Let me just say this was an easy and smooth-going process! Easy to call and get an appointment scheduled. Drop-off and new customer registration was a breeze. Told them what work I wanted completed and asked if they recommended anything else for the mileage I was at. They told me they would do an assessment and call me before proceeding with any additional work because I appeared up-to-date on everything. I did end up needing new tires (as expected) but they called me and told me before just putting them on. I originally said I would pass for now but they generously offered to give me a quote when I picked my vehicle up so I had a comparison price value to start with. Then, I called back after deciding to go ahead and get the tires anyhow and they were happy to complete that for me. When I picked up my vehicle, all the charges were reviewed with me before paying. I really appreciated that! Definitely a happy customer that will continue all my maintenance work through Venice Honda!PS- Tim was the individual that I worked with and he was wonderful. Great work!

Took car in. Had it towed. Didn’t understand symbols. Was advised by service not to drive it because manual said to pull over and it has hot transmission oil and let it cool off. Service was great. As it turned out tires had to have 2 pounds of air in each tire. Ended up taking to service station on S Indiana Ave in Englewood. Info symbol. Disappeared and no problem now.

The employees were great. We loved Cassie and Dustin and hope you get enough cars to sell that they can keep their jobs. The car is OK; not the one we wanted, which was already sold when we got there, but we understand that the car shortage is dire.We were disappointed that our invoice said we got a full tank of gas; we certainly did not--the gauge showed a range of 113 miles. You owe us about three quarters of a tank of gas.

I have been with Honda since 2017. They are always ready to serve. luckily i had my first major issue with my brakes. Since i have owned my pilot. Two days ago my brakes were grinding, I pulled in, and the service manager Todd new right what was wrong. He provided the best possible solution to fix this scenario. With in the first minute they took my car in, diagnosed the issues, and it fixed in four hours, went in around 130 had my car by 5. Fantastic workmanship on the mechanics part as well. I would rate them lower if I could. Our personal experience with Fauls was atrocious. In my career as an automotive technician, if I spoke to a customer the way you did, I would be blacklisted from an industry known to have some very difficult customers, which we were not.Mr Fauls walked away quite rudely, angrily yelling about our attitude after we were unable to find an agreeable car for our price range, which we were always upfront about. Instead, they pushed higher priced vehicles onto our plate and got frustrated when we were financially motivated to decline the offerings. He might have thought he was slick enough to say it without us catching, but I did.Take your business elsewhere. These folk dont see customers, they only have the time for walking buckets of cash.
The process was pretty easy. After a little back and forth I traded in my vehicle for a newer one. 9/14/21. During the process the salesman asked where I would like my payment to be and I told him ($150ish). Which at that point he proceeded to laugh in my face at me as if I was being unrealistic. I put $11,000 CASH DOWN. I know my financials and KNEW where my payment would be roundabout. Well. At the end I got my final numbers and my payment ended up being $174. Not far off what I knew my payment would be. If I hadnt drove an hour and they werent as generous with their trade in amount to me I may have left and looked elsewhere or asked for a different salesman but I didnt. I just finished up with the vehicle purchase and left. All in all I love the vehicle I purchased and Im happy where my payment is and the numbers fell where I wanted so done deal. Happy me.
Usually pretty good, but today I went for an oil change and they tacked on tire rotation that I did not ask for. Might have been a mistake, might have been padding the bill. Not sure. If I go back we will be very clear about what’s getting done.

Todd was great. He focused on exactly what I was there for, an oil change. It was quick and painless.The salesman who attacked me while I was checking in for my oil change was annoying! I think his name was Steve something. I told him I’m not interested in buying a new car because mine is paid off. He insisted he needed cars and tried to get me to look at a 2022. I told him I’m not interested! He gave me his card, anyways. I left it in the service center’s trash.Again, service was good. Salesman was annoying.

Purchased almost two months ago love the Honda CR-V. Getting the deal completed was very easy and within my budget. The only thing I can say is make sure EVERYTHING is okay before you drive off the lot. If anything is wrong don’t drive off and cancel the deal. Getting things corrected is a challenge. By the way certified doesn’t not things like your fob if something goes wrong as I was told by Venice Honda. If the service at Benice Honda was better they would have gotten five stars.

I took my car in for an oil change and to check if I needed anything else (breaks have been making some noise). I get a call back from Tim and the only thing my care needed was the oil change! Tim also found a coupon which lowered my price!! Highly recommend. I don’t even own a Honda; it’s a Buick and they do better by me and my car than the Buick dealership

Had issues with my tailgate opening. Latches would operate inconsistently. Had truck in prior and they adjusted latches, however a month or so later I could not open tailgate. Brought it back and Tim @ Honda authorized replacing both tailgate latch assemblies. Very pleased with the service

Professional, friendly and honest service. My 2017 Accord had a roadside breakdown (DOA) with electrical/service/engine light issue. I called Venice Honda service to inform them I would be having the vehicle towed in. Tim Weber in the service department was great ! When I arrived with the vehicle he immediately started processing my information and stated he would call shortly with a diagnosis. Within an hour he called explaining what was needed and the cost ( new battery and cable ends due to corrosion). Simple fix and very reasonably priced. Ive been to plenty of service departments over the years that say you need all kinds of work then charge ridiculous rates, not this place! Less than 2 hours later the car was fixed and ready. Hands down the best dealer service Ive ever had! I cant say enough good things about Tim and the service department at Venice Honda.

