Last Wednesday my car battery died. I had to wait for my husband to get home to take me to get a new battery. We got there and the store manager was very nice and very helpful. He gave me some discounts towards the new battery and even signed me up for a rewards card. I will definitely be back

Dont buy a battery here they dont honor the warranty. I had mine tested 2 days before the warranty expired. Manager did the test and said it was the alternator. Arranged for the replacement alternator two weeks later and, guess what it was the battery. Took it back to Autozone, the warranty had expired, so no replacement. The test workedfor them.

Today I had the brakelamp light go on and realized my brake light was out so headed over to AutoZone (I was literally right by Advanced Auto Parts but always have had super helpful employees at AutoZone so made the the drive there instead). At the light I pulled out an extra plug from my glove compartment (no idea what it went to but at some point I had written rear light on it). I had it in my hand as I pulled in. ALEX didnt hesitate to come outside and replace my blown brake bulb with the one I had. He was happy to help and didnt make me feel guilty about having him put a bulb in that I probably could have done myself but didnt know how to access the correct place. 5 drivers in our family = 5 cars so we need a place like this where they help us safely get back on the road (and quickly and WAY WAY WAY less expensive than a dealership shop that for some reasons like to make you pay big $ for a less than 5 minute job). We always try to buy our wipers, car batteries, car cleaning items, bulbs, sun screens and so forth from here - lets face it Florida sun is HARD on our cars so nice we have friendly help. Kudos Alex!!!

Paul the store manager and his team are so helpful! I went there because my car wouldnt start. I bought jumper cables (yea, I know) and came back with my car. Paul came out to check my battery, told me the battery was good and tightened my loose connections and even replaced one of the parts! Said I didnt owe him a thing. Thank you so much Paul! You saved my day! I will be back to you for all my automotive needs!

If you need parts for your vehicle then AutoZone cant be beat they will even check your battery and charging system replace battery,wipers and help you find what you might need for your air conditioning to make it work better among other things so for the older person or people that dont have proper tools go to AutoZone.

I went to AutoZone because my car kept taking a lot of time to start, meaning that the battery was probably dying. Not only did Bob Sanchez take great care of my car, he also educated me that the top plastic sitting on top of my battery (although OK for up north) actually makes my battery overheat more here in FL. My battery was so bad it was leaking, all in all GREAT experience at Venice AutoZone and I recommend 100%

The level of incompetence and poor customer service is unsurpassed. Gave them the make model and year of the car and they sold me the wrong headlights . When I returned to the store to exchange them for the correct ones the manager refused to acknowledge his error and then tried to refuse to sell me the correct headlights unless I brought the car to the store. He proceeded to argue with me that the lights I requested were wrong. Clearly he needs to go back to school to be educated and more importantly his mom needs to teach him to be a more civil and polite human being, especially if he wants to continue a career in customer service. Ultimately the lights I told him I needed were in fact the correct ones. Thanks genius.

I stopped in yesterday to get a few things. I asked for help and the guy said where it was. Couldnt find it at all. When I went to counter with other things in my hands. No one out front had to call out for service. I am handicap and hands dont work well. He said how much money it was and I took my wallet out and got the money together. I put money on counter top and he took it. When he gave me my change back he put my change on counter top. I asked to hand me change please because its hard to pick money up. He said no and said you put on counter so i did as well. Wow this is one of the rudest people I have ever meet. Rude to handicap people and should lose his job. Not a good employee. I will not come back to your store again. Better stores in venice then having a rude person taking your money.

AutoZone is the best place to get parts. Their staff is the most knowledgeable out of all the parts stores Ive been to personally. They always have my parts in stockand on the off-chance they dont its there within hours from another store. and they call me to pick it up when it comes the longest Ive ever had to wait for a part is 24 hours and they basically sent a driver down to the store that had it in my State to bring it back to the store closest to me. Unlike other auto parts storeswhere they will usually order it from their hub and it will take two to four days sometimes longer. Even when AutoZone has had to order the part from The hub the most its ever taken 24-hours. The other great thing about is they are not pushy about upselling products. If they do have products that they want to upsellthey will explain to you the benefits of having that product if you dont necessarily need it at that time and if you decline they dont keep going on and on like other auto parts stores. Furthermore they will recommend additional items for the job youre working on for example if you go to buy a lightbulb they will offer you bulb grease because thats something that is very useful keeps moisture out etc. so basically they explain to you why you would need that item and what its purpose is and why would be essential but also you can decline say it no I just want the light bulb however they basically make sure that they offer you everything you need to do the job right . And explain why they are offering that product. Thank you again AutoZone for being awesome and having excellent go beyond customer service.

I normally wouldn’t have cared but they treated me as a problem since I walked in. The tone of not wanting to deal with a customer was deep. They had a a sale on automatic transmission fluid by car quest. All it said was bogo 50% on this brand. So I got two gallons, go to register and it doesn’t come up. I asked the guy about it and he said he’ll go check and see if it’s on sale. He says that it only applies to quarts, I asked where it states this on the sale and then he goes to his next person up and says “ customer complaint” and points to me. I wasn’t complaining I was just clarifying I followed the rules of the sale. She proceeded to be unattached to the situation, very down and no help. Very disappointed customer.

Bought a bug screen day before and had trouble figuring it out. Took it back following day and asked a man if he could help me get it on. He said no He never put one on before. So I said maybe one Of the other two men could help. It was like pulling teeth to get some help. I did have a salesmen help but he wasnt very enthused.Last time there a two other auto parts stores here and I will go there next time.P.S. No customers in store. 3 salesmen.

My son bought a alternator 6 months ago and they only gave him 10% off. They shoukd have replaced it. Warranty is one year. Do Not go here. He goes there for all his parts, but NOT ANYMORE. He didnt know the phone number he gave them at the time of purchase. They dont go by your name and address. He told them the part number and found that he purchased it in December but still WOULD NOT REPLACE IT. RIP OFF PLACE..STAY AWAY..

Ive gotten my battery checked here before, the service was great. Today I came here to see if they could check my engine lights. This man, I believe his name was Lois or Louis, delivered the worst experience possible for a customer. He could not stop complaining about how he worked a long day, and got extremely impatient when I could not remember my VIN number. Look, no normal person remembers their VIN number... He then walked to my car, on the way, he was rambling about how he built planes when he was my age. I swear... It was so pathetic its almost funny. So he got into my car, and plugged a little machine to test my engine. Only problem was, he did it without even starting my engine... I honestly do not understand how he was hired considering anyone with ANY basic second grade common sense would know that if youre checking the engine, you better start the engine. Oh yeah, he was also bragging about how he knew five languages. I was just standing there like yooo lmao hows that going for ya? I swear, it was way too funny. But mainly pathetic.If you see an African-American man named Louis (or Lois) in this store with horrible manners and the attitude that because he knows five languages, he could treat his customers badly, get away from him. Or talk to him to make yourself feel great about your own life, because he made it clear that his was so pathetic.
