As an alternative sort of person, Ive always enjoyed the concept of Hot Topic and how I have an easier time finding clothes with more of an edge here than at other shops in the mall. However, Id almost always rather shop at the online store than this location, or at least a Hot Topic at another mall.This particular store has always been grossly crowded in the past, though it has gotten better due to COVID precautions. Theres not much store space, and it shows in how much less they have here compared to other Hot Topics. Even coming here today, they had some empty shelves, and their clearance section didnt have much to it.However, I must say that the customer service here has always been nice and helpful.

MJ was horrible when I spoke to her on the phone!! I live so far from this location and asked if they could do I product check and she couldn’t be bothered!!! I get no holds but to not even check??? I live over an hour away I would love to know before I travel that distance!!! So disappointed

I went in to use my birthday credit you get from them. The gentleman who helped me was very nice, the place was clean and well organized. I love the jewelry selection in particular. I love everything in the store but I cannot leave without a new piece of jewelry even if I only came in to browse. I look forward to having quite the collection of spooky dresses, jewelry, and other accessories. Go forth and be spooky.

Will sometimes find some really cool stuff in hot topic. though they need to tone down all those bright lights, specially in the dressing rooms. I want to see how the outfit looks on me not highlight all my insecurities.

As all hot topics this one is a very small but very well organized. The staff is friendly and very helpful. What I liked about this one was that their dressing room was not packed with boxes like other ones. There was enough room in there to comfortably try on clothes. The clerk was nice and she was on top of helping us get things that were out of our reach. She let us know about sales and were going on and answered any questions we had.

I have to say that the staff here are always super friendly and informative. Definitely think the counter placement (for paying) could be much better situated but other than that it is your usual hot topic. Love that they have more evil queen and poison apple stuff lately!! Only thing is some things disappear and never return so buy it when you see it!!

Not like it use to be.

I have been shopping at Hot Topic since I was a teenager. I have to say it is disappointing that this store doesnt stand by the products they produce or respect customer time. For the first time I ordered a product in store to have it shipped to home. The order arrived a week late, with the wrong sizes and in one shirt the side seem not closed. When I went to return they didnt have the sizes needed in store so I could wait another two weeks for them to arrive and pay shipping gain. When I got a refund both my shipping, taxes, and rewards were not returned. The whole point of paying for shipping to my home instead of store was that I didnt want to load up the kids and drive to the mall. The manager while friend suggested I call customer service and it didnt matter. Hugely disappointed in product integrity. I will have to buy Ghibli, and band tee shirts on their own sites.

The store staff were very polite and helpful. Store layout made the stuff easy to find, and he selection was pretty good. Only complaint is the lack of in store plus size shirts.

For all your corporate Emo needs. Also, nerd fan gear in teen sizes. Employees seen helpful though. Prices seem decent for what it is. Most is actually cheaper than Amazon when checking in store, surprisingly.

Went here to shop for my 15 year olds birthday and ended up spending a lot more than I had planned, which to me means the store was set up well, had knowledgeable employees, and they made it easy for me to spend what I had budgeted plus some. Extra points for having a good soundtrack playing and boy did it bring back memories of being the age my own son is now. 🥴

My favorite store for band shirts. Im 37 and I have been shopping here since 15 years old. Granted I used to have travel to the Seattle location, then Clackamas til Vancouver mall got one. The one thing I think the store can improve on though is make what they have available online, offer a lot of that stuff in the store.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I was approached 3 times in one visit by employees offering help. Probably the most charismatic and friendly employees in retail I have ever come across.

Although this store is always packed and a tight squeeze to get around, the employees are very helpful at getting me what I want. My niece loves this place so I end up coming here for gif tr s and gift ideas. The regularly have awesome buy one get of free or a percent off deals. Highly recommend it for any one shopping for teens.

Placed an order and they never shipped it. When I contacted them three weeks later they said oops, sorry and the refund will take up to 10 business days. Terrible business.

This particular store is always cramped and cluttered in there, and the music is usually horrible. But all of them pretty much suck anymore. Its less a music store and more a pop culture dive that has some band shirts in the back. Anything that is popular, with a dark twist, theyll exploit the hell out of it with every facet of merch. Not the place I grew up going to in high school, unfortunately.

The service was a bit lacking but the food made was so amazing it made up for everything

Loud. Crowded. The music is usually some obscure screamo band. They do have cool stuff if you can get past the crowded space and bumping elbows every step you take.

Its a smaller store then Im used to, but they still have a good amount of different items and genres covered, still no plus sizes.

I would give Hot Topic 5 stars except there was a mix-up and my mom spent over $100 on stuff for me for Christmas and when she called to ask why it hadnt come they had sold out of everything I had wanted, from Supernatural (TV show) merchandise to Doctor Who, Sherlock (BBC), and a couple other things. What I did get I am very happy with, but my mom said until she gets back the almost $120 she spent and didnt get refunded she wont buy anything from them again. Disappointed and frustrated. I love their products when I get them, but they never came and when they told us the supplier was out of stock (she had ordered the stuff in August and this was October!) I was very upset and they didnt even give her a refund or even a credit or sale, just said dont buy online, go in-store and this wont happen again. Well, thats B.S., plain and simple. Everything I want is NOT in the stores, its online-only and its B.S. that they wouldnt even refund us for THEIR mistake. I love the product when I get it, dont get me wrong, but they screwed up and didnt fix it. Wont be buying again and will discourage others from buying until, if at all, this is fixed.

I love this place the people that work here are very nice to people of all ages.They aways greet every customer and tell them the updated sales and discounts of the week. This is a store where the more you vist the more theyll remember you and say hi. This hottopic is in stock very week and hopefully they expand to have more room for awesomeness.

Overall liked it, but VERY crowded there is a small little lane for check out, and then the rest is packed close together. loved the Doctor Who Stuff, Hot Topic! If you love Doctor Who as much as I do, definitely go there! They have everything from the Doctors Sonic Screwdriver, to his Suspenders! Anywho, just dont look at the Posters on the wall! They are sometimes Inappropriate, i mean you dont need to have that up were everyone can see it!So overall, Nice Merchandice if you Love The TV Series Doctor Who, very crowded though, and I could do without the disgusting Posters on the wall. Also, stay away from the pins on the cashiers Desk! They have all kinds of Bad Words! Do you have anything you would like to reply to me Hot Topic? That is not cool with the F Word on one of the Pins 😡☹️. Not cool.Anyway, i guess I would rate it for teenagers because of the Heavy metal music that play over the speakers And the Bad and inappropriate words on Posters And Pins. The only thing I would recommend is take the bad posters down and make it more KID friendly! Im one of those kids and wishes that it was a more appropriate Store. Nice Doctor Who stuff though! That is what I think of the Hot Topic.Not for ages 7 or below! 😄👍🏻