I came to Venice Honda after going to multiple dealerships and leaving dissatisfied. I was greeted by Spencer and he was very confident that he would have me leaving in a car that I loved. He took his time and made sure I got everything I wanted AND THEN SOME!! Spencer is awesome, so is Venice Honda. They made this process very easy for me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Pulled into today to browse through the vehicles, it’s raining on and off, a salesman was standing in the parking lot, he waived at us, we waived at him, drove right by him, didn’t need to speak with to anybody at the moment. Maybe 5mph an hr through the parking lot, was blocked by a man named Gil in a green shirt, rolled down the window and asked politely not to be bothered, just browsing, was Persistent, I advised again please we don’t want to be bothered just browsing, this will not get you a sale, he advised he wasn’t worried about the sale, he was worried about me driving around his lot with all the people in the parking lot. Weird, no one was there besides us, it’s raining, but ok. So we left. Wouldn’t suggest going here to look for a vehicle if you can’t even browse the lot.

It has been about five months since I purchased my vehicle at Venice Honda, a mistake. I noticed a error on the contract and brought It to Peters attention, was not addressed. This issue caused multiple problems with my state registration and issues paying tolls across state lines. Today I received a bill saying I owe them money because they didnt calculate what I owed correctly. To top it off, the vehicle i purchased has a major rear window leak that they kindly passed on to me.it should have been caught during their vehicle inspection. The frame was cracked when they sold it me. Be weary if this dealership!

Omar was awesome! Great communicator and he did great sticking to our budget. Downsizing after driving a minivan for 11 years so didnt really know what I wanted. I sat in several cars and could find faults (my own personal likes and dislikes) with each of them! Then he brought the 2016 Camry...everything seemed right with this one! Half the miles of any other on the market, perfect in every way, and within our budget. He listened and brought the perfect car for me! Will go there in the next 2 years when were ready to replace my husbands car!
Had an appointment at 7am & my car was in the shop and in the air by 7:15. Oil change, serpentine belt, and change brake fluid. My adviser was Tim Weber. Professional through out. I did not feel pushed to buy parts or services that I did not need. I waited at the dealership for my car. My car was ready 15 minutes earlier than estimated. I was extremely pleased with Venice Hondas process!
Had problems with my transmission shuddering when accelerating. It was under warranty and fixed just fine.People all very nice. They need to attend to what is really in need of fixing and not try to upsell. It’s not honest and I did not need additional services.

Darko is an excellent sales person and was able to provide me a reasonable price for a Honda within 5 minutes of me calling him at 7:40pm Sat night (they close at 8pm). Darko had car detailed and ready for us to drive home by 2pm the next day (Sunday). At no point in my experience did I feel pressured to purchase unwanted add-ons (Id rather pay more by switching dealerships than withstand a high pressure sales and have in the past when I had to ensure a high pressure sale). Everyone at this dealership was a pleasure to communicate with even though we had a slight wait for the financial paperwork due to a smaller crew on Sunday. Extremely impressed with this dealerships friendliness and pleasant experience and would definitely recommend to everyone.

CAR BUYERS BEWARE!! VENICE HONDA MAY NOT GIVE FULL DISCLOSER REGARDING ANY USED VEHICLE YOU’RE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING. THEY OUTRIGHT LIED ABOUT MY CARFAX SAYING IT WAS IN 1 MINOR ACCIDENT WHEN IN FACT, IT WAS IN 3 ACCIDENTS! ITS DISPICABLE! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A SINGLE EOMAN IN A DESPERATE SITUATION. I’VE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR YEARS BUT NO MORE!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
They are starting to get a little too pricey for their service department. $39 for an oil change for a Honda Civic and thats with a $9.00 coupon. I would always get good coupons when it was Cramer Toyota. Also was told I needed a new cabin filter for $59 are you kidding me.

I called around to find a repair shop that had some availability to look at the used car I had just purchased.. Everyone I called was booked out a week. With my fingers crossed, I thought to try the Honda dealership. Todd, the service manager, fit me in the next day (even though he was as “busy”. I was given a courtesy ride back home! The Honda technician diagnosed my problem (leaking radiator) and I was quickly quoted a fair price for the repairs via text….no phone tag! My car was ready for pickup the next morning! I could not be more satisfied!
Venice Honda made good on my return visit to redo the installation of roof trim that had not been done correctly on my first visit. A senior mechanic realized that the retaining clips should have been replaced when new trim was installed the first time. They ordered the clips with new roof trim andit was obvious that the job was done correctly the second time. I am satisfied with the repair to my new 2020 Honda Pilot.

I was very disappointed and angry over their bait and switch techniques. After being promised the vehicle I wanted was available I drove 20 miles buy it. Upon arrival I was told the vehicle was not there but they had one more expensive for me to look at. I voiced my displeasure but no managers were informed or did anything to resolve the issue. There was no importance in resolving the issue. Simply a sorry and have a nice day.poor management and lack of communication. Must be nice to allow a $10,000 cash sale to walk away.
