Amazing service, and workers!I’m always scared of going into car places etc because i have been seen as “dumb” before at other places, all because i’m a female.You will NOT have that experience here.I unfortunately didn’t get the nice guys name who helped me throughout me picking a carplay system and installing but he was super helpful, listened, and went above and beyond.I went in yesterday (7/27) and decided to go ahead and buy and install the Sony AX-150 Carplay.I was told they’re extremely busy as of lately, but got me in for the next following day (7/28).I just got back home from picking my car up, and i am so happy! such a nice, and affordable upgrade for my car.The pricing was over less than half of what i was expecting to pay. I personally know people who have paid more than double for the same installation.I will be taking my car here for any audio jobs i need to be done, and referencing many others to do so as well.Thank you Streamline Audio, you guys are the best!!

I reached out to these guys to get my dash cam installed. It was given to me as a gift on Christmas so I wanted to go with that model. Jim responded to my email quickly and gave me an estimate, and I was in to get the work done within a week or two. Service was prompt and professional, but a little rough around the edges. :) Dont be discouraged! These guys will take care of your vehicle, and ensure that the wiring is clean, and installation was well under the estimate we agreed on. I was able to pick up my car within a couple hours, and everything works as promised. I will definitely be back for other solutions, and I have already referred people to this business. Great job guys!

Cant say enough good things about these guys. Since moving here a few years ago Ive had them work on three different vehicles and every time I do I feel like not only do they do a great job but I also get a little education. Each time Ive been there they have always taken the time to really educate me on my options and help me make a choice Im truly happy with. I walked in and waited 15 minutes while the only guy that was working was helping another customer. Not once did he make eye contact with me or tell me that as soon as he was done helping his customer that he help me.I was there to purchase a stereo and speakers. But if you cant even acknowledge me, why would I give them any business. So I walked out and I purchased my stereo system somewhere else. Thats why I am giving it a 1star. Sorry guys!

Jim, Doug & John have done several installations for me. Im picky on my stereo system, especially the quality of the installation! They have done (actually redone, after I tried to save a few bucks and have the factory Ford dealership install an aftermarket stereo) the stereo in my Ford truck, two different boats, and the latest install was my custom IHC Scout. These guys rock! Never had sticker shock after being quoted, never had them show up late or jerk me around. No short cuts on the install work!

It’s been a few months since I got my remote start system put in my car and haven’t had a single issue with it. I was originally going to attempt the install myself but decided against it and took the car to streamline. I gotta say I am happy that I did. These guys do good work!

They sold audio equipment waay back in the day. They dont know it yet but they are going to do 4 doors in my BMW soon? Lol

One could not ask for a more fair & competent shop. The prices are very reasonable and their staff is extremely knowledgeable. They dont sell garbage. Its a very honest atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail and extreme knowledge base these guys have. They listened to what I wanted, gave options and were conscious of any budget I wanted. Then when all was said and done they knocked the sound out of the park. Extremely happy. Highly recommended.

The best in town! Took my husbands sub box in to have it recovered cause Id had some damage one of my pets caused. Not only did they recover it beautifully, I was able to upgrade the subs. The work was beautiful. My husbands reaction was priceless. Everything was perfect. Customer service was spot on super professional. Ill be taking my car in for a upgrade. Hands down the best audio shop in town. I already had a system in my truck, but it sounded absolutely terrible. I took my truck here and the guys told me exactly what was wrong and where I was lacking. They ran over every option with me and didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need or was overpriced for me. The guys also worked around my crazy work schedule which blew me away.I can’t put into words how happy I am with how everything ended up. The truck sounds amazing and they did a great job.

Friendly, helpful, good selection. Cost of install seems higher than others and quoted an interface that was not needed for my car. Mistake would have been found had I used them on the install. Think the are still good choice.

If I could give more stars I would. These guys are great to work with, and the craftsmanship is amazing!! Even 3 years after my install they are still there to help and tune. Buy far the best audio shop I have ever done business with!!

