Whenever I want new Vans, Ive always had great experiences shopping at Journeys, ever since I was a pre-teen. Employees at this location are friendly and while its clear that theyre trying their best to make sales, they maintain professionalism without being too pushy, and do whatever they can to make the customers happy. I bought some new slip-ons here a couple of days ago, and the person helping me got me everything I wanted, looking as much as they could for smaller shoes to fit me. I really appreciated their help.

The Assitant that helped me was amazing and so very patient with me because of that, I was able to find the perfect shoes! Shes a keeper of an employee! Thanks for hiring her! Sweetie, that you for helping me, I was the customer that couldnt remember her zip code!😉

I was employed there and when the new manager took over he did not make an effort to return my calls or even schedule me. no communication I called I even came into the store showing that I wanted to work. The manager said he would call the corporate office and get back to me but never did. He was rude and showed a lack of compassion just lost my business and my families.

Im basing this review off my last two visits. A week ago I came in to buy some Converse that just came out and they did not have them in store but the store manager help me order them and have them sent to the store. The following week I picked them up two days after they arrived (slightly crunched for time because I had to get to work) when I got there they could not find my shoes. The store looked like they just got a new shipment in and had shipping boxes of shoes out on the sales floor. It took 15 minutes and two Associates to finally find my shoes. I was not offered anything for my wait but to buy some shoe protection spay that I couldnt even get a discount on. I will shop here again but if they dont have it in store in might just buy online from the retailer.

Adalynn (hope I spelled that right) was one of a kind amazing!! So awesome when you find someone with genuine customer service and who cares! Its kinda sad that is so surprising when you do... Anyway, she was great! Made my shoe shopping for my preteen, fun, fast and painless and she found her the perfect shoes! Thanks for being so great!

Great store with exceptional customer service!! TJ and Chase were more than helpful when I came in to grab a couple pairs of Birkenstock’s. Definitely will be back
