Found exactly what I was looking for, a portable lap top desk. Its great, love it. Good value. Works great while lounging on bed. Folds flat for easy storage when not in use.

A pillow was advertised for one price and the cash register rang up something else. Manager and staff corrected the amount and were apologetic. Super nice.

Bought sugar free coffee syrup. It was easy to find. Plus the clearance section had a good variety of items.

We shopped tonight (Saturday evening) and we were greeted warmly at the door by employees. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me locate the items on my shopping list. The store was surprisingly empty, especially compared to the Target across the street. I was happy with the prices I found on the things I wanted!

Everyone asks if the can help, but we walked out today because when we told them how, they couldnt help. Employees need to then follow though and have authority to make decisions.

I like Bed Bath and Beyond. Just bought bedding... Hard to find American made. Chinese made comforter had to be returned for flaws, cheap construction. BB&B very good about refunding. I hope they get their money back from supplier

The linen department has gotten smaller. The sheet selection by sets unless you want bulky bedspreads are next to nothing

Huge selection of great products.

Ordered a Breville air fryer oven. The next day found it on their web site on sale, printed out to take it into the store for a adjustment and the store refuse me the adjustment. Manager Joel made me feel like I had alter the print out. Terrible customer service.Now going forward BedBath & Beyond reached out to me about my issue. Tara store manager called me and was able to fix the adjustment and apologized for the way the whole thing was handled. I am now giving them a five star rating for accommodating and the way she handled the issue. They will continue to have my business.

Their prices are too high. This store has nice stuff but I really think they need to lower their the price.

Can order items and they will be ready at the nearest bed bath and beyond nearest college someone attends. Especially helpful if living out of state, no need to carry stuff with you. Just pick up at store near school you attend

Not hard to find prices significantly lower than Amazon for the exact same items.

Bed Bath and Beyond definitely has a better selection of kitchen wares than stores like Target. It can be a little more expensive, though. Everything is laid out logically, so its easy to find what youre looking for. The staff here were very helpful and professional.

Employees were scarce. Didnt get questions answered, and then had to wait in line a long while to check out with one small item. Only one customer ahead of me already checking out, and three employees standing around behind the biggest counter doing nothing. Almost left without purchasing the item, but then one of the younger girls finally caught on and rang me up at another counter.

I hadnt been in for a number of months so I thought Id check it out. Store looked really junky and disorganized. Lots of out of stocks. Less selection than it usually has such as in linens. Overall a very unpleasant shopping experience.

I love the store and the products but Hate the Prices. I can see why these box stores will eventually go out of business because of the ease and cost to order the exact same item ONLINE. I think these owners need to rethink their strategy now before its too late.

We had a great experience at this Bed Bath and Beyond. We walk into the store and we were welcomed with a very nice clerk. She immediately knew what we were here for (a return of a coffee machine) and asked us if we were going to get a new one or if we wanted store credit. She told us to go do our shopping and that shell bring the new one right to the checkout counter. They helped us find everything we needed and with a great attitude.

Service was great. Store has a lot of items almost to many to see. Special ordered two mats and two rugs. Reasonable prices.

The best store to go for everything you want and nothing you cant live without haha. Good place to go if you have an idea for something particular and want to scout your options. I find if I go in with no direct aim I get lost in the cool things!

They have a pretty good selection here as well. This store is slightly larger than some of the other ones. I did notice they dont have quite the same selection of bathrom fixtures as others, but had better bed sheet selection.

Good staff fair prices..

Never have what they post to have online and I keep finding myself disappointed in going in. As a goods store it has a large selection of things but can be pricey and much can be found on amazon for cheaper. Hours could be better as well. The staff was willing to order it and help but had to be tracked down when many had walked past me when I visibly needed help finding a product they were said to have in store.

Love this store! I always do the loop to check out any bargains (they are always in the middle of the aisle. Registered here for our wedding and they keep it up and running for a year or two so family was still using it for gift ideas afterward!

I purchased a set of laundry bags that are supposed to be washable, the first time I washed it the zipper pulley came off one side. When I managed to get it back together I washed it a second time and the zipper pulley came off the opposite side. $8 for a peice of crap. I will never waste my hard earned money at this store again!!!!
