Im not a huge fan of Starbucks, but this is probably the best location Ive been to. Great, accessible area when youre in downtown Vancouver. Big café space. Friendly and talkative employees who communicate with you to make sure that your drink is made correctly, even during times of extreme heat. When Im craving a quick cup of caffeine at work, Ill be sure to stop by again.

We got there on a quiet Saturday morning. Friendly staff and efficient on our order, perfect location to do a morning walk on the park with your coffee.

When I come and visit Vancouver, I like stopping in here to grab my tall vanilla chai with soy milk. Then I usually cross the street and sit in the park to enjoy my drink. The employees are very friendly and nice. I will definitely come back.

Five stars for starbucks? Ok, its starbucks yes but we stopped at relevant first, they where closed due to covid hours, next we stopped at compass which was again due to covid hours. A friend and I where bringing coffee to a close friend of ours who has a copd and isnt doing the greatest. I know he loves relevant because he says out of everywhere hes been in the world their pour over is the most authentic to a middle eastern pour over. Surprisingly starbucks nailed it anyways, but theres something to be said about a business being open to help fill the little daily needs. The nitro cold brew here is always on point to my standards, very smooth. Great pick me up. Its sorta a tried and true you get what you get, no mystery at starbucks. So yeah I rated it five stars, because its simply starbucks, no tricks, no crazy changes, its consistent and its open for the every day working people who are just trying to get by like me. Also I appreciate that they still have baristas employed, non of this order through a screen while some employee tries to hide from you instead of taking your order. Places that are going this new electronic way are starting to piss me off. Corporations make enough money to pay people for labor. We need to stop supporting these corporations that think they can do away with labor. These jobs are necessary for students etc. Vote with your dollars!

I like it there, I found this cool girl with a squirrel its so amazing to watch her and the squirrel, even I tried to feed it alone, squirrel would never come to me.. and the girl got out, the squirrel come right to her... HOW COOL WAS THAT AND THE SQUIRREL IS SMART... I know her face but I dont know her name. She comes here almost everyday I think. Starbucks got some cool animals here and cool people!!

I rated this store as five stars for it’s staff. They make you feel home by the quality of service and friendliness. Also, I admire them and Starbucks in general for the way they deal with the homelessness “Crisis”. This place in Downtown, homeless people hang out close to the location, they buy coffee.It’s tough to maintain a balance between keeping the customer safe and comfortable and still being compassionate with transients. Definitely better than Black Rock coffee, better coffee, better trained employees, and more compassionate staff.

Starbucks is my place. I rarely have anything but a 5 star experience! Join their rewards program to get decent discounts on food, beverages, and more. Great customer service, order ahead on their robust app, clean stores and restrooms, fantastic coffee drinks made to you most sophisticated palate. Be careful of airport locations and Starbucks inside of box stores. Still good, but not usually up to the same par as their stand alone stores.

The barista here told me my kids were the cutest shes ever seen in her life. I dont care if shes lying. 5 stars

Nice location being downtown. The ladies that work here really have a heart. They appeared to have a homeless guy coming in every day, he was welcomed as warmly as anyone. When i bought my drink she didnt tell me to have a nice day. She actually said awesome. And that folks, is awesome.

Good baristas, good service. Lots of room in this store. Toilets have a code that is easily asked for from the staff. Right on Esther Short Park and a great stopping point before going to the one-block-away Farmers Market (in the summer/fall). Plenty of parking, often, right out front.

Staff isnt the most friendly but they can usually get your order correct as well make a good coffee.

Love this location! The staff is always friendly, and i always get quick quality service even when there is a long line. The store always seems very clean and put together. They always make my drink correctly and i noticed they ask how to spell names if its a hard one (baristas always butcher names lol). I work down the road and will be coming back to this location again! Great job team!

