GM Ariel was absolutely awesome at this location. Had some confusion with a online order. I placed the order in a wrong location on my own mistake. She could have told me to go to Clackamas about 1 hour away instead of all the trouble she went through to get me my paperwork. I really appreciate what she did as time is money and I have places to be. This was a very professional gesture and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks again. Happy people ✌

I visit this location for office supplies regularly and the staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, well stocked and organized! They also made a copy of my covid vaccine card and laminated it for free! No pressure to buy anything else, no upsell - just a quick, easy service!

Horrible service, would not help me print large format because of a large order that was going to take all day. I needed 1 large format printed.We wonder why these places are going out of business.... strongly suggest a customer service workshop for your team and managers!

I had an awesome experience at this home depot location. Truman went above and beyond to give me stellar service. I had a problem, a difficult problem. Truman went out of his way to make sure I didnt leave unhappy. In my experience, since we are in the middle of the virus shutdown, I have had horrible customer service in a lot of places, not this time, I was blown away. This man deserves a raise. He would also make a great manager.

We dont want to buy EVERYTHING from Amazon, we want to support brick and mortar businesses too. We expect that we will pay a little more to do this. Costs of the location and employee wages should drive the prices up, but heres where the real problem lies. There were more employees in this store than customers. We waited in line with another customer for close to ten minutes to pay for our items. The one and only person at the register was helping with a lengthy transaction and no one came to assist when she called for help. We couldnt help but strike up a conversation with the other customer as we waited in line, he felt the same way. Lets have a core group meeting Office Depot, this needs to improve.

Dont go in to this store wearing a mask when there is pandemic, because cashier will let you know that youre the first person wearing a mask today and tell you that youre wearing an improper mask. And tell you usually people who are not sick they dont wear masks, only people that are sick only wear masks. I didnt know that Office Depot cashiers are so educated and know everything about pandemics perhaps they should work for CDC?With this type of attitude you wont see customers with or without masks at your store.

Courteous service. The notebook filler paper I was looking g for was on sale, 100 sheets for $0.49. So I got ten of them.

Aaron, Trysta and the rest of the print department team are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, creative problem solvers. I am so grateful I can depend on them for all my printing needs - both for the business I help direct and the non-profits I advise.I just love the surprise of sending a file by email and picking up the colorful, glossy pages a day later.Thank you Team Office Depot Fourth Plain! This Office Depot has a hidden treasure in the form of Chris, who is a genius with computers. We had both our laptops worked on by him (and also Truman), at a very reasonable price. Chris also spent a lot of time with us giving us invaluable tips and advice on how to make better use of our laptops, take care of them, and make them last for years and years. Many of the tips we were unaware of. Now our laptops work beautifully. So, if your computer is acting up, head to Chris at this Office Depot. A real bargain.

Staff is friendly, the gals in the print shop are awesome! But store policy on location of prepaid print jobs needs to change. They arent kept by the door, no one checks on if its actually your stuff you are grabbing, and if you were printing things with any personal info on it that could be dreadful. Print items for pickup should be kept at the front with the merchandise thats waiting for pickup, IMO.

Why would you only schedule 3 people on the weekend? Especially when its back to school time.So much waiting. Watched so many people walk out.And the prices on the shelf were not updated with the ad. And the ad want even updated.I walked in and grabbed the ad. And got a few things on the shelf. Well the prices on the shelf matched the ad. But you get up to the register and none matched.Then took another 5+ min to go check that they hadnt updated anything.Will not be returning to this location.

This Office Depot has been alright for us. Ive been using the printing people to print for me and they have done a great job until recently. I took a job in with the sample from a previous time, and had them print the exact one again. They got the right size, but the wrong paper. Then they were kind about it, and reprinted, but reprinted larger than the sample on the correct paper! I took it in for the third time now to get it corrected. They have been VERY KIND to me, just takes a few time to make things right.

Employees are unbelievable nice and courteous but this store is not for students or people just needing office supplies for home. Prices are sky high and this business is for business’s who have a spending card that’s not there money using but the companies. When pencils that I guarantee are 25-50 cents to make are 40$ for a pack of 72 that’s just outrageous.

Customer Service Manager Chris was awesome on my last trip here. He is very knowledgeable about his stock. He helped me find a replacement for a discontinued item.

I don’t review many places but this.... is unheard of! I called ahead of time asking about printing a form since I’m leaving the country in the morning and needed it. I told the woman my eta was 4 minutes before closing and I knew it was slightly inconvenient but I had everything ready to go and i would be in and out really quick when I pulled up BEFORE 9PM the staff was sitting inside with the doors locked. I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE again. Very unhappy with the childish behavior displayed tonight.

I needed two sets of 125 page copies with the holes for binders.Ok, theyve just made some changes since the last time I was in. You have to check in by texting a number they give you. It puts you in the line (if there is one) and you dont lose your place. I texted, ran around the store.Was notified ny turn... gave them the project, told them I was leaving to shop nearby. They called when they were done.So, when I picked up my project, I asked if I should just download the app to be faster. She told me that if I order online you get the lowest prices...guess your place in line too. Since that was what were talking about.

The people who work there are helpful, they say hi, to you or welcome just got some ink for my printer. Have been there several times. Nice place for any thing you may need for home office stuff.

Very friendly and helpful with large purchased items, helped us load them into our vehicle. Store is laid out nicely, pretty easy to find the items we were looking for.

Helpful, courteous clerk ordered the file cabinets we wanted and gave us the online sale price.

They ship Fed Ex or USPS. Much quicker than post office, especially during the holiday season. General office supplies sold here. Usually only a few workers on staff most of the time so be patient and go up front for help.

They help me with all my need I am happy to do business with Office Depot Thank you.

Store feels really disorganized & service is SO slow. They had people working the order pick up counter but no one at the normal checkout; I just stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for a single cashier, and the store isn’t busy
