So these folks show up at my neighbors house while Im working on my fence. First off, easily within six feet of me, neither one of the employees is wearing a mask. Strike 1. Then they pull out this giant mulch hose without so much as a word of warning and start spraying it everywhere. I had to run into my house and flush my eyes out just to clear the fine cedar mist they hosed me down with. Strike 2. When I come back out - with goggles this time - to finish my fence repair, they dont even offer an apology. Strike 3.I would literally make my own cedar mulch by hand and spread it myself then ever deal with this organization. After hosing me down with mulch, the only reason I didnt call the police is because they quickly hopped back in their truck and took off.

Showed up at the starbucks next ti my house at 430am and started blowing bark dust everywhere. The truck was so loud it was shaking my house. When i asked them to stop because it was before noise ordinance and illegal they told me to call the cops. Police have better things to do but hopefully this company will get fined. Judging by other posts they dont seem like they should even be in business.

They give you no delivery window so are expected to just wait all day for them, finally showed up at 4:10 after calling their office twice.They are supposed to call 30-60 mins before arrival which they didn’t do.As the other reviewer mentioned zero care for plants, some were completely buried under bark and one was completely uprooted, I can only imagine from them blowing bark directly at it. I asked to have an additional pile of bark left to fill my front flower beds. Why in the world would they leave it on a paver patio instead of on the bark and after asked to move it didn’t move all of it off the patio. AC unit was also not cleaned as I was told it would be.

They left large areas uncovered in-between landscaping; the dust coverage was varied in depth and they blasted, and damaged landscape plants with their blower.
