Laptop is overheating. The tech replaced thermal paste for a great price but it didnt fix the problem. I was a little surprised and disappointed that it was his only idea and his response is well, these laptops tend to run hot. I dont know much but 90+ celsius seems excessive to me.

Tag was really honest and timely in his estimate on the cost and repairs needed to our MacBook Pro. We ended up not going forward with the repair and buying a new laptop instead. Tag is very friendly over the phone and in person. His advice and expertise really helped us.

Taps is not only super knowledgeable about computers but is also a real gentleman. I have been around computers since 1986 and feel Im somewhat qualified to repair most anything on a computer, but Taps totally exceeds my knowledge. Please, for your own sake, dont take your computer anywhere else to get it repaired or brought up to snuff. Believe me, he is the best that Ive found, and Ive worked with a lot. Very, very reasonable on prices. You WILL get your moneys worth and a lot more. I would never consider taking my computer anywhere else !

I spilled coffee in my brand new laptop, after several days I turned it back on and it still didnt work so I called PC Rescue Wiz and talked to Taps. He was available the same day, so I took the laptop to him and he checked it with an external keyboard and determined the keyboard probably shorted out. He ordered the new part and had the laptop back to me 4 days later and charged me a little less than the estimate. I found Taps to be polite and very competent..I would call him first again if I ever have a problem.

I read reviews before I use the vendors services most of the time. My PC hard drive went south and I am not a technician. I woke up to this Sat. the 6th and called Tapps. He said what was probably wrong and I brought it by for repair. Monday morn he called with the finished repair. I appreciate his work and friendly attitude. I would/ and do recommend him.

My computer had an annoying ransomware virus AND a nearly fried hard drive and Taps was still able to work his magic! He was very cooperative and really nice. I am definitely going back if I ever have problems again and I would recommend the same to anyone else!

Taps helped in every way possible!! Our computer was beyond repair and he answered several phone calls from us explaining which computer was best for our needs. His diagnostic cost was then put towards the cost of putting the old computer information on the new one which is a service unheard of! I dropped my laptop on a hardwood floor. The power connection was loose, and the adaptor would no longer charge the computer. I took my Dell inspiron to PC Rescue Wiz on a Tues. afternoon at 4pm, and by Wed. at 1pm, it was fixed, recharged, and ready for pick-up--with a new adaptor. Works out of his apartment with no sign other than a little 8X10 paper clock on the door with the hands turned to 11. The listing says 9. I drove by at 10. Im not comfortable leaving my $2000 laptop to a person in a row apartment in a residential neighborhood. Open a real store and earn your reviews.