The Manager at Starbucks went out of his way to donate a Cambro coffee jug of FREE coffee donated by Starbucks for the Walk & Knock Food Drive Bag folding event at the Clark County food bank. That tasty Starbucks coffee gave the jolt our volunteers needed to fold over 130,000 grocery bags to be inserted into the local newspapers for our upcoming Food drive December 1st. I love my family and friends at Starbucks in fact when I get there early to get my favorite blonde roast coffee they greet me and call me by my name. Thats respect and friendship with a smile. They know what I want and I know them by their names. And therefore it is my favorite Starbucks

Not a lot to say this is a Starbucks and the staff is super friendly! Service at this one happens to be a little bit slower than Im used to but they always do it with a smile and theyre always willing to go that extra mile. Sometimes they run out of things pretty quickly at this one so if its a specialty item be prepared not to get it

Decent place to get away from work and scenery change. I usually come here if I have gift card money to blow or I need the biggest coffee I can get.Its Starbucks, so you know what to expect. There are so many great local coffee shops in downtown that I would recommend before heading here.

Nice baristas. Every time I have been there, there are dogs outside and inside the store. I know people love their dogs but do I have to see them in a food establishment. Were not talking service dogs. Theyre just pets. It makes me not want to go back. I want to get food from a clean establishment.

Starbucks always has great coffee on tap, and a large variety of customizable espresso drinks. They also offer tea and juice based drink options, and assorted food and snacks. The company emphasizes humanitarian causes that give customers the pleasure of knowing their money is going towards more than just coffee.

Great coffee and baristas.

They gave us a iced mocha instead of the blended Frappuccino that we asked for, and they tried to give us a warm mocha too. They were also out of the other drink we asked for but that is semi understandable. It took us 35 minutes to get our drinks after ordering, which I think is a little bit ridiculous! Wont be coming back.

One of the best Starbucks in Vancouver. The view is decent with a park right next to it. There a couple of tables for studying and meeting with outdoor seating which is nice in the summer.

Its Starbucks so you know youre going to get a very homogenous experience. Luckily its a great experience and the staff are super nice.

Pros: Location downtown is great, lovely views of Esther Short Park, great serviceCons: Very busy at times, not open lateMy wife and love coming here during our morning strolls thru downtown! The environment is busy, yet relaxing, as we love to people watch and enjoy all the sights and sounds! Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, having never received a poorly made drink. The restroom facilities are also nicely kept, but there is only one stall per gender - might be a good idea to make them both gender-neutral, seeing as they are singles. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to family and friends!

I just stood in line for an amazingly long period of time while an employee chatted with the customers in front of me. Not from behind the counter, but in front, adding to the wait with their protracted conversations about traveling. Several people became frustrated and left. I left too and no one seemed to care.There are plenty of coffee shops in town.You just lost a once loyal customer.

I am normally not a coffee drinker but go to Starbucks for a scone or smoothie. This location was dark and not crowded. I ordered some pastries and I asked for a Tall Ice Water, they pointed me to a water dispenser. I then asked for a cup with ice, again the service was snippy, they gave me the smallest cup of ice. Its not like I went in and didnt purchase anything.

Friendly, good atmosphere. Never messed up my order. Nice stop thats been around for a while.

Worst staff I have ever encountered in all the years I have been drinking Starbucks coffee. If it wasnt the only Starbucks around for miles, which is an anomaly in itself, I would boycott this place on principle. Makes you think when places like Dutch brothers who have training courses for their employees called awesomeness academy, why they are fast becoming a major competitor in Starbucks uber failures in CS.

Barista is rude and has a very awful attitude and condescending demeanor. I would not like to visit here again unless I had to. I offered a smile and a warm thanks and he only gave me a sideways glance and a nod as I picked up my drink.... The only reason for the 2 stars is because the drink was done well, but for me customer service is everything.

Typical Starbucks that can be very busy. The only downside are the hallucinating crystal meth addicts tweaking out at imaginary friends who use the emergency exits as rain shelters. Sure makes for an entertaining view from the inside though.
