Love Costco! Prices are always amazing. Gas price is the lowest among the area. Always excited to go for a grocery run. Employees are nice too. Like the fact that they don’t use plastic bags instead they are reusing the boxes, love it! If only other stores start doing this. Thanks Costco. Membership fee is worth it.

Great place. Daily deals. Love it. And a little secret. The best place to get travel deals!! Have to pay for a membership but totally worth it. Do not get the gold one unless you will spend over 4k a year there on items and gas.

Tried using the self checkout for the first time there. It would be helpful to have some kind of designated line instead of people just standing around, rushing up to an empty spot. Also, as someone who brings their own bags, you cant have your bag or box on the platform after scanning your item. Not user friendly.

Went to have hearing aids fixed, and picked up a few things. Picked a good time not to busy.

It was good and fast shopping. The only thing I didnt like is excessive inventory of alcohol. Way too much and it will make people alcoholics quickly. Please, fix it.

Always enjoy shopping at Costco. Its good to see Teddy back at the Vancouver Costco. He is definitely an asset to Costco. If I had anything close to a complaint, it would be the sizes of items in the cheese sections. Now that we no longer have children at home, we have to be careful not to overbuy on some items. Our experience with employees at Costco has always been A+++. When we travel, I always check for a Costco location when I need gas.

Costco is wonderful as usual. Only wish there was a 3rd Vancouver location. Theres never a day thats not super busy. Warning customers are once again hoarding. Couldnt get toilet paper.

Always a pleasure working with them. Even with some longer than ideal wait times occassionally, I give them all of my business. They always treat me fairly. Staff is knowledgeable, and super friendly.

I arrived at 9:15 to find out they no longer allow first responders to enter early. Now it’s only seniors. I even called and checked the website before going and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere. The greeter made sure to (rudely) tell me I had to wait until 10:00. I can’t wait in my car for 45 min with a toddler. No thanks. They need to make this update on the website and voice recording and encourage greeters to not be a holes about it. I guess first responders aren’t important anymore.

The customer service is second to none! The massage chair was well over budget. Lol

Costco was awesome!!! Extra employees on hand for potential big crouds. Went right to and then thru an empty check-out line.. the cashier was fast, professional and super friendly. I watched while he went over & above to help a disabled customer. He & his cashier-partner were extremely patient & helpful while I sorted out my purchases. Bonus... great sales this week!!! Good alcohol section..to bad they dont carry beers anymore

This review is for the optometry department. I had a great experience there today. Dr. Lentz is a very nice man, & very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained the screening process so I would understand what was going on. I don’t have vision insurance so he recommended contacts for me that were a good quality but also wouldn’t break the bank. I will definitely continue to go to Dr. Lentz for future vision screenings and recommend to anyone needing eye care.

In 15 years of shopping I just had my first bad experience at Costco. I went through the self checkout line and because I had six bottles of wine I asked the gentleman working there to look at my cart and make sure the alcohol was OK ... and it was. This gentleman waited with me while I scan the first bottle of alcohol to do the ID check. He probably looked at my cart no less than 10 times in our interaction. I had a total of 16 items.While I’m checking out the rest of my items stern blond female employee walked up to me and very loudly chastised me for having too many items. She said normally it’s only 10 items (even though it’s not posted whatsoever *anywhere* that that’s a limit or store policy.) Then she says you know if we make it 15, then its 20 and then where are we?. I politely advised her that perhaps she should be educating her coworker and not the customers as there is no sign posting anything along the lines of what she is saying, and he clearly took no issue with my 16 small items. This didnt even cover the bottom of the cart... Which is why I went through self checkb in the first place.She was very rude and unprofessional about the entire situation and I just do not understand harassing a customer with 16 small items in self check out... At Costco... Where people have mountains of goods to checkout. She was clearly having a bad day or perhaps just is one bad egg employee somehow slipping through Costcos system. She needs retraining and an attitude adjustment.To Costcos credit... One unprofessional git in 15 years is as pretty good record.

Clean, organized, well-stocked inventory. Large parking lot with sufficient parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plus their food court is very quick and the food is delicious!

Its always clean, but the crowds dont seem covid kosher, at all. There is someone at door counting in and out, but its just as snug as ever. I dont like shopping and I dont need to buy in bulk. That said, I got what I wanted, and left with fair efficiency.If you have allergic issues, all the plants indoors are a trigger, right now. The sheer quantity of chemical cleaning product fragrances exceeds other stores and so does the length of the aisle and then, out of it, you still have to get past more. Its nothing bothersome for *most* people. Its just a bigger hurdle for chemically sensitive people than is the average supermarket.Most of the prices are great. I do wonder why they never have plus size clothing for men and women, any one doing a good look around could see that most of the shoppers need that. Me and my fella, sure do. Great price on clothes, but we were not able to buy any.

I was there for vision services-new glasses. They did not have rimless frames even though I could buy rimless frames Costco online. This seems silly. They said their provider doesnt have or make rimless. Why dont they find someone who do provide this service? I dont want to go to Walmart, but may have to to get what I want.

