I wouldnt go anywhere else! I like the embroidery better that silk screening....doesnt fade....washes well....stands out....

I wanted to embroider our family crest on some shirts. I made three trips there to go over how I wanted it to look. We took images off the internet. I thought everything was going along just fine. I came in to look at a sample crest they made and it looked good. I just asked to have it enlarged and change the color on the lettering. He said he could do it. I left thinking every thing was just fine. When I got home I got an email from them saying he did not want to do it anymore. He just dropped me in the middle of a job that had a deadline. I followed up with an email and he just said no thanks. Do not take them at there word. He will also drop you if he gets a bigger job. This is what I think happened to me. He just didnt want to do it anymore. I tried to keep my business local as he was recommended to me by another tailor in Vancouver. The business I am in has hundreds of shirts embroidered every year and I was going to give him all my business. Maybe I should have told him this upfront. His loss. Buyer beware.
