I own a local repair shop and Chris is THE best parts guy in town, hands down.

I was looking for a Honda part and I was helped very thoroughly. Although i was unable to find the part i needed, i was able to get help finding a specific part number. They ordered a part for me just to see if it would work. When i need parts again i will give them a call. The person working seemed to have an extensive knowledge of European imports. Oh... and they were busy which is usually a good sign. Well maybe not if you are a BMW owner....

Love this place! Been going here for over 10 years for high end oem quality parts! Had to get some spark plugs for my bmw last minute and didn’t realize they closed at 5:30 and not 6 (recently updated hours) and when I got there the mechanics and Chris were already outside locking up, Chris then stayed till 5:44 to get me my spark plugs and saved me another trip! These guys always sell me quality parts which may be a few bucks more, but for the quality the price is always competitive. They also tend to be able to locate hard to find parts and get them in faster than any of the chain parts stores. Really glad to still have a small parts shop like this that is honest with their customers and does what the others cant so that great cars can stay on the road.

Whoever I spoke to regarding bmw pulleys had to have been one of the most emotional sales associates Ive ever heard. Simply stated its cheaper elsewhere, and recieved a 5-6 sentence very quickly explained response regarding such. Sounds like the dude succumbs to some stress at bartosh. Hope he has better days .Still like these guys for when you need them, theyll have the oddball stuff.

Called to ask about welding an O2 bung, seeing as they listed themselves as a muffler shop on google. Answers the phone, asks what I need, so I start responding...then halfway through my question he interrupts and tells me to hold. I am then on hold for 10 minutes, then he picks up and says they cant do it. Then he tells me I am dumb for saying wideband O2 bung, because its the same as an O2 bung. Then he recommends a place to go, and they were equally as rude. Do not recommend them.

The guys are so helpful and they know their stuff! Chris and Paul go beyond the call of duty.
