My first impression of this business was positive. My auto front bumper was damaged by a dog that I hit on a highway and needed replacing.Their direct straight forward open explanation as to what they could do and the approximate length of time it would take, and extra costs applied to my insurance company if needed convinced me to have my cars damaged front bumper repaired at their business. Best explanations that I had heard yet. Very professional and helpful. I cant wait to see my car.

Wow, I will just say that I am not at all surprised about all the excellent reviews Thorne has received. I brought my car to them after my car had been totalled by my insurance company. There was very little damage but it was an old car, 2001, and the company didnt want to repair it even though the value of the vehicle was almost double the $2,300 estimate given by the shop recommended by the insurance company. I decided to keep the car and took it to Thornes and got an estimate of just under $1000 to replace the damaged bumper. They did a great job for a few dollars less than the estimate, washed the entire car, which it really needed, and gave it back looking better than it had for a long time. Randy took the time to explain to me the process to get a rebuild title after the repairs were done and they replaced a cosmetic foot rail piece at no charge. Great people, great work, and a great experience overall. I would definately recommend them to anyone anywhere near Vicksburg.

This place does a fantastic job and the people are so pleasant.

We were driving in from Texas going to Destin Fl and noticed the truck bed cover had broke off of one end so could fly off if we could fix it found this place and told them the problem and took it right away to fix it great service great people they told us since we’re traveling from out of town we didn’t have to pay but we gave them money anyways can’t say enough how great this place is thanks for everything