Excellent return policy. Only minus is the one cashier at return place. She never smile, nor say hi or buy. She was gone for few month but she came back.

A well-run costco providing all the usual bulk items you expect. Entering the parking area for the store can be a bit of maze and it gets exceptionally busy.

It used to feel safe to shop here but now it’s full of anti maskers, chin diapers, and fake mesh masks. For the safety of their employees and science believing shoppers I wish they would require masking that is currently the law.

The staff are friendly and the variety of items is also the best at Costco.

Good selection and people are friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is Everytime they have a good healthy food item they stop carrying it but continue to carry less healthy options.

They really don’t enforce masks at all.. Probably 1 in 5 were walking around without masks. One lady even had a mesh face mask.

I usually go to the PDX location even though I live in Vancouver. When Im limited by time constraints, I go to this one in Vancouver, mainly, because its closer and a little less crowded. The staff could just more smiles and friendliness towards their customers in my opinion.

They have a great variety of clothes, appliances, food, cosmetics and much more. Excellent customer service 👍👌!!

What I love about Costco is that you can find things that are about the same price as other places, but they have more value for your dollar. Yes everything costs much more on average, but thats because you are buying in bulk for most items.All of that plus the star of the show which is the hot food they serve. Hotdog and a drink for $1.50 is the best deal they have, but $2 large slices of pizza and giant chicken bakes are definitely winning.Instead of going to a fast food joint I take my family here because we can either go shopping for every day groceries, or I can knock the kids out with slices twice the size of their heads.A+ rating

My favorite Costco. Friendly, helpful folks. Seldom crowded. Reasonable prices. Great food at the deli, with fresh meat, veggies, fruit and good take home meals. They have everything, food, pharmacy, optometrist, home and personal care items, and my favorite...good beer options. These guys help me meal plan and have helpful fitness tools to keep me on track.

Great location for all your bulk needs. Employees there are extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and organized. The only thing I dislike are the food stands that create mass clogging.

Its COSTCO! Great prices,good selection. Some sampling is back. You still cant eat in the store, but its a good start. We finally found Bisquick! The other stores havent had it in stock. Staff was willing to search for it until someone mentioned where it was located!

My wife had a misunderstanding about how the self checkout machine worked and the very nice young guy working at the self checkout helped us out with the self checkout machine. He made some small talk with us about how the beef bulgogi we bought tasted great which helped ease the embarrassment my wife was having over the situation. Great customer service that makes this Costco our pick even though its a little longer of a drive than the Camas Costco.

This certain Costco is well laid out. And its gas station has Diesel fuel. A certain cashier is lacking in good customer service. It is normal for customer to keep an eye on each item being scanned but this cashier seems not to like it. I wish this branch has a self- check out scanner machines.

Once again I found everything I was looking for. Stores are clean and well organized.

Costco is always good! And today was no exception. It was not overly crowded. When I got to check out, a clerk came and took me to a different register, I believe because I had just a few items. That was a wonderful treat! Customer service is so critical!

What you expect from warehouse store. Some great buys on winter wear and other basic clothing. Great prices on down comforters. T.V. selection pretty impressive. Out of paper products! Toilet paper, paper towels, wipes and other essential products. Hope to see that change. Otherwise pretty standard stuff. Employees were a little sharp as it was closing time, could have held out for the last hour being a little more friendly. It was overall a decent experience.

Went to Costco for tires for the first time, being that it’s still Covid restrictions it made it a bit difficult as there is no waiting area (maybe there never was) also don’t love that you drop off the car in the side of the building but then have to walk to the front to enter. Seems like they should have their own entrance. Customer service was great! I will be beach for sure.

Not too bad of a shopping place, but only if you buy in bulk. Mostly go there for the gas as it is always 10-15 cents per gallon, plus it is some of the best gas you can buy.

Always spending more than I would like to, because most all of the products are prime. I have never had an issue with customer service, everyone I’ve ever contacted have been knowledgeable and courteous

This place is a lot worse ever since they put in self checkout. They wont let you bring a flatbed though because they dont have a gun at the checkout. I thought this was a bulk shopping place?? If you want to make it like a regular supermarket dont charge a annual fee.

Even though the store is always so packed, I find that checkout is usually not as bad as it looks! The cashiers make quick work of scanning items and there is an express checkout as well for people like me who only buy a few items each trip.

Great hikes around or over the Bolders and hiking everywhere. All the while great views of the Sierras. Lots of movie scene locations such as Iron Man

Great stuff if you have a big family

This might be one of the largest Costco stores that I have been it. One if the reasons that it is so large might be the fact that they carrier wines beer, and liquor in this facility. Now, most stores that we have seen like this tend to have the liquor accessible from the outside. This would allow for non-members to purchase at the great prices that Costco provides. For this reason, I only gave the 4-star rating.

Always an adventure! I found items that I wish I could find at my hometown Costco.

I went in for dog food. Left with a cart full. Always a good time at Costco.

A little disappointed in customer service. I was in the check out and the two people checking my groceries was talking bad stuff about other customers. 😣 sorry your having a bad day but when your at your job you should be professional. Its Costco. I view it as just as magical as Disneyland!
