Called the shop and Don picked up. Told him I had a team of 10 U8 Boys I need trophies for, he gave me a quote over the phone $80 plus tax and asked me to email the list of names and the kids team name, they all were finished the same day, just picked them up and they were better then I expected! Amazing customer services super fast delivery, the kids will be very happy!

Everything got done on time and as promised with perfect precision. Combined with friendly staff and an awesome dog you cannot go wrong with this engraving shop.

Had my husbands ring engraved here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. This meant a lot to me and him. This ring was one of a kind and there is not another one out there.. Unfortunately the owner there allowed a girl that was in training to engrave it and the engraving was not straight at all!!!! I didnt notice it at first but once I got into my car and drove off I saw that its all messed up. It was so difficult to give this to my husband because I basically ruined his ring. He wasnt happy about it all. I think that new employees should train on practice items not something thats so meaningful to the customer. Definitely wont be back!

They ruined my item and then still had me pay for it.I stopped by at 9am this morning and dropped off a wine bottle opener I purchased for my in-laws to go along with a larger gift for their 50th anniversary. One side was already engraved with the name of a personally meaningful place.I asked if On The Spot Engraving could engrave Happy 50th Anniversary! and have it ready by the end of the day. They said they could, requesting I give them as much time as possible and pick up at the end of the day. I came at 4:50 and a blonde woman told me, it was the wrong kind of metal. She showed me my item. It had the first H engraved and then crudely scratched out and then my words were engraved after the scratching out. (SEE PICTURE) I would not have minded a single scratch but the original H was clearly visible and looked awful. I cant gift this so I had them throw it away.At no point in the day did ANYONE call and tell me that they had ruined my item and on top of it they still checked me out at full price so I HAD TO MY PAY FOR MY DAMAGED ITEM. I let the blonde know I was extremely upset and would be leaving a negative review.Avoid this place.

I had 10 growlers done here and the enamel looks fantastic. They also had a pretty fast turnaround. Only a slight problem with the layout but I should have taken in a printout for it too so its a bit on both of us. Had a great experience working with them tho and will go back in the future.

I emailed the company to engrave my wifes stethoscope for christmas and was emailed back in the same day with a great price. I brought the stethoscope in and the owner showed me different fonts that I could choose from. I picked the one I wanted and he was more than happy to engrave the stethoscope. Before he started he showed me with the laser what it will look like and if I would approve of the spot and size. After figuring it out with him he started right away. It was done in about 20 minutes more or less. He is good with small talk and will greet you with a smile.

After an Amazon custom order fell through at the last minute, I found this place. I walked in on a Saturday and talked through what I had envisioned and asked for some suggestions. What I received was really great customer service and we worked out the best options for what I wanted. On the very next business day I went in and it wasnt ready yet but they made sure I had my item in very short order.Not that they need the help in this department, but Scrap, the resident pup is really great and keeping you company while you peruse your options or wait for your order.

I purchased 3 custom name plates/tags from this business around the beginning of August 2019. After verifying all the info and only after 2 days, the work was completed, with no issues or problems. I will return here if I need more custom work. Thank you!

Had some engraved plates made. They were reasonably prised. It had a little error but they fixed it fast.

Talk about screwed up good. A month in advance we discussed a memorial piece; we were told easy and done in an afternoon. We went back several days before we needed it to order and pay. Stopped by to pick up and told come back later; then called and said they had to order materials and it would be done Friday. It was beyond clear when we left our money that we were leaving town Tuesday and the sign was going with us! The owner didnt even show his face to apologize just some scared young gal at the counter. Thanks to Joel at Signs & More on St Johns blvd I have exactly what I asked for, on time and cheaper too!

I took in a knife and a pocket watch to have engraved as a wedding gifts for my groom and son. When I went to pick it up a letter for the saying was not on the knife. The pocket watch was poorly done with over time it will look better, but i express how important these were to the store owner when i first dropped them off. When I went back to get these items the the owner was i went over it three times I dont know why the letter still doesnt look right. I will not use them again. Due to the quality and owners cold shoulder relationship with customers. Use Signs and More they will treat you much better.

I had a rush job. Customer service was great. Timing was perfect. When I forgot to pick it up the next day after work, the owner went out of his way to let me pick it up. Greatly appreciated. Product was exactly what I paid for and engraving was exactly what I ordered. Thanks again.

Engraving looked Great, price is okay, not a lot of merchandise in good condition to choose from the store directly, but the staff was fast, polite and accommodating, I would use them again!

I needed some beer mugs etched for my brother... I was getting on a flight that night and needed them done for me that day. I brought the mugs and the designs in first thing in the morning and had the finished product that night. They were better than I could have imagined!!! I will go here for all my etching needs!

I have had this place do several things for me and overtime they have been just what I ordered. He have stated several times if it was not what I ordered he would make it right. He also showed me why he collects first several people had ordered things and not return to pick them up. I have check to see if I could benefit by having them done other places his price is very reasonable. If you need something right away he will usually do it while you wait. I would recommend this place for any work he can do for you.

Two week wait to have a name put on a trophy. The gentleman was rude when I dropped off and tried to ask questions. When I picked up, again, tried to ask questions and he waved me off. Bummer, I was looking for a new company to supply our competition trophies. Do not waste your time or money.

Were able to meet my needs, the younger person I initially dealt with was friendly and open. The older gentleman when I picked up my order was much more reserved.

I placed a small order for some transfers on tee shirts and sweat shirts but without calling to explain or notify me, the copy was changed, the fonts were changed and what I had pre-paid for and expected to receive was not what I ended up with. I cannot reccomend this place. You just dont know what you will get, but rest assured you will pay in advance. This is not good business practice and I cannot recommend this company.

We have used on the spot engraving 2 times thr 3rd time was terrible. The 1st time about a year and a half ago, it went smoothly and we got our product within a week and it was great.The 2nd time about 6 months ago, we left an example of what we wanted including a hat. We gave very specific instructions on sizes and type of hat we wanted. 2 weeks later after several complaints, we got the cheapest hat he could find, not anything like the example we left, and the shirts was size bigger than what we left. I made them replace thr whole order.to match what we wanted.The third time I left jackets to get our logo ironed on and he calls a week later saying he couldnt do them. That was a week wasted that I could have paid some one else to do it.To get to the point dont use this company if you want quality and timeliness.Called on 2/26/2016 willing to give another chance and got the same rudeness and unwillingness to do our items. Obviously not in need of good returning customers, willing to give another chance.

Engraved text was off center, both vertically and horizontally, in the piece I brought in to have them engrave. Very disappointed with the service.

Ordered completely different medals than what was agreed upon and the staff werent very pleasant to deal with.

The only place Ive found in the area that will engrave anything and everything (canteen cups, mugs, flasks, etc.) and not just flat pieces of metal (like at most craft stores and trophy/award shops)...
