This was my first time here and I don’t think I’ll be going back. I got my first lenses ordered. I was told that the frame size would be different to fit my face only to come and get them and the frame size was the same exactly and way too small for my face, the ear pieces were indenting on my temples; then they adjusted they didn’t fit they were still to small and then was told that was the only frame size they come in. It’s like just because I wear glasses that I was treated that I should know this or know better. Then I ordered a remake pair and they seemed like a good size for my face, way better than before. They had come in, I tried them on they didn’t shake but because the lenses are so heavy they fall down my face, ear pieces are loose and not sturdy and it falls down enough to touch my cheeks and it’s really uncomfortable. The frames honestly just seem cheap no matter what route you go $250 or $60. I will be finding somewhere else to go. It’s just frustrating when you really need glasses to see and the ones you keep getting are just not properly fitted to your face and they’re so uncomfortable you don’t even want to wear them, but you have to because you can’t see.

My 8 year old really wanted contacts, and the staff here were so supportive as he took time to learn how to place contacts in his eye. We were allowed to practice for 2 hours one day, and came back another day for another hour before he was able to do it. I appreciated that they gave him space to practice and were very friendly and encouraging.

There is a reason they are cheap. Worst quality of lenses, they scratch super easy and I picked the most expensive lens they had. I would not recommend them.

Was very happy with the whole process! My eye exam from Pacific Eye Group, located in Visionworks, was thorough and professional. Dr. Harvey answered all of my questions and explained everything. My glasses were ready in less than a week and fit perfectly. Im still getting used to the area for reading versus the area for computer work with the progressive lenses, but I think that will just be a matter of time. Would highly recommend!

All of the staff members were super kind and helpful. The optometrist was hands down the kindest woman I have ever dealt with. The general manager was kind and even helped get me a discount for not having vision insurance. Both he and one of his sales associates were extremely laid back and wonderful and i really felt taken care of. I would recommend them to any of my friends, and I will.

My family and I will not be returning to this Visionworks center again. Called and was speaking with Shelly, who was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time during the phone call, very unprofessional. Refused to send prescription for contacts, proceeded to ask for the prescription for glasses and was told “don’t use that for contacts”, “they’re two different things” yeah no duh lady! Her delivery of this comment was very condescending and unprofessional, sad. Since they refuse my contacts prescription to me I’ll have to get glasses which is not what I want. Very disappointed, this is why our family has avoided chain practices like this, and will continue to after this experience.

My first experience was great here, but when I came to pick my prescription up the customer service was god awful. No one acknowledged me at all in the 15 minutes I waited to pick up my prescription. I’m very upset that I will have to come back and pick up another prescription because what should be a short process will easily take another 45 minutes or even longer.

Dr. Pinske was the absolute best! Knowledgeable, professional and very down to earth! I would recommend her to anyone! Also the wonderful ladies in her office!Lynn at Visionworks was also a delight! Great personality and just wonderful to work with! Very accommodating! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The Vancouver Tech Center Visionworks is awesome!The staff are very warm and help. the two the stood out the most to me where the GM Jim Potter and 3rd manager Kimmi. you would never know that they are commissioned with how relaxed and for the costumer they were. on top of all of this their sales and deals are plentiful and vary in pricings depending on your situation. all in all a very great place to go for any sort of Vision needs. they even fast tracked my glasses to their mall location so i didnt have to wait a week to get them. i picked them up same day!

Let me just say that I should have started with this versus going to the Mall location. After having a not so good experience with the Mall location, I came here where I first started with Visionworks. Robin the store manager listened to my issues and went above and beyond for me to be happy again with my glasses. It’s because of her and the welcoming girl Lynn and the other gal (purple and silver hair) I will continue to drive all the way out here. I can’t express how happy she made me. We just moved to Camas from Tennessee. Lynn St. Cloud took care of my wife and I. She was very professional and friendly at the same time. She made us feel important and was very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this store and Lynn if you need vision products!

Amazingly disorganized place. I came in with a prescription from my old doctor, they scanned it, but the next time I came in they said they could not find any record of it!! Charged me more for thinner lenses I didnt ask for. Never coming back.Additional note: I ordered my glasses over a week ago, called in today and they didnt even mail them out yet! So I have to drive to pick them up. Awful.

Lynne was a big help today! We had a wonderful experience finding my daughters first pair of glasses! They have a great selection for kids and my daughter couldnt be happier!

Although I didn’t buy anything here, I appreciated the greeting and kind customer service representatives there.I was here for a optometrist appointment with Dr. Pinske to renew my contact prescription. When I walked in and started to file the paperwork, I thought it was odd that I wasn’t in the system, since I had previously been there before. The kind receptionist informed me that there had been a change in management and that the wonderful Dr. Pinske got her own practice at another location just down the street at Camas Optique.I immediately cancelled my appointment and went to her new location. I was not disappointed! I was warmly greeted by the sweet ladies at Camas Optique, and received top quality professional services. They genuinely care about their clients and want to help you in any way they can. I loved supporting a local business, and I will continue to visit those lovely ladies for all of my future eye health needs.

My family has attempted to visit this location several times. It inevitably takes 5-10 minutes before our presence is even acknowledged, and then were always told theyre swamped and were 4th and 5th in line to be served. Go to their Vancouver Mall location instead, where youll be greeted immediately and served promptly.

Come here if you want to get your eye prescription and leave with half of the info you need to buy glasses missing from the prescription. This place is a joke. So insulting.

Fantastic and amazing customer service with a large selection of frames and an inhouse optometrist.

Doctor visit was good but then they recommended HD lenses. They were terrible and came at extra costs. Then had to order regular lenses instead and they took two more weeks to get the glasses and I didnt even get reimbursed for the HD option. The glasses were delayed past the promised date because they broke a lens at the manufacturer. I dont believe that. Really poor customer service and no sensitivity that Ive been in 6 year old glasses for a month. Dont go here.
