Let’s just say I ordered glasses here. They forgot about my order, then when they placed the order the frames were not compatible with my prescription. So I had to go back in and choose different frames… only for those frames to also not be compatible. So now I have some ugly glasses I paid $400 for since those were the only ones compatible with my prescription. I’ve never had this problem before which is really odd. I won’t be coming back here.

I have been to advanced eye care twice now and BOTH times I have been EXTREMELY HAPPY with thier customer service. I was greated when I walked in and helped right away. The staff is friendly and so helpful! Today DeMeishah helped Me pick out a perfect frame for my personality and face. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this eye center to anyone hands down❤

I recently ordered/purchased two pairs of glasses from Advanced Eye Care. The optician who waited on me was Tai Hua. This was not the first time I have ordered glasses from Advanced Eye Care, and I am a return customer because Mr. Hua ALWAYS provides me with nothing but excellent customer service. Very friendly staff that is great at what they do, from determining the best prescriptions for the lenses, accurate diagnoses, and a great staff to help me determine the best frames to match my style.I recently scratched my lenses, but luckily I had the warranty to get another set. Tai was great at getting an order for new lenses set up in just around a minute, and I got new lenses in just under a full week. He was very helpful, respectful, and polite. He made the process seamless and took the stress out of it for me.I have already made referrals for others to go here, and I would recommend it to anybody. Ive only been with them for about 6 months, but this is absolutely where Ill be receiving my eye care for years to come.

I came here to get a new pair of glasses and test my eyes again. I was very impressed with the huge selection of glasses they have. Many cute different styles. Ive gotten 3 different styles so far and already have my eye on another. The front desk staff is great as well, very professional. The doctors are also very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable there.

I had a great exam with Dr. Timothy Garner he found out that I have macular degeneration and see spots in my eyes and was very informative with me in the exam room. He even show me pictures from his hi tech OCT machine that take scans of my eye and did a retinal photo for me too. He was referred to me from a family member. He has a very humble personality that gives you a feeling that he is taking care of his own father in the exam room. I highly recommend him!

After having a negative experience at another Vancouver eye clinic, I was very impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism held by all the staff at this office. They always treat us great and we enjoy coming here. I highly recommend them!

You are just a dollar sign. Poor management! Doctor very friendly but office staff is subpar at best. Waiting for glasses over a month. They receive payment at time of service so they have no incentive to call and inform you your glasses are in. I called them. Front desk and manger were both unapologetic to why it took so long for them to inform me my glasses were in. It would have been so nice just to hear a simple “I am sorry for the inconvenience”. I guess once they get their money they really don’t care about you the client !!!! I will not be going back. To many other choices for better service and care

My husband and I recently went to Advanced Eyecare and they took great care of us. It was my first eye exam and the doctor was patient and thorough. When it came time to pick out glasses Veronica and Tai were also great! They had a large selection of frames to chose from and where knowledge about my insurances coverage. They helped us pick frames that were flattering and we had fun doing it. Never did we feel pressured or hurried. We have definitely found out new eye doctor. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I love this place. I take two of my children, ages 5 and 9, here. The doctors are kind and explain things in a very understandable way. The staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff!

I love Dr. Gardner & his staff, very attentive and detailed to both my fiancee and myself. Oddly enough I am very confused with Ty (?) He misquoted the pricing of my contacts. I have monovision and only require one contact. I have opted for color because it is easier for me to see the contact and they also enhance my eye color. He asked for payment and was ready to order the contacts but failed to ask what color I would like. Odd...I will continue to do business with them, but advise maybe some additional training for Ty. My contacts are now twice the amount he quoted me a month ago.

The staff at Advanced Eye Care are extremely knowledgeable and so nice. I accidentally placed something on my glasses and both lens fell out. I trotted right over to AEC and they reinserted the lens in a flash. They cleaned them, too, and didnt charge me. These people are simply the bet!

Just got down with an appointment hella dialted my eyes and forgot to give me the sunglasses so when I walked out of the office my eyes were having a hard time adjusting to the light and everything is kind of a blur. Like what the hell? Your supposed to give ppl the sunglasses after u dilate their eyes

I had my eyes examined for contacts last year. I did ask for 1 month disposable lens, but the trial lens given to me was 2 week disposable. I was fine with that. When I asked them for 6 month supply, they gave me 1 year lens supply and as I had to purchase it because I needed them. Even more frustrating part was one of the office staff gave me a bad advice that the 2 week disposable lens can be put on for 1 whole month. I recently attended a different doctor and they told be that using the lens beyond the expiry date could damage the cornea.

Tai is great

They could never find my file when I called in. Then I was told I would be followed up with to schedule an appointment to evaluate my trial lenses, but never received any calls. My optemetrist on my first visit was nice, but the office has a whole was unorganized and turned everything into a huge hassle.