We had a very annoying antiquated security system in our truck that gave us no end of trouble. The people at Streamline removed it in no time flat and at a VERY reasonable price. They were courteous, efficient and got the job done with no fuss. I would recommend them to anyone and will go back if I have further need for their services. Great place!!

This was my second time using Streamline Audio. Just as the first time around, there was no high-pressure sales tactics, no up-selling of equipment we didnt need or want. Jim was very patient with myself and my daughter. He actually listened to our wants and wishes and he answered all the questions we asked of him. He offered several options within the price range we wanted to stay around. He was very knowledgeable about the wide range of products that they carry. In the end we had an excellent car stereo system, speakers and an updated keyless entry system installed at a reasonable price. Even after the sale and install, Jim spent a great deal of time explaining and showing my daughter how to use her new system. Jim was great. Talk about a good experience. Came in with a problem and he listened, we talked about the solution - scheduled and completed in less than 24 hours. Taking all of my vehicle audio to Jim and Streamline from now on.

Took the car in to get windows tinted. Had my appointment at 2pm. One hour later a guy shows up from another business and wants to move my car to another location to tint my windows . I had no idea the car will be serviced elsewhere. When I commented on this matter the guy from streamline audio was rude and arrogant he also asked for money before the service. Very bad experience will never go back for anything and would not recommend either.

Years ago I bought an alarm system from a retailer in Spokane and unfortunately my alarm Fob ended up breaking. I found replacements online and brought them into the shop. These guys way way above and beyond for me. They found the correct brain number to program my fobs and then set it up for me. When I asked what the damage was the reply was you are good to go. They spent about an hour looking up the correct number for the alarm brain and set up the fobs for me, all told I was there for almost two hours and no charge, AMAZING. Not to mention that I was new to the area and these guys were a wealth of info for me on good outdoor rec spots in the area. Great customer service, friendly staff, I will go out of my way to recommend these guys any opportunity I get!

Guys are very nice. But the good review stops there. We bought a vehicle that had a secondary alarm system installed, and shortly after purchasing the car, we began having problems with the key fob not disabling the alarm and generally not working properly. Streamline charged a pretty penny for a new fob, and that helped for a few months. The problem recently started again only was more finicky this time. After going in twice, changing batteries and being on the phone with them 4 times in the past week or so to troubleshoot, they finally tell us its a bad key fob. But instead of fixing it while we were there in the store, we had to be fit in for an appointment. While waiting on that appt my husband tried to leave and had the alarm go off again and now cant get out of the car without setting it off. He has to drive to Car Toys because they have staff on hand willing to help NOW instead of a few days down the road, and they are open later.I cant help being frustrated that Streamline didnt fix it properly either of the 2 times we were in with it this last week and today.Considering how much we paid for that fob, there shouldnt be this kind of hassle.Edited original post to address business response:My husband wouldnt have taken the time to drive to your store if he didnt have the time available. He was told by your staff that there was no way it could be done that day at all so it had to be scheduled out. Its absolutely inaccurate that he couldnt wait to have it done. But even if that had been the case, that was the second time you guys attempted to schedule us out (the first time being a few days out from when I called) instead of allowing us to wait until an employee became available. We certainly wouldnt expect you to interrupt servicing your other customers, however excusing yourself under the premise of an extra busy day does not explain the lack of service or assistance we received by phone on 4 occasions, the other time we stopped in during this ordeal, or the faulty key fob you charged so much for originally. At those prices, having a service need within less than a year should be significantly less hassle than this and you should be more willing to take care of your customers needs than youve shown us.I thank you for the time youve taken to address the concerns here. We did end up getting our needs fully addressed elsewhere.

I went to Streamline based on a number of positive reviews here on Google, and I have to say they deserve all their praise! Price was great, and they were polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Installed everything for me in an hour, configured it, and showed me everything I need to know. They didnt waste time over-explaining basics- once they figured out that I was a technophile, they showed me some of the more in-depth features, giving me exactly what I asked for without trying to upsell. I will definitely go back for other car add-ons.

