Horrible customer service. I called in to speak with someone as to why rent a center people were banging on my door at ten something in the morning and I was yelled at by Brittany followed by her hanging up in my face. I was told that they couldnt get in contact with me so they came to pick up my bed, that early in the morning as if I wouldnt be sleeping in it. I am pregnant and I have been forgetting a lot of things and forgot to make my payment on the 1st so they came to pick up my furniture on the 6th instead of asking for a payment. Horrible customer service, will not ever use their services again. I really feel harassed and disrespected.

I LOVE THIS PARTICULAR RENTACENTER!!! THIS STORE HIRES ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EMPLOYEEES EVER!!!! Over the last, 5 years or so, I have purchased a few complete household sets from this Rentacenter, and another in Florida, (I have a snowbird house). Just because a store is a franchise DOES NOT make it equal to another store. I cannot rave enough about the awesomeness of the people here. Josh and Vanessa, Rcelli, and past employees make THIS store PLATINUM above ANY OTHER RENTACENTER....I live in Oregon in my west coast house and I STILL use this Vancouver store!!!
