When everyone in SE Portland told me not only could they not fit me in but the price quotes were $500-$900 for a simple radio install. One call to Eclipse and across the bridge to Vancouver I went. Fast, curtious, willing to explain slowly to me. And all for @ $300. Thats a HUGE DIFFERENCE!! Eclipse always for my family!!

Buy from Eclipse and trust their expert staff.!!!After 4 months and almost 1000 miles trying to fix my Alpine through Cartoys, Portland, Olympia and Tacoma, 1 call to Eclupse and I finally have a working system. I’ve got an ‘09 Eclipse w/ stock fosgate and after verifying the steps I had already gone through, the tech did 10 minutes of research and called back with a solution. I live in Aberdeen, Wa and this is the best place you can go anywhere between Portland and Seattle. ANYWHERE!!!I have some install experience and they walked me through fixing it myself at no charge and no attempt to make me come in to the store. So, I will be coming into the store for all of my audio needs. It is worth the drive from anywhere between Medford and Bellingham to make this drive. Get it done right the 1st time. From what equipment to every installation hurdle, Eclipse represents the best of the west coast service and professionalism. If you’ve read all this, my praise couldn’t be higher, so go buy something.

I have ignition interlock with them, and they have been very helpful and understanding with me. Sure the blow and go sucks, but its great to have the right people helping you. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Eclipse Car Audio has great customer service! I went in asking about prices to install blutooth in my car. I had already been to other places asking the same questions. They gave me all my options and included a breakdown of costs including parts, labor, and taxes. Their prices were better than the competition, plus they were so friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I was looking to put a simple system in my vehicle and I happened to find Eclipse Car Auido as an authorized Soundstream seller so I sent an email inquiring about what they could offer. I sent the email on a late Saturday night and I was surprised that I received a response on Sunday when they were closed. So the next day I drove down there to talk to Jon about what could be done within my price range and he gave several different options. There was no pressure to buy anything, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and the prices are very competitive. When Im ready to have the work done on my vehicle I will definitely have it done here.

Great experience! This is a locally owned, family-operated business. I have a 2012 Suburban with a short in the aux port. Daniel installed a Bluetooth connector in about 45 minutes. He was upfront about the costs, explained everything well, and showed me how it works. Go to Daniel.

These guys are great and the prices are very competitive we brought our suburban here and got blue tooth stereo new amp and subs and Daniel did a great job. We also brought are vans in for alarm system upgrades very pleased. Highly recommended

I went in to have my current aftermarket Kenwood deck removed and my newer Kenwood deck from my other car i just sold put in, and Daniel was extremely helpful by spending five minutes to do the swap right then and there free of charge. After being lied to by Audio Source who told me they would have to take my whole harness kit out and made it seem like it was going to be a big deal, it was nice to know there is actually a legit HONEST car audio shop in Vancouver. Only shop I will take my car to for car audio purposes in the future. Thanks again!

I just brought my Jeep to their shop today for a touch screen stereo and camera installed. All the employees were very friendly, and they did a very thorough and professional installation. I highly recommend them.

Had a blow and go installed by them and upon removal noticed there was damage my dashboard where the camera wire came out to the camera connection. When confronted about it they denied responsibility and gave me three separate excuses on how it could have happened. One excuse was the wire must have melted the dash.. Finally the woman asked me to get a quote and return with it..After doing so she was unhappy with the price and said it was too much. The woman was extremely difficult and rude and a nightmare to deal with.

I showed up with an audio problem with one of my vehicles. They jumped right on it. The owner Daniel was super accommodating and worked hard to find the issue. He fixed the problem and sent us on our way. Before we left, I looked at some of his products he has for sale and he has some amazing stuff. The demo car they have in the shop is unbelievable. Truly sounds as good as anything Ive heard. They dont just carry car audio systems, they have all the bells and whistles including back up cameras, alarms and more. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I dont normally write many reviews but I was so pleased That I needed to write a recommendation.I just had a back up camera put in the back of my Dodge Charger. It worked great for a few weeks and then something went wrong, it just stopped working. I called them up and they told me to bring it back in. It turns out the camera just quit, a rare thing but it happens. He quickly put a new camera in and did some extra wiring for me at no extra charge.The reason I wrote this is anyone can do a good job but if something goes wrong not everyone will back up their word and be as serves oriented as Eclipse Car Audio is. I can tell when there is a genuine sincerity and I feel very comfortable recommending them. In the future I will definitely use them for any audio needs that should arise! 5 Star!

Originally I was going to go to BestBuy to have a stereo installed for my mom, but when they were booked until after Christmas I did a quick search to see if anywhere else could do it and I’m glad I came here! I just sent an email, popped in and they got the stereo installed right away- quickly and flawlessly. It took less than a hour and it looks and sounds amazing. He even set up the EQ and got my phone connected to Bluetooth before I left! Great customer service from the whole family to everyone who walked in. Will be back for future installments!

This place is awsome, I have had the privilege of knowing both owners ever since last year of me coming in and out of there every month/once a month due to me having to have one of the blow devices in my car from a D.U.I (we all make mistakes) anyways, I came in with a new car and had some problems with the blinker, with out me asking Daniel pulled my relay and replaced it with an extra one he had around... Not only do him and his wife have excellent customer service but they care about your safety as well as other out in the road... Also recomended my dad to get a system installed there with a back up camera and not only did he get great work done he gave him one heck of a deal since he requested such a big buddle... I would definitely recommend this place if anyone has any car audio work that needs done from BIG jobs to little jobs he can do it all. Thank you again guys.
