Such good service definetly recommend! My laptop took a big fall and the touchscreen shattered and he took it in the morning (I kinda thought it was kaput) and it was back by that afternoon! Hes very good at explaining whats going on to someone who has no idea whats happening. The price was super reasonable and he threw in a free tune up so TL;DR very good service.

I had troubles with my laptop earlier in the year and I finally got up and took it on for service.Despite being booked with several other ongoing jobs and having every right to wait until later in the weekend to look at it, the staff immediately went to work on diagnosing the problem and within an hour, my laptop was running without any issues.Service was attentive and pricing was fair. I would recommend anyone to use this shop when you are stumped.

Outstanding service! I have some experience with computers but sometimes I get a problem that requires a true expert. Brought in my broken PC and they swapped parts around to find the issue while I was in the shop with them. Took about 30 minutes, let me know which parts werent working, and since I wanted to do the rest of the part replacement myself they gave it back. Free of charge for the check up, they were fast, good and nice. They definitely have my business on any future computer issues.

I called to get an estimate on a battery replacement - they were great on the phone, gave a very affordable estimate and great turn around time. When we brought the laptop in to be looked at and Darren saw how swollen the battery was, he stopped everything and fixed it right then and there! Really friendly guys here, and they know their stuff. This is the only place I trust to not price gouge for their work. Paying someone to work on your computer can be like going to a mechanic, where you never know if they are gonna come back with a surprise $900 bill. Here you can be sure to get a fair price every time. They helped me with a fan for my computer and even helped me modify to fit my case for under $10.

I just cant think of the words to say how amazing my experience just was with this company. I have been struggling with not being able to print for a month. Not able to find a phone number even for HP support. Apple care could not help. I called i-5 computers and the gentleman that answered the phone, spent a half hour on the phone with me, when he was in the middle of helping someone else, fixed the problem and would not let me pay him! I cant think of another time I experienced this level of good service!!!

Recently my friend asked me to look at a PC her mother had left behind after passing. My friend was having login issues. I told her Id look into it but got way in over my head. I called i-5 Computers not expecting to be seen same day, as it was getting close to closing. They told me to stop by if I had the time and had me in and out within 30 minutes. They were extreamly professional and understanding. Im not very good in social situations but felt very comfortable in their shop.I had visited them a few years back when I was shopping for a new graphics card. They had been great then as well. I was nervous to go here because I felt like I could probably fix my computer myself for much cheaper. The truth is, these guys know what theyre doing. Darren is a hardworking master in his craft and is an absolute pleasure to his customers. Great prices, a surplus of talent, and rapid repairs. These guys rock!

I purchased a video card on OfferUp, the guy selling it is the owner of the shop. I thought it was strange that he was selling the card on OfferUp, since he had a shop & strange that he didnt want to meet at the shop. But I brought a 1080ti @ $700, took it home, turned it on & it fires up. I shut it down & turned it on the next day, it works, I got to update the driver & it crashes, with black screen. I try to get ahold of him on the app, he wont answer. He ignored me for 10 days, then finally answers & tells me to bring it by his shop. The he said he cant get it to show a picture, I told he that this was the problem. He offered me to fix it. I was like, how is that fair, so he offers to fix it for me, for free, 3-5weeks & gave me a receipt Its now been 8-9weeks, while I called every week or so, far an update. Was told it was done on the 5th week, but no pickup date available, kept calling. Today he answered, said he lost my number, lost his copy of the receipt. Even thought he has my contact info from OfferUp, text, calls & receipt. But no contact, now the card is defective, he is accusing me of tampering with it, & refuses any compensation for the fraudulent product. I still have my copy of receipt. He was quick to point blame at me & even quicker to deny responsibility for it. He gets $700 for a brick he sold me. If you look through the bad reviews of the company, the owner replies with Grammer & responses of a high school drama queen. Very childish for a grown man. This is the worst experience, the only thing the can fix is basic repairs, as they had me wait for hours to be seen, & I watch the repair service they offer. I wish I could give 0 stars. !!!DO NOT COME TO THE RIP OFF ARTIST/SCALPER!!!Im sure he will reply with blaming me. Like he does with every bad review. Its funny how a repair shop can conduct business outside of his shop, then deny responsibility for it. & During the pandemic. May god have mercy on your soul.Update: You were the one talking about crypto mining. I told you that I was buying it for my gaming concole, VR side load. It worked for a day. You sold me a bad card & now taking no responsibility for it. I did no tampering, you sold it to me like that. & From the 2 day you avoided me. I sent multiple messages through OfferUp, you claim you didnt see them, but the app tells me when the other party has read them. Then you lost my contact info, even though you had it on the receipt you gave me, had text from me & calls from me every week. Youve been avoiding me since you sold the card, showing me that you knew there was a problem. Show the video of the fur mark if you tested it. You dont have one. You are a scammer. Blaming your customers for your faulty products. You are a theif for selling a $700 product that works for a day.

