I love shopping here!! Rachael is the best! Shes always so helpful and knowledgeable about the items in the store. She knows what I want/need before I do and its great.

Felt a lot of pressure to buy stuff. My boyfriend and I were very uncomfortable with the atmosphere and endless questioning. Seems like they’re catering to people that can’t help themselves or they’re very desperate to make money. I can tell the staff gets reprimanded if they don’t each interact with every customer. Left without buying anything because I felt I couldn’t shop freely and at my own will.

Friendly staff, easy to understand signs, discounts. Whats not to like? The store is always consistent and I have nothing bad to say about it aside from one minor inconvenience. They didnt want to give me a small bag to shop with and heavily insisted on me using the big bags. Even once I asked for a small one a second time. I was told they were having issues with the handles on the small bags falling apart so that is why she wouldnt give me a small one.

I love this store!!!! From sprays to lotions, lip gloss, candles everything is yummy... also love the mens care line... my favorite times of the year are their semiannual sales in July and December...

Great store and the associates are amazing. As someone who worked there I would say to never work at this location under the current store manager. Manipulative and toxic are some nicer ways of describing them. I’ve never been under such awful management especially when it came to the mental and physical health of their associates. There’s something to be said when multiple employees call HR and nothing is done about the problems with management and the treatment of the associates.

I cannot stay away from this place! I love it so much! I am always buying things here.

Ah, pleasurable experience as usual. A new winter scent was obtained within this visit. The Marble Collection in the Mens Department. Subtle, yet bold; sweet and smooth. Hints of Amber Wood compliment the Bergamot, Amber and Cacao scents I divulged in prior to my endeavors. The Lady, obtained the Snowy Peach Berry, an absolute wonderful rush of Peaches and Smooth vanilla. We also stumbled upon the Champagne Toast. To die, or to live for!

Love Bath & Body Works! The products are of a high quality and there seems to be a scent for everyone! I strongly suggest signing up for their email to get alerts and or coupons for special events in the store. Theyre currently running their semi-annual clearance where you can get items at up to 75% off. The savings are incredible! This is when you can stock up on their merchandise.If you cant make it to the sale, the products are available year-round with other offers or discounts as well. I find it worth it to spoil myself sometimes! LOL

Indian River Malls Bath and Body Works is a great store. The associate who helped me was one of the best team member who has ever helped me. She went into the back of the store so I could purchase their new line of Hyaluronic acid body gel lotion. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family

Lots of merchandise lots of helpful sales people..friendly cashiers. Convenient location at the Mall. Best to go when coupons and deals are offered otherwise rather expensive yet the presentation and products are so lovely.

One of my favorite places to shop for myself and for gifts. Only BIG complaint: No longer is my favorite body wash, black current vanilla available, and I dont like ANY of the new ones!!!!

The place is very clean. The Staff is very friendly, they are always willing and available to answer questions. They are also have great deals. Buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 get 3 free, most of the items fall under that deal including the mens collection. They also have deals on their candles, buy 3 get 10 dollars off.

Went for Christmas shopping. Bath and Body Works always have great customer service with associates on the floor willing to assist customers. They always have sales and a variety of scents.

Since Yankee Candles left, this place is alrifgt.
