Jed Blackburn is awesome and Has the best attitude ever. We had a renter car and a deer ran in front of the car and total it. But Mr. Jed fused a little about their policy but we worked everything out. Bless him and his family.
My daughter had auto trouble while in the area and was treated extremely poorly. The service person was rude and acted like he didn’t want to help
This company is horrible. I waited 30 minutes to talk to a salesman. Then they changed the price on the vehicle I was interested in. They did the same thing to my brother who was going to buy a Jeep from them as well. They like pull the old bait and switch. I would never buy anything from them. I don’t see how they are still in business with the way those forked tongues liars do people. If you want to be lied to and reamed from behind then this is the place for you, otherwise I would avoid this place like the Corona virus. Just saying.
These men were so helpful to me in replacing the battery in my Jeep. It is very difficult to get to the battery location in this model and they did it and were very courteous.

My review pertains to service, an unscheduled service that was due to another dealer that changed my oil in my 2018 Trackhawk and failed to refill it with the proper amount of oil.That dealer shall remain nameless for this review.My wife and I were traveling from Dallas Texas to Gulf Shores Alabama and had the oil changed prior to us leaving. The Trackhawk is a new model for 2018 and the capacity increased by one quart for the Hemi when compared to the previous years. We stopped for gas about 70 miles out and I thought I would check the oil. The reading on the dipstick was not even there. In a panic, we looked up the next dealer on our route and found these guys. Normally, a stop at any parts store for a quart or two would have done the trick however our vehicle requires a certified SRT oil which can be ordered but usually, is a dealer only item. Dealers that sell this type of vehicle or the other Hellcat engine equipped vehicle.Pulled into the service bay and were greeted by the tech writer. Told them my issue and they informed my that over the course of three years, they only sold one vehicle that requires that type of oil however, I was in luck since they had three quarts left.I needed to obtain a write up detailing the trouble to take to the dealer that changed my oil. They were more than willing to assist but not before taking the proper measures to insure the oil level could be accurately measured.The vehicle was down a little more than a quart. They sold me two quarts of oil at a very price and installed the oil at no charge for the labor.This process was pleasant and we actually got to meet several of the staff, to whom everyone was very polite and customer friendly.Once the oil was installed we were off to continue our journey to Gulf Shores with peace of mind knowing the oil was sufficient and good.Hats off to these guys!Rick GigowskiDallas Texas
I was quoted a certain price for the 2020 Jeep Wrangler stock# C6437....first the price was listed for just over 47k on Facebook by one employee then at just over 44k by another employee and listed on your website for 41.6k...I inquired about said vehicle an was sent a quote of 36150 dollars with pictures of the said vehicle stating it was on sale....when I arrived at the dealer the price that was quoted to me was not honored and the sales manager refused to speak with me about the issue...and of course the ads and webpage prices disappeared or were changed....be aware of fraudulent practices by this dealership

Buyers beware this company is ridiculous they dont even try to sale you a vehicle and they refuse to wait on you and there selection of vehicles suck so I need them to transport what I want to Vicksburg before I buy anything im not settling for just any vehicle and they wont do that they also ran my credit without my consent and had the nerve to tell me my credit was locked I got a notification email showing they pulled it 😜
I was only there dropping a customers jeep off and they were closed so I know nothing about them but they did have the new jeep galidator them are super awesome
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. When complete, was told that everything was done but failed a battery test and needed a new battery and 2 air filters. I only have 1 air filter and it was replaced by myself just recently. Then I noticed a chalk mark on one of my tires that was put there to mark a tire that had a plug put in it last week. None of the tires had been rotated. The battery was replaced last year and the car cranks just fine. Please check any work that they do here. Buyer beware!
Outstanding sales in Thad but the used sales manager isn’t worth a sack of salt. Committed to buy and they sold it out from under me before I could get there to purchase for my daughters graduation present. Wow, and I just bought a $26000 Tundra 90 days before. Extremely expensive. I was passing through Vicksburg when my 2015 Ram 3500 started skipping and missing. I took it in for some fuel filters and a oil change. I was shocked when the nice lady told me it would be $582.80! Would not recommend!
First off let me just say that dealing with this dealership was the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership.. To begin they ran my credit then came back & told me I needed 5grand to put down on a 2015 Ford f150 that was priced at 17,500 because I had a repo on my credit which I never had & still dont to this day.. Come to find out they put in the wrong social & that repo belonged to someone else then had the nerve to tell me they got the repo off my credit smh but I still needed 5grand for a down payment smh.. Horrible experience & wouldnt recommend BLACKBALL to anyone looking for a vehicle of any kind....
Have bought two vehicles from them in the last year...salesmen were nice and helpful! Watched out for us till the perfect vehicle came available...on one vehicle I was in Jackson and received a call about a new vehicle that had arrived late the day before and would be perfect for me...left Jackson to come and look...they were right! It was perfect for me and I signed the next day and drove away!
This is the second time I have taken my Dodge 2500 in to be serviced at Blackburn, specifically the cruise control. I am not sure what the issue are internally but I know for a fact this vehicle was not check to ensure the cruise was operational before I picked it up. I live and work in vicksburg and I will take this vehicle to Jackson ms or Monroe la in the future for my vehicles service needs. AVOID this service department if at all possible.

Probably the highest prices in the state. In some cases prices are over MSRP. They have a new 2018 370Z they have been unable to sell for a couple of years, marked down, and still priced over the MSRP for a 2020, of the same model and trim. Wonder why they cant sell it?

Very Rude service department. I was having trouble with my truck on a trip with a truck under warranty, but they wanted me to pay them for the repairs and then ask Dodge to reimburse me. I established a case with Dodge customer care and the service advisor Paul stated he would not talk to my case manager regarding this truck. He then said I would have to pay them for hooking my truck up to their computer. He was very ugly and I believe this dealerships service department is trying to con people out of money. I have dealt with many great dodge dealerships over the last 16 years of driving Dodge trucks and this is NOT one of them. Unless you like over paying for your truck repairs, do not use this dealerships service department.

Weve purchased three cars here - two Nissans and a Chrysler. The staff is friendly and helpful, and prices are very fair. Why drive to Jackson when you can get a great deal right here in Vicksburg? Havent needed a lot of service, but the folks in the quik-lube department do a fine job and throw in a free car wash.

Horrible experience getting my oil change. Paid over 80 bucks to have my radio tampered with and my truck parked so close to another vehicle that on pick up I had to crawl over my console from the passenger side. Absolutely ridiculous!
