in for payments and he made it happen, watching him work on numbers and getting us where we wanted to awesome. I have been an Atzenhoffer customer for decades, and every single time I take my vehicle in for service something goes wrong. The list is too long to write, but recently I had body repair, and I cannot believe the condition the car was presented to me. It was not lined up correctly, head light was pushed in, hood was not lined up and so on. Went to pick it up a second time and still not lined correctly. This issue with my vehicle not being presented n proper condition is an ongoing problem with Aztenhoffer, and it does not make sense. I had 3 door locks that were not operating, picked up and the 1 that was working had stopped working. Took car in for an oil change, and started throwing oil on the inside of the hood. Had to take the car back 2x to get this problem fixed, all over a simple oil change. Really frustrated with the service. The problems that are mentioned here are for 1 vehicle, and every single time I take my car in, this is the kind of things that happen. Please Mr. Greeson do something.

Took our car in for repairs to front end . everything was a mess with the rental. Switching out twice till finally got resolved . went to pick up car. The service guy parks it. Passes me by handing off key. Doesnt bother to do a walk around to make sure we were happy with repairs. Nope. Just disappeared. I walk up to car. Walking around to make sure all was done. There is a new hole in yhe drivers side door that was not there when we dropped it off . went in to confront him & his reply was, call Tommorow an my boss can handle it. Did not bother to get up or aknowledge there was a problem. I know my cars. I know what dents an issues they have. I know dam good an well we did not do this. Then to be treated with this level of disrespect. Was horrible. Called back next day an Rene assured us it would be fixed . just picked it up. What a difference in the level of service. Thanks to Rene for changing My view of this company. Door is fixed. He even offered to wash an clean it up when we have a free half day. They were closing. Thank you Rene.

The service department lost the keys to our 2009 Tahoe. They made another key which made the one my wife had useless. Had to go back to have that corrected. They had the vehicle for four or five days. One of the things they were to fix was a small panel under the steering wheel. They took the old panel out then claimed they cant find the part. Its still not fixed, there is a big hole where the panel was. Worst experience Ive ever had there. I dont think I will be bringing it back for service.I know Alex Rocha is retired but I bought quite a few vehicles from him. Always had a good experience.Al Johnston

I have bought my last 2 trucks through atzenhoffet and I have had amazing salesmen both times. I was looking for a truck and pricing with other places atzenhoffer gave me a better deal and I am so glad I went with them because upon telling the other dealership I was going with atzenhoffer I received ugly text messages for wasting there time. I dont feel I wasted anyones time I went with the best deal and I was pleased with the other dealerships salesman up to that point and now i know why i buy locally from atzenhoffer. I absolutely love my truck and I feel I was taken care of thank you John for helping me with this purchase and working to get it done.

Sadly, this establishment has fallen down hard with their horrible customer service, vehicle salesmen, and prices. I’ve been a customer at Atzenhoffer for 25+ years and have purchased so many personal and commercial vehicles from them (Chevrolet’s and Cadillac’s). The service department has totally gone down with the unreliable service you receive, all while never receiving a loaner, even as a Cadillac driver. The salesman are absolutely unprofessional, as you can tell that people with no experience are hired, as when I went to look at a Cadillac last week, the young, not experienced “luxury car salesman” did not know how to use the shifter on an XT5. The prices are also terrible, as while it is important to support local business, it still is not worth it with such a horrible trade in value appraisals and the overall prices of the vehicles. I am not usually the one to write a bad review, but my family and I have been taken advantage of by Atzenhoffer so many times and I will not deal with it any longer. We always buy brand new cars from Atzenhoffer, but it is about time for things to change, as I now have started a great relationship with the people at MacHaik Ford Lincoln Victoria, and that’s who is going to be receiving our family’s business. We have already bought a very expensive vehicle from them and there are so many more to come. We now own our first Ford/Lincoln product and are thoroughly enjoying the change.

The sales department treated me very well when I got my car. Zero complaints about them.Maintenance however, I do have issue with.I waited for over 3 hours for a simple oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades change. They didnt have the blades my car needed, and had to go get them. Im not bothered they had to go get them, my issue is that they said nothing while we waited and waited, when the wiper blades werent that bad and could have beem delayed.All of this was with an appointment too.

My family and I have bought probably ten cars from Atzenhoffer over the years and they have always treated ya right. They don’t try to add extra stuff on at the last minute like Port Lavaca guys!