Streamline AudioWhere to start? Im feeling froggy today. Lets start with a couple key words.Capable, honest, and smart.That describes Streamlines main installer, Jim. He also happens to be the owner. This is a good thing. Why do I say that being the main employee and owner is a good thing? Well, let me expand on that.This is a classic brick and mortar shop. Jim is very proficient, so much that hes held multiple MECP certifications. Some will poo-poo this as needless but Ill retort with it should be an absolute necessity in the type of work he does AND the type of shop Streamline Audio is.Why? It proves that, through testing and mandatory experience before said testing, hes proficient in all aspects of vehicular electronics troubleshooting and theory.Next, Jim is honest. How would I know? Every quote and job Ive had done through his shop has been accurately quoted, under the stated time for delivery, and under the budget as put forth in the quote. Read that again, go ahead, Ill wait.Why is that important? Aside from the obvious which should be kicking you in the backside to use this shop already, in this line of audio and fabrication shop (the audio tuner shop), you will run into so many shops that are big on promises and so very low on delivery where the manager is some stiff behind a desk who has a gorgeous show room with cars all around that cannot quote for beans, doesnt inspect the vehicle, plays bait and switch with the quote, and then blames it on you for bringing your would-be dream vehicle in.*deep breath*Jim is not like that. He understands what the trends are, he has so much under dash time (and it shows), hes not afraid to tell you what is really happening with your vehicle and what the roadmap should be to get it where you want it. All without charging you and arm and a leg or taking your firstborn as payment.Heres a disclaimer (READ THIS AND FOLLOW MY ADVICE):Do NOT get on the phone and ask to diagnose your vehicle over the phone. The best techs dont operate by osmosis. He is one of the best.Bring your vehicle in. Pay for his time to go over your vehicle. Its more than worth it, even if the news isnt the best...its HONEST and SMART for both parties.All my keywords describing Streamline Audio have been covered, capable, honest, and smart.Heres what you should not expect when walking in to the shop:Its not a shop with a bunch of glitter on the walls. What does that mean? It means good people, that its a real shop with real substance, not pipe dream parts and unicorn poop in a flashy container.You have a small shop with four chairs in the waiting area with a TV and a nice home stereo setup to keep you occupied. The shop is compact but not a hole in the wall. Streamline Audio has a multiple vehicle bay. It has room for perhaps four cars on the ground at once if planned correctly. They have the ability to do anything audio related, alarms, aftermarket accessories, and they have the contacts to do tinting at their shop.The most important part about Streamline Audio is the employees. Theyll do like I said, be honest, smart, and capable. Theyre friendly and open. So do the good thing and schedule some time with your ride. Jim and the crew are going to make anything I need happen and love sending me down the road, sounding off, and smiling all the way!

Brought my daughters 2007 FJ Cruiser in for audio repair, self induced, by me, and recieved absolutely professional service at a reasonable price. No up sell, no mocking for being stupid, (I shorted some stuff out), patientance and knowledge while picking out new gear, and on time on budget service. Will absolutely return, and certainly recommend in the future. Thanks for bailing me out, and returning me to hero status in my daughters eyes.

It is nice working with folks who have been doing this awhile, understand auto audio and stay on top of new products. Streamline has got options - went in to get an iPod convertor for my factory deck. Jim let me know what I could do within my budget. I NEVER felt upsold. Turns out the price of decks has come way down and the quality has improved. Got a great-sounding deck for about the same price as the convertor. I added a Hertz amp and speakers - a new line they are starting to offer - and trusted their judgement on how to assemble and install. It is cool having their help in building the system - the same guy that shows you the components does the install AND tunes it for optimum sound. I figure I saved about 30% over Car Toys and drove away with better sound and products. Thanks Jim, Justin, Aaron.
