Excellent embroidery and great customer service. Ismail was stepping out to get himself coffee as I drove up and delayed his break to help after I asked a question. We wanted to replace a set of embroidered towels we got for our wedding years ago. He helped me choose thread color and font that would work well on a new set of towels. He had them done within a few hours for a reasonable price and the result looks great.

Ismail at Vancouver Custom Embroidery is a genuinely helpful and kind man. His shop is clean and shows much of the services they offer.He was able to Embroider a blanket for my daughter on the spot. I walked in late on a friday afternoon and he was still so willing to help me. I thought it was incredible when he told me it would be ready in 30 minutes!The price was very affordable!The quality of work and materials are really, really good.Large assortment of products. First let me say I called a few places to see if they could embroider a golf bag, was getting told no. I expanded my search and call Vancouver Embroidery expecting to hear no and they said YES! I paused and asked again, to make sure and it was still YES! I walked in with the whole golf bag, and Ismail had a smile, and then took the section off that we were putting the embroidery on and I kept the rest of the bag! I knew right then, this was the RIGHT PLACE to be! This was a rush order with a very custom desgin, Vancouver Embroidery did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Turned out even better than we thought. Ismail is great. I placed a last minute (and very large) order and he came through. I had called 4 other companies, all of which turned me down due to the time constraints. The shirts were high quality. He even allowed my daughter to watch the process because she was curious. She stayed after hours for us to pickup and at the end he even escorted us to the car because it was so late. I will never go anywhere else. In fact I came on here to get his number to place another high quantity order. Best of the best!

My grandson has two different pin satchels for his Disney pins. Desired to have his initials embroidered on satchels for Christmas. The gentleman who was to do embroidering was kind to do it at that moment since we had driven from Oregon coast to have this done. Cost was fair. Well return for future embroidering .

Ismail made a couple hats for my detailing company. I did not buy the hats beforehand so I had him order the blank black hats for me. He had a million different options I could choose from which is great, but I knew I wanted new era snap-backs which he was able to get. When I went to pick them up they looked amazing. But im an idiot and the logo file I initially sent him was missing the apostrophe in my company name. I told him about my mistake and he fixed it no problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vancouver custom embroidery and will be going back to get jackets made at the end of summer.

Great costumed service and overall just awesome products! I called and asked for a personalized print for my graduation cap that I needed with very short notice and they did it with no problem and it turned out great! Love this place and I definitely recommend it.

I dropped off a sash on Monday .ismael helped me I can tell what she was doing I told him that I want same font as the one on sash and the same colour .
