When we first walked in the employee just showed us where everything was at and then let us shop in peace until we were done and just bring the Bell.. there were some crazy prices and there were some awesome prices we did go with everything that was 50% off and find all of the tags that correlated with that and got some awesome clothes for me and my kid.

My favorite store ever!!!! All the girls are so sweet and showed me around where everything is. So so so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back often!!

My friend wanted me to get her a name brand purse from here. When I came in they were super friendly while making the purchase. My friend now doesn’t want the purse and when I called the store. They were super rude in just explaining there’s no refund and if I wanted any money back they would resell it at a 60% fee. Are you kidding me. What a racket. People. Be smart. Buy online. Don’t get fooled by this store. Hopefully this helps someone else

I have found a nice top here once or twice. They have sales but the prices are not necessarily bargains. For example, they have a purple, plain top they have listed at $50, as well as Target level tops for $15. These are not what I typically expect for pricing on used items. They do have boutique racks and a clearance rack just outside the door. There are cameras everwhere, as well as warnings as you enter that you are on camera. They are inconsistant in what they will take as well. I tried bringing in brand new, never worn shoes and a couple of tops over the last two years to be refused for condition. Yet I see tops on their racks that are covered in pills, plain worn looking and even one with a hole. There are a handful of dressing rooms with magnetized curtains for trying items on. They also carry jewelry and coats, as well as purses and tote sized bags in addition to clothing and shoes. I hope they stick around as we already lost the only other consignment shop in town for the time being but they can do better.

Prices were definitely too high, especially for the quality of them. I dont mind used but many were ragged and soiled.You cant charge high prices for a quality brand label when the article is in bad shape. Too much stuff packed together and difficult to browse.

Don’t take your clothes here to consign unless you want your money stolen. I used to work there and it’s pretty easy for any employee to cash your funds out of your account without your knowledge. At the beginning of quarantine, I had about $65 to cash out. I just checked and it says I have $11. Be careful with this store.If you do consign, ask for print outs of your account. They can give that to you upon request.

Large inventory of designer merchandise. Good prices, as well as, frequent sales. Something for every size.

I have shopped at Deja Vu for years now. When Ive tried other consignment stores, they just dont measure up. Deja Vu is by far the best consignment store Ive found anywhere.The stock is top quality and varied so there are lots of choices in clothing, shoes, coats, purses, jewelry and more.I would happily recommend Deja Vu!

Excellent selection, fair pricing, good sales-- even the clearance stuff is great. Very clean. However, the staff is a little pushy; I felt watched on a couple of visits, to the point of leaving without buying.

Little gem in Vancouver East! Wasn’t hoping for anything coming in and walked out with a Burberry scarf (brand new), Tommy Bahama silk dress and Nordstrom signature coat. Fair prices and good people running the store.

I walked into the store and the staff did not say a thing to me, I almost thought that the store was closed, until I heard them talking. They noticed me, but still did not say a thing. I picked out a used pair of Hudsons without a tag, I went up to the counter, where I stood for about 1 minute before they said a thing to me, yet again talking to each other. The jeans were marked at $63.00 which is a little high for a used pair, considering I just picked up a brand new pair for $54 at the rack. Luckily they were marked down 25% since the store had them for a month now. Then we go up to another counter, where I was told that the jeans were going to be marked at $65, not $63 because they did not have a tag, and they had to reprint one which is a $1.50, somehow I became responsible for the missing tag, which by the way they kept. Also, the store smells, and is disorganized.

Love this store. Always has a good denim selection with alot of different designer brands. Lots of half off items and its always worth checking this place out first before all the competitors.

I took my daughter prom dress shopping and found several to choose from at Daja Vu. She found the perfect dress for her prom and is VERY happy. I found a great pair of jeans. The selection here was better than other consignment stores I have visited lately.

The employees here are completely racist. Me and my boyfriend (we are both black) went to this store because it is close to my house, I have shopped there since I was 13, and it’s cheap. I needed a skirt for a job interview the next day. Soon after we walked in, all the employees rushed to the back of the store to monitor the security cameras, I’m assuming to make sure we didn’t steal anything. I was walking around the store looking for the skirts and no one came to ask if I needed help, no one greeted us when we walked in, completely rude and disrespectful. We are college graduates and have NEVER stolen anything before. Did not expect to return home to this disgusting behavior. Will never be shopping here again.

I went in the store a while back... about a month now...I found this blue recliner...the man pretty much pushed me out the door with this chair..had me frazled because he was so pushy..didnt even have time to rethink my discussion and to sit back in the chair to really see if this chair was what I needed...I got this chair home and realized it hurt my back and the chair inself was broke...he knew this ..thats why he pushed me into buying chair...he pretty much threw the receipt at me ..never have found my receigt. Called a few days later about there return policy after I couldnt find my receipt ..she said No Returns...this is the worst shopping experience ever.. I lost 400$ for a chair that I cant sit in...I will never recommend or go back....they screwed me out of 400$
