Pretty good selection of tools in stock. I purchased a shop crane. No hassle in purchasing. Associates helped me load it in my truck. Store is clean and well organized. Despite being unusually busy, the staff worked hard to ensure everyone was served. Ill admit I had a negative opinion of Harbor Freight in the past, but my last few trips to the store have been great. Ill be shopping here again.

Cheap tools, its a good place to stock up, keep an eye out for coupons. Most of their stuff doesnt last long, but I find that if you need a specialized tool to use a dozen times, it may hold up. If youre looking for pro grade tools, spend the money get decent stuff.

If you know what youre getting into this place is great to just wander around look at the tools is also a good time the staff is courteous and the prices are great you just got to know youre not buying the highest quality of tools but if you buy their warranty youre set free replacements I bought a predator 212 and runs great love it

This place has a little bit of everything. It has tools for the home and shop. It has gloves, masks, moving supplies and so much more. Most are imported and offered at low prices.

Generally speaking...a good visit. This time around...didnt have what I wanted. Had to run over to Walmart. They did. LOL

This is my go to place for tools that I use on the acreage when working on machinery. In the event I lose them, it’s no biggie! Also I always seem to find a handful more items for my shop.

It was good but I think you have to many employees working every time I turn a corner someone was asking me if I had found what I was looking for. Made me feel like they thought I was stealing something.

Customer service good actually got help

Seriously.....they wanted to sell me a plastic bag to carry my product in at the checkout!! And before that, the cashier said that the company is going away from the 20% Off Coupon....what?!? Looks like Ill go back when I absolutely HAVE to, instead of browsing around, buying stuff I dont need.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially since I had no idea what I actually needed.

Stopped in around 5pm and it was slow, hardly anybody there, made shopping easy. Grabbed my goodies, checked out, easy peasy! Disappointed they are getting rid of the 20%-25% coupons, birdie says. Otherwise pretty organized and clean store.

Walked right in found what I needed and got out for less than 15 bucks.

Very rude employees one employee kept flicking open his pocket knife. I think he was trying to catch shoplifters. That place better hope deputy pocket knife doesnt use it to apprehend someone. Big lawsuit.

Called in to see if they had a specific kind of tool I needed. Representative was gruff, stated they didnt have anything like that. When asked if he might know where I might find it was rudely dismissed and stated he never had a use for anything like that. The fact is I was asking about a specific crimping tool. Didnt sound knowledgeable and could care less. Very poor customer service and wont be going back for any future business. like that

Decent selection of things needed to what ya need to get done

There is so much to love about Harbor Freight. Its a definite go-to for just about any tool you need. They also have things like fasteners, tarps, small wheels, gloves, pet dishes, solar lights, cables, rope, and on and on. Ive bought plenty from them over the years and have to say that if youre looking for high quality, dependable, long-lasting power tools this is NOT where you should invest your money, but for other items your good to go. Plus there are always coupons online.

Harbor Freight has a policy that violates federal law. Not everybody can wear a mask. Some of us have conditions that make it impossible. Even Gov Inslee acknowledged that in his mask mandate when he initially issued it. If that wasnt bad enough, the rudeness from the cashiers at the front makes me never want to shop there again. Having to explain a medical condition to nasty employees in front of 30+ customers is humiliating, which is why the federal law exists in the first place. I dont care about your opinions regarding masks, this is about medical discrimination.

Had what we needed but prices in this store are twice the price of Texas prices. N they didnt bag my items. Just placed them back in the cart n i had to push the cart out to my truck instead of carrying bags. ... n didnt offer my regular customer sale prices.....even after asking for my phone number ... wierd.

Harbor Freight is a good place to go for tools when youre on a budget. These arent high-end tools but youre also not paying high-end prices. Its especially good if you need a tool that you may not have to use that often and dont want to break the bank buying it elsewhere. If nothing else, their clamps are pretty good for the price and the people are always friendly.

They often have a cheap tool for which I am looking and at a one-time-use price. Not much at harbor freight is buikt to last and they are a purveyor of cheap, mostly chinese-made, tools. I would love to see a tool store like this filled with American-made tools. Regardless it has its place though I wish there were other options.

Not always the best quality tools depending on what you buy, but for most DIY at home people, it works fine. If you know what you need and how you need it, you will be able to tell what should work for you. They do have some great stuff too though, and the prices are good!(especially if you use the coupons they have) Take caution though, you will likely end up going home with more than you planned 😆I always do

My last visit was good. People wore masks. I had to leave the visit before because it was crowded and at least half of the folks were not wearing masks. Poor employees. Folks cant put a mask on for 15 minutes as a courtesy.

Great place to shop. Usually buy my flashlights, electrical cords, tow stuff & few other things here. Always a good deal on something here. I never bring a list & stick to it.. always end up getting more than I thought I would. Nice folks that work there. Always quick/polite

I give this location one star because the note on the door says customers must wear a mask. There was a woman in the store not wearing a mask. I mentioned this to the cashier and she said corporate would not allow them not to permit people in if they refuse to wear a mask. With all the people dying from COVID19 you would think their corporate office would stand behind the note on the door and want to protect other customers as well as their employees.

ITS HARBOR FREIGHT! LOL Cheap tools and equipment at a cheap price. This store in particular though is pretty nice and neatly organized. With a helpful albeit kinda direct borderline rude at times when they have long lines of customers. Which is why its a 4☆ for me, not 5. Cmon guys, are business buying your cheap equipment is what keeps them doors open. In turn it keeps you all employed.

Harbor Freight has inexpensive off brand mostly made in China tools and hardware. Quality varies so Ive found a good strategy to shop here is if you need high precision or a tool that you use frequently and need to last a very long time, its best to buy a more expensive name brand somewhere else. If you need a tool that youll only use a few times or infrequently then Harbor Freight cant be beat.

Its a excellent store to get the tools you need for all most any job

Drove 2 hours one way and spent $100 in fuel to buy a chest that was in stock and for sale but left empty handed, was told i should have called prior. Why? Item was in stock, store was open, but they would not sell it to me. Apparently they needed to have more people to carry it out the back door and all the way around the buildings (several linked stores in a plaza) or something. Their were a couple of us big guys to carry it and we asked if we could just take it out the double doors right out front where we came in and load it into the truck on the sidewalk. (Light enough and small enough for 2 people). Still got denied purchase. They could have at least put it on a hand truck and moved it outside so it would be in our hands from their if it was policy for a customer not to move such an item in store. Very upsetting and a big waste of time and money (fuel). Wonderful problem solving skills. Ill be sure to call ahead for ALL future purchase assuming any of us return. I guess that will be up to how this issue gets resolved.

This store is just the thing I need. Tired of re-visiting Home Depot and despite spending hours and money walking out with a dissatisfied purchase.
