They were very courteous & didnt take much time replacing a new battery for me. They took me right away, as I couldnt turn my engine off, as I came on a jump from All state wrecker service.The wrecker man placed a machine by my battery & it showed the battery was definitely bad. So, I went to interstate battery company & they took me right away. They also checked my battery & it also showed it was bad also. They replaced my battery within minutes for a new one & then i paid the cost of a new battery. Come to find out my battery was 50 months old, we always buy the top of the line batteries. So it must have been a 5 year battery, Im assuming. So I paid the price, & I was on my way home. Very nice & courteous people that waited on me. Well, Ill go for now.MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I had a dead battery and they replaced it with no problem, fairly priced as well. Then the car wouldnt stay on and they explained why it was happening and how to fix it and stayed by my side until the car was working like new! Great service! Definitely coming back for any other battery or starter related issues!

Great battery, but can tell they didnt really want to do the battery replacement, probably cause its a dodge journey and requires a little more work in removing it,guy was really discouraging, good thing I called ahead, tried changing the installation price from 50 to 60 but told him, I had called earlier and was told 50,then was like its going to be an hour job at least, at that moment I should of just ask him if he really wanted to do the job.......🙄 I would have gave a one * but I have used them before and will continue.

Fantastic service from the staff here! I was in and out in only a few minutes when I needed a new battery for my truck, and they were busy. That is service and being mindful of customers time. Bought a few other small batteries that were hard to find and a deer feeder battery that way less than big box stores. Highly recommend these guys!

Not friendly at all. I called and was told they had 2 different batteries for me. Then I get there an hour later and was told it was sold. The owner proceeded to tell me that they had sold $13000 in revenue for the day and it was possible the battery had been sold. So I just stood there and noone said anything to me. I then asked Well do yall have any battery for me and was told yeah we are gonna go look in the back. Long story short they had the battery. Customer service wasnt very friendly today. Next time Ill just spend the extra money at the other store.

Needed to buy a car battery. After checking the website and seeing they close at 2:00pm on Saturday, I rushed over there. I arrived at 1:45. There was a customer who had just exited and was driving off, so I’m pretty certain the employees saw me drive up. They locked the door and hid in the back. The sign on the window said they close at 2:00. Huge inconvenience for me!!! Close at whatever time you want to, but follow the times you post and advertise!!!
