DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I brought my mustang to have the differential modified (ring and pinion changed). I had the understanding it would take a week at most. It actually took 3 MONTHS. Whenever I asked him why it was taking so long he told me that he had other customers, that have had their cars their longer, and my job was not profitable enough. He does not stay in contact consistently, with the checkpoints of the job, and does not work everyday. After the first month, he could not do the job with the parts available. My car was not drive-able and it was unable to be towed. Then, he told me he would not touch my car without a deposit. So, with no other option, I paid him. My car sat for another 2 months, untouched. He claimed I owed him for 26 hours of labor and he was cutting me a break. THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A 7 HOUR JOB!!! I ended up having to call the police and force him to give me my property back.

Went above and beyond what was expected!Stayed in constant contact to let me know what was going on. I was 115% satisfied with Sigurdson performance Auto LLC !Thanks Scotty !

Scotty Lightning Scott Sigurdson is an asset to my life when it comes to many things, but definitely a rare and fair true Mechanic and my go to for any automotive problem my family and friends may have, which isnt easy to find these days!

This place is amazing! I was in and out with a new ball joint within the hour! I will definitely be getting more work done here and recommend this place to anyone.

I have not been so motivated to write a review anywhere as I am to review Scott and his service to fix my ac+ (totally aside from the 10% incentive be it a good or bad review). My ac wasnt working --> I saw a sign that said ac not working? Call... --> I snapped a pic, called when I got home --> On that call, Scott was confident, thorough, gave me options, was quick to reply with a great quote and the rest of my communication with him was the same. While driving from Sarasota to Venice for my diagnostics apt, I was like...why am I driving to Venice to have this done? Oh well, I can go to the beach while I wait + I had a good feeling about it. During the diagnosis I understood why. He started right when I got there so I didnt need to leave my car, nor wait. Instead, he paid me relaxed & personable attention and I got to enjoy my time at his shop learning what was up and what needed to be done to fix it. He went above and beyond doing extra things that I didnt expect and gave me a temp fix until I get back in to have the whole thing fixed. Im the type who trusts people right off the bat - and even I was impressed with the extra trust I left with. Im definitely completing the fix with him and feel grateful and more confident in having (just) moved to Sarasota knowing Ive got him to go to. He seemed confident in himself and in his work, and I liked that.

I had been having problems with my car for a few months. I had a squeaky belt and needed a new altinator. A few other mechanics tried to fix my belt but never fixed the squeaking. He knew what the problem was right away with my car. I was missing a whole piece to my car a Catalytic balancer. I’m never going to anyone else.

Referred to by a friend, I drove out from Sarasota and was absolutely blown away by the level of service and speed getting my SUV fixed. Super nice, reasonable price and again, in an amazingly timely fashion. Would have cost me at least three times more to have had the work done with dealership mechanics also (Cadillac).
