Absolutely amazing! We got a big passenger van and my husband wanted to totally upgrade the sound system, put in a new deck, DVD player for the kids and backup a camera. We got quotes from 4 places and not only was NBA by far the best price, it was the only place where they felt genuine and not like they were just trying to make the most money off of us. So so happy and the only place we’ll consider for any future car stereo needs!

I cant imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else. Over the past 6 years, Jorge has been my go to shop for any audio install, remote start install, and creative idea. I consulted with him to get a kill switch installed because I am moving a few states away for work where car thefts are common, he had some great creative ideas that I had not considered and I will be bringing the truck in for the install. The price and service is always fantastic. About 6 years ago, he rewired and fixed an install by a previous shop, installed subs, and even stayed late (due to prior wiring) past the shop closing finishing the job. He brought me in the shop and showed me some tips and things about the truck. The remote start I had installed for a family member was extremely well priced and works fantastically. Since I am moving, it will be tough to find another shop that prides itself so much in the work they do, and stand behind that work for years to come.
You know the old saying, quality work + fast work + excellent pricing, pick 2, you cant have all 3? NBA Car Stereo somehow managed to hit all 3 in one go! I brought my moms car, and my own car in, for some electrical wiring work. George and his crew were extremely accommodating even during the COVID-19 pandemic, did excellent work the first time around, and the pricing is supremely attractive. It was extremely easy to make an appointment, and George sure knows his stuff; took us all of about 3 minutes to explain to him what we wanted to have done to our cars, and he did everything perfectly, exactly to the specs that we had requested. If you want excellent quality work with a friendly staff who really knows their trade, NBA Car Stereo is a sure bet!

I cannot say enough good things about the people that own and run this shop. The best customer experience Ive ever had. I came in with the wiring harness issue and I was beyond my depth James took the time to explain what I had done wrong and even went as far as to fix the issue for me without trying to charge me an arm and a leg. If you need audio work done on your car this is the place to go.
My husband and I needed a new key fob for our 03 Explorer and the owner was SO NICE! He had 2 new fobs programmed in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable price also. Well definitely go back if we need help again.

I came just for them to wire a cable but turns out the previews owner messed up the cables and they fixed and and I mentioned that my seat didn’t work and he took care of that at no extra cost when he didn’t have to. super nice People.
Honest, friendly and integrity this is just a few words to describe NBA Auto. One of my speakers stoped working and needed it fixed.I found NBA and Gorge was great took me right away found n fixed the problem an even notice I was missin bulbs n my door an replaced for me as well. Went to this place to have a remote for my car alarm programmed. My alarm brains didnt have a valet switch in it, so I was unable to program it myself. George helped me....he programmed my remote and didnt charge me a thing! He told me to bring him something difficult next time! What great service - what a great experience this was!
I needed a random audio adaptor. They took the time to understand my layout, and demonstrated quick relevant knowledge about the factory system without needing to even look at it.I was able to make the recommended part work as they indicated. It was a little more expensive than I was hoping, but I found it was a worthwhile value to not have hunt around town for the help and hardware that I was able to receive at NBA.The efficiency and honesty of their personal sales and installation representative was a better experience here, than the encounters I have been involved in at the bigger chain stores.I would trust this shop to put together a custom system for me.
I purchased a new car stereo and install kit at a local retail store. I took the new unit and installation products to NBA Car Stereo and they installed my new unit for me. The installation was very fast. The customer service was awesome.I work at the retail store where I purchased my car stereo unit. That retail store does not install the car stereo products which it sells. My customers always ask me where they can get a unit installed after they purchase it. From now on I will refer my customers toNBA Car Stereo. I am very happy with the service I received.
Really fantastic place. I visited several places over the course of a couple of days, listening to their sales pitch to gauge if I could trust them. When I walked into NBA, I was first asked what I was wanting from my audio system. They listened carefully without interruption. After I was done they proceeded to give me a great education on what my options were to achieve the first phase of my audio needs. They did not try to blow me away with smarts and answered all questions at a level that I could grasp. After quite a bit of talk, I was worried if I was wasting their time because of the amount of knowledge they were dropping on me, I feared that the price was going to be way out of my budget. I was assured that this was not the case and they just wanted me to understand what was involved. I was shown what could be done with my budget and what could the future of my system. The finished product is amazing and exactly what I wanted. Do not hesitate, go to NBA!

