Dr Stine comes into the exam room as Im wiping my glasses with the hem of my shirt. He immediately says, Yep, life long nearsightedness. Able to see and clean your glasses. We always get a premium, thorough exam here. And the frame selection is fabulous. Came alone this time so had no one to help me with a decision. Stephanie gave excellent advice and I was confident that I would love my new glasses.

Dr.Stine was wonderful and very informative. Im going from single vision to progressive so was a little nervous. Dr. Stine made me feel a lot more comfortable about the transition. Highly recomend, all staff were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful from the exam to selecting new frames for my progressive lenses.

Very disappointed. I called at opening today. Have something in my eye, irritated and painful. Eye is bloodshot. Asked if I could get squeezed in to have it checked. Was told I couldnt be seen until tomorrow afternoon 1:30. Or I could go to urgent care. Thx for the great service.....I will never be back.

Ive been going to Dr. Stein for over 10 years and I think he is thorough, honest, funny and somewhat charming. His assistants are always friendly and are informative during your tests. I would definitely say if youre looking for a good eye doctor, Dr. Stein is the way to go

I had the most unpleasant experience there. My son was seeing by Dr. Stine recently. When my 11 year old son asked him Do I have to wear them (glasses), he answered Its a free country If it was a joke I still dont think that it was professionally appropriate answer for the pre-teen .Also he wasnt really engage with us, he didnt asked if we have any question, even though we said that the boy never wore glasses before.The associates though have been good and really helpful.

John is a very knowledgeable optometrist. He explains what he sees and they have more equipment than I have seen at other optometrist offices. Would definitely recommend!

It was a excellent test from start to finish. I also got the retinal scan as well. Fairly quick and had no issues. The staff was friendly, I would recommend this optometrist.

My eye exam was great! Everyone was so friendly, and Lauren was terrific in getting me all dialed in with my new contact lenses! She was awesome.

Went in to doctor Stine today to get a contact RX. It’s my first time wearing contacts, and Lauren was very gentle and patient teaching me how to put them in and take them out. They’re so comfortable, it was such a great expirence! Definitely happy with everything!

Master Eye Associates has been amazing. My son had tried glasses for years and they were always too strong for him to tolerate. When we switched eye doctors to Master Eye Associate they worked with him to train his eyes to work together and never let him leave until they knew he could tolerate his new prescription.

Getting my eyes checked was an amazing experience here! The receptionists Lauren and jessica were so kind and very knowledgeable with my insurance even when it was a more difficult insurance to pull. Dr stine was very kind and got my in and out very quickly! Love this company!

What a nice experience with this crew. Master Eye Associates shares a space with Visionworks at the Vancouver mall. Both were great! Dr. Stine of Master Eye Assoc. was knowledgeable and patient. He gave me options and was very thorough. My followup appt. went well also. I was seen for an eye exam, and was fitted for new contacts and glasses. Assistants included Nick, Lauren and a couple of other ladies. All very nice, I highly recommend!
