I was appalled at how rudely the salesman and ultimately the manager treated us today. Who would think that a car dealership would actually mock their potential customers? This is quite depressing since Venice is a nice place in general but unfortunately not this business. I suggest if you do want a Nissan, which is not a bad car at all, you consider buying it from a different dealership.
Everyone at Greenway Nissan is very nice. They have great prices on cars. My sales person Reginald and General Sales Manager Stephen were great to work with. I got an awesome price on a used 2019 Nissan Rogue. Will definitely refer people and buy from them again. That was by far the easiest car purchase I ever had. No price haggling and hidden fees! Dont hesitate to stop by and give them a look!
I contacted them about a Mustang GT they have for sale. I live in Georgia and, therefore, am not supposed to pay a sales tax. They still insisted I am to pay over $800 in sales tax. I even sent them a link to the law clearly explaining this. They refused to read the article. And even had the audacity to tell me I was wrong. Hello?? I live in Georgia. This leads me to believe they are trying to scam me out of $800. Or they think I know nothing because I am a female. Both explanations are unacceptable. If you live out of state, I would not recommend you buy from this dealership.
I was in the market for a sport utility vehicle. I have had previous experience with Nissan vehicles and wanted to find out what they had that might meet my needs. Tyge was very respectful and helpful in finding the Rogue that was just perfect. One of my main ‘had-to-haves’ was my vehicle needed to be made in America. My beautiful, new Rogue was assembled in Smyrna Tennessee and has an engine manufactured in the U.S. If feels good to be back in the Nissan family.

If you have ANY type of disability I HIGHLY suggest not coming here to do any business of any sorts. I left a voicemail and a gentleman by the name of Ron called me back and left a terrible message about my speech and how he had to listen to the message 7 times to even understand me and completely humiliated me. We will never do business with this company even though we are in the market to purchase a new Nissan and get maintenance on our current one.
Wanted $8,000 more than mfg list price for Frontier 2022 plus only $5,000 for my 2015 Silverado. Plus manager was rude when I told him to use the deal paper for toilet paper. He threw me out the door holding on to my right arm.
I was not impressed with the ethical behavior of this dealership! I was supposed to go and view the vehicle and specifically asked for someone to call me if it’s sold before I got there. I felt that between the sales rep, Reggie and manager Erin, that they were trying to lure me into the store despite the fact that the vehicle I was to see “ supposedly “ sold “yesterday “. I did not get a good feeling about this operation!

Though Tyler was really nice and helpful, we got the 2020 Tahoe home and the next day showing problems. A front signal failure- caused by the moisture in the headlight and blown shocks which werent noticed until driving slow and over bumps. These are both simple fixes that I cant figure out why the dealership wouldnt have had fixed before putting it out for sale yet now theyre our problem because its an as is sale. Oh yeah and the finance guy was a major jerk.
Bait and switch post on Cars.com. When I called and asked what their dealer fee is and other fees they refused to tell me, told me everything is negotiable & they are trying to move cars fast.Come to find out after driving an hour and 20 minutes the car is $1.2 k more than advertised on cars.com (they say you only get the discount if you trade in a car) & the dealer fee and recon fee is a combined $2300… what a waste of time.
Sales person Jeff Whaley was great. I went to a couple other dealerships prior to Greenway Nisson and walked away feeling pressured and upset. Jeff was so terrific to work with. Friendly, honest and easy to talk to. After working with Jeff and Jonathan via phone and email, I knew right away these were the guys I wanted to work with and Greenway would be the place I would purchase my vehicle. After purchasing my vehicle, I needed to get it home. Told Jeff I would Uber back to the dealerships the next morning to pick it up. Jeff would hear nothing of that and insisted on helping me. He actually delivered the vehicle to my home the next morning on, his day off. Unbelievable! He takes customer service and commitment to his clients to another level. I will definitely send friends and family to see Jeff Whaley. He changed the car buying experience for me.

I can only say this was the most pleasant, comfortable, friendly, and courteous vehicle buying experience I have ever had.I had the pleasure of working with Brittany, who from online inquiry to my driving home in my new vehicle was absolutely amazing. No pressure, knowledgeable, helpful, and did her best to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I was getting and the price I was paying. Follow up calls and emails to confirm my satisfaction have also been greatly appreciated.

My 84 month battery died after only40 months. Nissan dealership honored their repair and replaced the battery within an hour.
This automotive group of 47 dealerships are taking money from unsuspecting customers. They charge 5.00per service to store your documents. Stay away from them and know sales does the same and advocates thecharges according to their general manager. Please find an honest dealer because they still exist...just not with the Greenway group.
My 2021 with only 600 miles had a defective battery. Svc Dept replaced the battery. This visit was to do a follow-up visit to test battery recharge. Test successful.

One of the last true care car dealerships.Every one is friendly and knowledgeable. Good solid work for maintaining your vehicle. Pricing is industry comparable. If your looking for cheap work or are a hagler on price understand you dont need to be that way at this dealership. I have never found a reason to believe they are anything but honest and up front about everything. Great experience.
Bought a used car from them and they do not check the car for safety even if they add the charge for a safety check. Wheel stud snapped in half first time I stepped on the brakes hard. Here is hat they looked like on all 4 tires! no one can tell me this looks safe. I would recommend not buying used from them at all.