Weve been clients of I-5 Computers for years for a reason: they are responsive, skilled, affordable, and convenient. There hasnt been a computer problem I brought them that they havent been able to solve. For example, when my older desktop suddenly stopped loading certain websites yesterday and my attempts to correct the issue failed, I brought it in and they worked on it on-the-spot while I waited. When they needed more time, I left it overnight with the confidence that I would likely be able to retrieve it the next day. I am so grateful for their easy-to-access expertise and very reasonable prices.

Took my laptop in for cleaning and running slow. My hard drive was burnt almost literally. But for under $300 I got a new hard drive and transfer, software upgrade, cleaning, 4gb upgraded to 8gb, AND a new battery. As a quasi-tech myself I realize this was a REALLY good deal, thanks guys! Also new hard drive has lifetime warranty, and took less than 48hrs.

My daughter took her computer here. They took it apart and returned it in pieces. Only charged her $50 but a simple issue has resulted in having to buy an entirely new computer.So, if you want to pay for your computer to be returned in a box full of pieces..... Thats what we got.EDIT: We actually were charged $50. My daughter and I stood there for a while, after you loaded it into my car and said you didnt want to mess with it. We went back in to ask what we would do, and though you saw us standing there, you wouldnt come out.It just had an issue with the power supply, but worked before she brought it in.

Amazing, they have everything from 2080tis to 3090s and 6800xts. they fixed my problem asap! me and my dad went there and its fabulousEDIT: I still think this place is amazing and they do seem like they know what theyre doing. BUT, they charged an extra ~$400 for a 6800xt which I can understand but it was a little bit above what I was expecting them to profit from. GPUs are in extremely high demand right now plus theres only small businesses left with any graphic cards and theres basically no other option ; so its either give away your college tuition to a these guys or give away your retirement fund to a low life scalper./shrug

The service here blows all other local computer repair businesses out of the water. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like I gained an MVP member for my team instead of wondering if I became a consumer victim. I was considering installing all the parts myself so I knew the part prices already - he gave me a deal on those (hard drive and battery). His assistants are pleasant but gave me some off information. If I could suggest anything, it’s to train them. Doing so would also allow the high quality service to be shared with more clients at the same time (hard to keep that level of quality when you’re busy). Bottom line, I would recommend this place to friends and family in a heartbeat !!

Im fairly computer savvy and can put together computers myself so if I ever get in a pinch (like I did), I will always be going to I-5 Computers. I feel they went the extra mile in helping fix my computer.The team were great to deal with, very friendly/personable, threw in extra info about the type of computer I was building and things to look out for, seemed to have extended/flexible hours (I had forgotten a part and needed to drop it off), and the companys price structure is great.Do not consider going anywhere else.

My husband searched around for a PC shop that we would feel comfortable with and do good work. This business fits the bill. They upgraded my Dell laptop to windows 10 and now my husbands PC is in the shop for similar work. We went used to go Battleground computers but they have closed down and happy to have discovered these guys.

I was told by a computer repair shop in Vancouver that my HP computer needed a new hard drive. Though I was ready to buy a new computer tower, Ii decided to get a second opinion. Based on the reviews, I took it to I-5 Computers Inc. Their business card says it all When you need the job done right the first time!. And it is so true. Darren Moline checked the hard drive and said the hard drive is OK. He then corrected the problem charging me $48.78 for the diagnostics.The computer is up and running great. All done in the same day.

They are great people. Good pricing. Fast work. Very knowledgable too. I am highly recommending them. I will not go to anyone else.

Correction: Paid $48 (after tax not $58) for a diagnosis, they told me it was my motherboard. Cool no problem bought a new motherboard but that didnt fix the problem so I took a shot in the dark and bought a new CPU and bam problem fixed. So I paid $48 to be told something that wasnt true. Thats my experience. they seem like nice people but I wouldnt trust them to diagnose your PC.

