They have a good selection of stuff but they dont have a good selection of sizes of the stuff.

Sold me a busted dress then wouldnt give me my money back. Girl at the counter was nice though. Looks like its just terrible owners.

The employees are nice but very distracted. Huge selection of men and womens clothes. Prices are reasonable but quality is low. But if you just want something new for a season or special event clothes here would be ideal. But.... You can not try on clothes there unless you do it OVER your own you are wearing due to Covid19, but you can take them home after you purchase to try on and return for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of purchases. Just really read and understand their return policies!!! I did not. 😑but I would probably return again in the future.

They have clothing, no name brands of course. Not terrible, just nothing we were looking for. Still mostly cool weather clothing. Not much of anything for Spring/Summer yet. No employees greeted us with a hello.

Air cooled inside. Customer service is good. Smiles & greetings when you enter and leave. Plenty of variety of shirts, shoes, pants, hats, masks.. etc. I was in and out with what I was shopping for.

Do not shop at top to bottom if youre trying to use any kind of NFC payment even if you try to use Samsung pay which works anywhere that a mag-stripe works they refused to allow me to use it based on claiming the owner of the top to bottom business refuses to allow Samsung or Google pay and only allows someone to use Apple pay? I used Samsung pay several weeks ago at the same store and had no issues but was forced to leave the store not once but two separate times because they refuse to allow me to use Samsung pay. This is a complete disrespect and horrible customer service, theyve already set up their system to work with NFC payments and they chose to walk away from several hundred dollars worth of sales from me multiple times and all because I want to protect my identity and/or credit card info from being stolen! I do not recommend top to bottom and I will never shop there again!

Love the store so much. There clothes are a little pricey but I love the clothes there. There jeans are super cute and the crop tops are adorable. Definitely would recommend this store.

Terrible experience. Went in to order some logos to be put on my shirts for my business. Was told by the guy that I would get a call when ready, usually before 7pm which is their closing time. I called at 6:45 to see if they were ready and the guy had already left, without giving me a call. Not only that, but as I spoke to the lady who answered the phone I asked if I can stop by within the next 5min. and she said no, because it seems they dont close at 7pm. She explained how they close before 7pm because they need to clean up and be able to leave early. So if you come make a purchase here, be sure you dont come after 6:45pm on a Sunday. Because it will be close since workers there need to leave early and the store will be closed. To whoever posted the closing hours, please make a change, since you dont go accordingly to what its says. Will not recommend .

The clothes are cute that’s why I shop here, but today in the changing room I went to try on the clothes like I usually do. I hung my shirt on the hook, but it accidentally fell off. I went to pick it up and was about to put it on when I noticed it fell in something on the ground, whatever it was caused my shirt to be covered in it.It was on the inside of my shirt so I definitely wasn’t going to put it on and have that stuff all over my body. I told the lady that worked there and she was really apologetic and went to get the manager, she came back and told me he was on the phone. I waitied standing there for 10 minutes trying to get out of there so I could go home. The manger comes up to me, and I tell him what happened and explained to him whatever is on the floor messed up my shirt. I pointed to it and he basically shrugged it off and goes,” that’s why we have those hooks there to place your clothing on.” If it was me I wouldn’t put it on the floor.” He then says there’s nothing I can do about your shirt. I said okay, and walked back into the changing room, as I walking in there he was trying to grab the door out of my hands. Now, I’m still waiting here for my husband to get me a shirt from home.

I love how neat and orderly it is. Ive been to the one on 82nd in Portland too and both are great. I had some embroidery work done and Im happy with the price and product. Theyve got so many things that match my style.

Really fun friendly people. I asked for long sleeve fat guy shirts. Instead of just pointing to the rack, she came and showed me where they were at. I was on my way to work and they even let me change into my newly purchased shirt in their dressing room. Its hard to find big guy clothes in Vancouver so thisll be my clothes store from now on. $10 for a well made 5xl shirt is a great deal!

Ridiculous experience. Went in to get my lady a pair of leggings and shoes. They do not carry sizes for women unless you are small footed and size 1 like a starving model. Went to pay for her leggings using samsung pay it was processing and all the dude had to do was hit the button. He claimed he was the store manager and that the owner didnt want to allow anyone to use a pay system other than an actual card or cash. So we left without buying anything. Seems like a red flag like they want your card info or just that stupid dont know which and dont care wont be back

The staff was really rude, and I wouldn’t buy any clothes from there due to they don’t let you exchange it even after day, even tho on your receipt you can exchange clothes up to two weeks . Also have other items are overpriced and fake brands you can go on the wish app and purchase the same items for cheap. My family will not be shopping there anymore.