Each car that we test drove, he pointed out all the features and let us drive it to see what we preferredWe also worked very closely with Alan Bergers, Sales Manager, in looking into our options for purchase vs.leasing.Tom & Alan worked diligently to find us the vehicle we wanted, even though it wasnt on their lot.We decided to go with leasing, our first time, and we worked with Jonathan Klein, Finance Manager. Dropped off my car first thing in the morning for an oil change and it wasnt done by 2:30 they said come back after 4:00 when she was no big deal because I told him I would pick it up at 4:00 but still I figured they would get it in and out God bless the boys that dont like to do oil changes I dont blame them

We were greeted by Tom, salesman. We told him we were interested in a Red Murano Platinum. He said the Red is hard to find, but they would do there best. It was a successful visit. They found the red car, we agreed on price, and our car will be at the dealership tomorrow. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and courteous.

Dont buy a used car from them they dont check the safty devices on there cars and clear codes on their cars so the engine lite isnt on at time of sale but comes on once the computer finishes the relearning prosses. And when you tell them they missed a safty issue they blow you off. Bought car on Saturday went back Monday was told they would look at it when they did the tire swap with old vehicle had medical issue so couldnt do tire swap so told them to forget about the swap so they can go ahead and auction car instead of holding everything up but once I was good called to check on it was told its been 40 days it could have gone bad after I bought it no I told you 1 day after I bought the car totally untrust worthy

Came in with no 1 but 2 nails in my right rear drivers side tire. It could not be fixed so I had to purchase a new tire. This is a 2018 SUV still under warranty and I know my tires came with a protection plan but I was told not covered. The price was high because the same tire at Walmart is $165.00 and I was charged $265.88, for a Continental Tire.So, going forward I will use Wal-Mart for my tires.But the customer service and the mechanic were 5 stars in my book. Excellent Customer Service.
I dropped off my car and they were going to charge me over 300 for doing a diagnotsic. The check engine light is on still and they did not fix my car. They wanted to charge me 3600 for a catalytic convertor and 1200 for an air compressor. Last year they did an amazing job fixing my car that is why I went back to them. They would not work with me and they charged me 200 for doing nothing. I was going to buy a car from them and I no longer will. Run from this dealership. I am warming people so they dont get burnt like I did.
I live in north fort Myers and was searching for a 2018 to a 2019 Murano . This dealer had a 2019 that fit my desires. called spoke with salesman Jason. He was helpful and made appointment to visit. I was somewhat concerned over some of the reviews I read about this dealership, they were not favorable. I am very pleased to say I think those reviews were unfair. I found this dealership and the staff very helpful and upfront. no pressure no run around and a very fair transaction. My trade in value was also fair and they agreed to it without even seeing the car. The finance person Mike was excellent and very helpful in getting me my best overall financing. So if you read the negative reviews disregard them and give this dealership a try. I did and am very happy with the hole deal and my choice.

Our financial rep (cant remember his name) was also great. We have purchased quite a few Nissans (and others) from this location and have always been happy with the service, people and the vehicles weve purchased from them. Not even worth the one star. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Take the drive to Gettle Nissan in Sarasota. Manager was very rude ! Told us they were going to tack on $1000 just for financing with Suncoast Credit Union. The price on the car listed online was not even correct also. The manager argued with us and just seemed like they didn’t want to make a sale at all maybe because it was close to closing time ? If I owned this location I would consider getting new employees because we took our money elsewhere with a great experience at Gettle Nissan in Sarasota. Gave us $2000 more for our trade in than we were quoted and worked with us. I will continue to let everyone know the poor service at this location.
Their advertised online prices are fake. Went to check one out and the out the door cash price was DOUBLE their online price. The online price was already above NADA/KBB. Their deals are bait and switch to get you in the door. Their management is super rude and arrogant. These people are scum. Take your business elsewhere.

Great vehicle for a fair price and a painless transaction.
I had a dead battery. Went there, waited for about 1 hr and everything was done under the warranty. They even replaced the battery terminal that was corroded. The funny thing is that my car is just 2.5 years old. I wouldnt expect this to happen to a 18k miles car.

I have 2 different Nissan cars, I have been here multiple times and it has always been great! And Chris has always been so heplful and polite! But this time wasnt as good. As always Chris in service was amazing! But I had my trunk fixed and a courtesy car wash since I waited for over 2 hours. As walking out to my car, it looked horrible with watermark spots everywhere and the rims where half washed with tons of dirt spots. Then to top it off half way home I looked in the rear view mirror n the plastic part around the trunk was only half way put back in and the light was dangling down by wires. I was not as happy this time. Ive learned to not accept the courtesy car wash and to triple check every part of my car before pulling off!

Why offer “online sales” and the only thing you dois waste customers time with people calling trying set up and appointment at the dealership while the car you want to purchase is being sold. Charles Rufolo did a terrible job in communicating with me. Car was sold while he wasted my time and offer me another vehicle with 42k miles, while the one I was looking had 13k miles. Needless to say that he had the same model with 22k miles, but didn’t even offered. This looks like your typical come in to the showroom and let me do the bait and switch deals while you became desperate and make and impulse buy.
We traveled over an hour to get our car. Both Jay and Richard were on task to get us out as soon as possible. They both were great!

Fantastic facility with great people. Just be a little more transparent with services. I receive the service coupons constantly in my mailbox and decided to use one, and they tacked on the labour costs after the fact and didnt tell me what the actual price of something was before I paid for it.

Had a scheduled appointment and still took an hour to test and replace a car battery… Could’ve done it at batteries plus in 10 minutes for the same price or less. Only brought it here because I thought I had a warranty on the battery but found out when I got there that is only for the original purchaser, which was disappointing.
