I was in yesterday and I just wanted to rave about one of the employees. I believe her name was Sam (teal hair). I walked in trying to color match a lip stick from a non-Sephora brand in a liquid lip. After explaining what I was looking for, she took her time and brought me around to all the different options and gave her thoughts on each line. When we didnt find what I was looking for in terms of color, she continued to do research online for me. AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, we found no match in store, so I couldnt give a review through a receipt, but her friendliness, kindness, and excellent work ethic should be applauded!

One of my favorite makeup stores they are great

Had an order for instacart and I was lost. The staff there is extremely helpful. Without them I would have easily been in there for 45 min to an hour.

So after having a bad experience at ulta, i came too this store. I made the right choice . our beauty rep matched and picked out many different foundations until we found the best match. Even tho she was the only one she balanced me and my mom and checking out customers. Thanks so much for fixing my day.

So I stoped at our store to pick up a few items. When I got home I realized I was missing an item. Not only did they rectify it but also added a goody bag for my troubles. You girls rock! Great Customer service!!!

They took the time to actually match my foundation and went through maybe 4-5 different brands before we found one that looked perfect. In other stores, the associate will try 2-3 bottles tops and say its close enough.After we found it, I didnt feel pressured to buy it either. I was given a sample to use and make sure it still looked ok in natural lighting. I was really taken back by how nice they were and the time they gave me. Will definitely be stopping by again!

Cant tell what most of the items are because there are not any displays or even pictures, so unless you go in knowing what you are looking for and what the packaging looks like, you are going to be lost.
