Visited this store on a Friday afternoon. I noticed they were a bit busy, and I waited patiently for a few minutes before being helped.They didnt have the sink faucet cartridge I needed, but they gave me the part number for one from a big box store. That part arrived today and it installed perfectly.Im taking this opportunity to say thank you to the gentlemen who helped me get the right part. You guys rock!

I stopped in as I needed advice on my shower head malfunction and they recommend me to a distributor who got me the information on my discontinued product

This is my go to when it comes to plumbing supply. Beings Im not a plumber Im not here very often. I would say once a month. But when the company I work for has issues with broken pipes, spickets, old shut off valves etc. We use these guys. They have helped me work through some issues I was pretty lost on and kept a smile on their face.

Customer service was awesome, particularly for a business that usually works with industry pros. They were patient, helpful and personable. Highly recommend.