My regular computer repair person was not available, So, I 5 gentleman said he would do me a favor because I had done a favor for another. So the event was not very expensive, but the aftermath was.I had to have my regular computer company come in and get my computer back to the place it was and then complete the task I 5 was supposed to do. I was not a happy camper, but since my regular repair person stepped up, I am ok.

Absolutely epic experience here.Stupidly dropped my computer, cracked the screen, total disaster -- oh no what to do? Etc. I see a few good reviews for this place, get a general quote, call around for some competitors prices, find out how long itll take, the whole thing. There was one place that quoted a cheaper price but they said it would take three days, whereas going here the technician took a screen out of another computer and did it right there within a few hours. Total hero.Then getting to talking to the staff they ended up giving me a few recommendations for free ad-blockers and fun websites for watching new television. Absolutely unnecessary but really kind.Affordable. Fast. Local. Kind. Went above and beyond. Couldnt recommend these guys any more highly.Thanks for your help!

Came here about a month ago for a new motherboard. Retail stores didn’t have any in stock so this shop was the last resort for me. Paid for an open box motherboard however they doubled the price on it. Looked up the retail value and it was significantly lower than what I paid for. The motherboard I bought from them ended up dying recently after buying from them.Be very cautious of the prices and used/open products as you can very well be scammed.Situation still not resolved.

Hands down the BEST!!! I use my computer for my music studio only and one day it blew. I do know a little bit about computers so I replaced the fans and CPU. Didnt work so I took it into i5 because Ive done business with them before. I found out it was the motherboard with I was hoping it wasnt. Id say in less than 24 hrs I got my computer back and 3x faster and has a sound card now....They defiantly bent over backwards to fix my computer and the price was just awesome. My computer would not boot into Windows, Got the Blue Screen of Death. They fixed it but told me it will need a new hard drive soon. So, They told me about Solid State Drive and they convinced me to get one. The best part is that they did not charge me an arm and a leg to get it done. I liked how courteous they are and really listen to my needs. I am on cloud 9. Super fast. Couldnt be happier.

I’m an over the road truck driver and I have an Alienware laptop which I use for business and gaming in my free time. So, when horizontal white lines appeared on my screen I was quite concerned. Two days later the entire screen goes white. My computer is a pretty big deal considering I’m always in this truck running freight back and forth across America. Well, after delivering my load in Portland I parkied my truck in the Jubitz Truck Stop and started looking for a nearby computer repair shop. I found I-5 and I can honestly say I can’t remember the last time any business ever took care of a problem for me so quickly. Turns out the screen was bad. Oh, I forgot to mention Darren drove out to me, picked up the computer, took it back to his shop, fixed it, and returned back to me here at Jubitz Truck Stop...in less than 2 hours! Also, now I have a glossy screen which looks much better than the previous screen. I don’t know what else to say except he was extremely fair with the price. If you took the time to read this long review be smart and don’t even think about using any other computer repair shop. You will be very happy you listened to me.

Literally could not be worse. I took these guys a computer and they handed me back a few pieces of plastic. Yep. Gave them a working but sputtering Fujitsu laptop and they handed me back the shell. They told me that some former employee had taken the hard drive and valuable parts because they are hard to find. No further explanations.

Stopped in to get a tablet fixed and after some research he said it would be cheaper to just buy a new one. Hard to find honesty these days! Locally owned and operated, you cant go wrong here!

Awesome friendly staff, but there was a problem where they double charged me for a video card I bought from them. The store manager insisted that they did not double charge me despite me showing I was in fact double charged on a $350 transaction. They refused to reverse it and I had to go through my bank and file a dispute on the charge. I will never return there.

Support this classy local business! I thought I needed my fan replaced in my laptop (and I needed it done fast) so I called Best Buy and they were going to ship it to Kentucky for $150 and then charge me $100/hr on top of that. So I called around, and I-5 Computers said they had the fan in stock and could replace it in less than 2 hours. Great, right? Well it gets even better, after looking at the fan they decided it only needed a cleaning and gave me their service free of charge. Computer is working great and its awesome to know there are good local businesses out there. Dont go to the big guys, support I-5 Computers--they will do you right.