My visit to car stereo was awesome. I have to say, I didnt expect to be impressed being that I have been to tons of stereo places these last few months looking to get two 12 subs and new twitters for my deck. James was the best by far. Not only was he knowledgeable about their products, but he tuned it to my ears. I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers.
I went to Audio Source to get a previously installed head unit taken out and reverted back to the stock head unit in order to sell my car. I had just spent $500 there getting it installed 3 months prior and they quoted me ~$125 to remove it, and they try scheduling me 2 days out. I brought it to Jorge and he had it out in 20 minutes after I showed up and only he charged me $40. $40 for ten minutes of work might seem like a lot but Id rather go to someone honest about how long it takes rather than go to a place that charges a lot because they make it seem like its a chore to do because of how long it takes or how hard it is.

I was recommended to this place by another car stereo installation place that said that NBA does great work at affordable prices.I went there and spoke with Jorge who seemed to be very knowledgeable. I have a power amp and sub I wanted to add to my newly acquired BMW 525. HE assessed the situation, gave me a very reasonable quote for the amp installation and said that the Sub box containing 1-JL 10 would get lost in this car since the car insulation is so good. ( meaning I really wouldnt be able to hear it)He offered to make a custom panel on the rear deck that would look factory and being that I wanted a musical sound from my subs ( I am a musician and listen to jazz, funk, blues), he was sure that this would be an optimum setup for me, using free air subs and still maximizing my trunk space.The cost was about $700 for the custom work, including the subs and about another $100 for the amp installation. This is cheap for this quality and amount of work!I am super impressed by the work quality as well as the sound quality. I would recommend NBA highly as these guys really know their stuff and wont steer you wrong.
Had a new unit put in my 2010 Toyota Tacoma. Install took an hour, new radio and head unit look and perform flawlessly. Owners were not pushy and very easy to talk to and offered good advice.
Said it would cost 650$ to make sure my wires were good on my system and make a box that is small. Single cab ford ranger. If I had to buy the speakers and an amp and equipment, I would understand. But thats a little outrageous for me...I turned around and bought a box that fit like a dream for 140$ and called it a day. I was trying to THROW 500 at them and it would just take too much time was said about 10 times. Im cool
James is the best! I thought i wanted one thing, but when he walked me through it all and showed me what it was that Id be getting, he helped me shop for what I was actually looking for. I love buying a result instead of a product, and with James thats exactly what i did.
Waste of time being here. They tell you 1 thing over the phone . As soon as you get there the story change and tell you they did not say that.

I spoke with James over the phone about installing a new Bluetooth deck in to my already aftermarket stereo. He was very polite and said that they could get me in and out within an hour. Thats exactly what happened!I am extremely pleased with this company and recommend them to the highest extent. I didnt get upsold on anything at all. Everything I chose was because I wanted it, not because a higher-priced item was being forced down my throat.

I went in for what I was afraid to be a huge fix, I didnt get his name, but the gentleman I had contact with treated me as family. He quickly pulled my truck into the shop and within 5 minutes he had come out to pull me into the garage. He talked to me about the problem, explained to me why things worked the way they did, and showed me how he was fixing them. NBA did a great job on my sound system and HID set up. They had a good selection and got everything I wanted. My only complaint was my headlights took a little while longer to be delivered than I was quoted.Other than that, I was very pleased with my overall expirance and would deffinatally recommend them for any car stereo needs!
They retrofitted a legacy Pioneer deck in my S10 pickup so I could have Bluetooth phone and CD changer control in my rig. I had to search for the components I wanted, but they installed them cleanly and fast.
