If I could rate no stars. Phone number doesn’t work says out of service. Ordered 4 big plastic bins for curbside pick up, had to go inside stand online at pick up for them to then bring me my order. I explained I chose curbside pickup the man responded you’re already here. If I could lift the bins I would have. I’m pregnant with sciatica.

Items run out pretty quickly. Expect it to be crowded.I like the diversity. You can see all different types of people.Just ask the staff for help to save times.Enjoy your day!

My return was hassle free, the cashier was very informative. Purchased meats (beef) and was pleased that the ground sirloin was fresh all the way through. But a lot of empty shelves and freezers. Stock was low on quite a few items. Oh and the fruits were tasty.

Unfortunately terrible service, I asked at least 5 different employees and no one could help find things I was looking for even though they had it, bad experience. They offer a lot of things at great prices. But with bad costumer service I dont feel like ever coming back to the store. No body seems to know what are they doing.

The store is half empty ... I found a lot of what I wanted to buy, the rest will have to be ordered on the website. the staff is polite and several times helped me find something that I did not see, many thanks to them for that.

Worst walmart. Iv been to this walmart a few times and every time I regret it. shelves are empty. Looks like they dont like to restock at this location. Parking is a challenge. Rarely find what Im looking for. Long lines. Your better off going somewhere else. If you lack the patience and stress.

No matter the time of day or day of the week this store is crowded. They should somehow organize the store in a better way. Aisles are crowded with people and very hard to navigate the store. Especially by the medications, soaps, and check out lines. The store does have good prices ( as all Walmarts do) however sometimes the negative shopping experience out weighs the good prices.

Shelves are alwayz in scarcity mode! So we go out other Walmarts! This one is heavily shopped! Which is a gr8 thing! We know shipments are delayed . . . but we cant be delayed!

I always come here because is a convenience. The workers need to be more helpful and cheerful. They always have a face, I went a week ago and two employees told me where the iron was and it was a mission for me to find it. They should really know the store.

Good, easiest supermarket to navigate in whole new york city (also, the only Walmart), regardless of it being very huge. I personally dont care to buy electronics or clothing, but it is a great place to shop for groceries, produce and pet care items. Even though I wouldnt buy electronics or clothing, I can understand many people buying for affordable deal.Most of the workers has pretty good idea about the store, but recently I ran into workers who had no clue about the aisle they were working at. Im not really mad, I just believe Walmart service is overall better than that.

Always well stocked. Lines can be long, including self checkout. Sometimes not every register is open. Best to go early in the day. Weekends are insane here. Especially, Saturdays. Very helpful staff and well organized store.

Store is over utilized and and under staffed therefore chaotic. Prives are good as is over a quality. Produce are ok, though some times. Find moldy items mixed in with fresh, this is due to. Short staffing at least in part. Most employees are Friendly and helpful but some of the Mangement are at best Incompitant at doing their jobs and too fast to say they dont know how to resolve a simple Issue. Walmart corporate admits this is a problematic store. Major restaffing and retraining needed at the management level and downward.

I love shopping here. They usually always have what I am looking for. Everyone can be seen working in their natural habitats😅 Have fun looking for workers when you need something. All in all its a great store to shop at and youll find what you need when youre looking for it 9 times out of 10

This area where Walmart Supercenter is located is very different than others..Very busy not well organized.Its best to go early in the morning to beat the crowds and parking issues..

Let me just say frankly, if you need to go to this Supercenter, try to go as early as possible. It is crazy when you go later. You find most e everything you need there - prices are comparable. Overall, it wasnt a bad experience.

This is the most convenient location to NYC. Its well kept, the workers try their best to keep everything clean and stocked. The bathrooms are clean about 80% of the time and they maintain them pretty regularly. Theyre always getting stock and refilling the areas that need it. Sometimes its hard to maneuver between the pallets but at least I know more products are coming in. The lines move the way you would expect them to, sometimes its fast and most times its slow 🤷‍♀️ Self check out is the greatest thing and the workers there are helpful. They recently renovated and increased security, in a helpful but not overbearing way. Overall, not a bad location, especially during the slower / off-peak times.

The stock is fine. Its that checkout, so inefficient. The lines are all over the place, cutting off the ability to shop. The checkout machines frequently malfunction. They have to do better.

Good for those who may be interested, it is a place where the photos of the dishes are beautiful but the service does not know how to attend, the taste of the food is horrible, it wastes a lot of time and then have a bad experience. It was the first time and the last time I go to that place and beware his bill had put me 2 dishes and a drink that was never ordered on the table that made a value of $ 65. Horrible people who work with an attitude like they are forced.

I like to shop here when I need to buy a lot of things for the home. It’s pretty well stocked & organized. I think that the prices are a bit better than my neighborhood market too. I just try to avoid the busy times, like the back to school seasons etc. I also like to come early inthe mornings. I removed a star only because the store always seems to be a bit cluttered to me. I’ve been to Walmart’s out of state and their aisles seem to be more spacious. It can be uncomfortable when there are a lot of people shopping here, especially during this pandemic.

Some good prices. There are better quality clothes in other clothing stores with about the same prices sometimes. But Walmart has some good deals on a lot of things for the home and more

This Walmart Supercenter is well stocked. I would be surprised if you cannot find what you are looking for. However, the store is always crowded and the isles where the clothing are are too narrow. With the prices being reasonable and being able to find all you need though, it is a great place to shop.

The scan and go was closed which created massive lines going up through the isles all the way to the back. As far as being disabled just forget about this store. The carts are either broken or not charged. I dont believe they even disinfect them. They also closed the bathroom one hour before closing. they mustve wanted to go home early or something. I t wasnt even 12am it was 11pm. I love Walmart. Just not this one. Poorly managed store.

I just love Walmart they have the best prices but they did go up on the price of butter. When the do go up on prices they take big jumps but overall they have the best prices

You must go early or after 9pm...love the self check-out...most produce prices are no better than local supermarket chain. a bit difficult finding mens oxfords or a gray pair of pants for a teen. Found most of my items. Ill return when I can better search the aisles.

It might just have been my luck, but the lines here are super long. and is kind of under stuffed I feel like. Also most of the shelves were empty. It is nothing like the super centers you see in upstate or in other states. Very small for a Supercenter

Very poor customer service from security. They have no respect or know how to talk to customers. Not everyone is the same therefore when ask a question answer with respect. Also they need to give security name tags because I would definitely list this individual name. If they have zero start that would be my ratings for this place. Walmart you need to do better at vetting your employees and remind them its our money pays their salaries.

Food aisles were full of the employees who were pretending to fix the shelves but talking loud and joking instead. Also, didnt give space for customers to shop and everyone was complaining about them.There were 7 workers in one aisle with ladders, boxes and carts. Where was the space for customers?! Very rude upon requesting to move.

You know you can always find something affordable at Walmart. However, it could be better managed. Everything is all over the place and they barely have what u are looking for, out of stock. Especially for it to be called a Supercenter. Presentation is everything! What disturbed me is they had a machete you can buy there for $4.99. Real big and sharp. No questions asked. No good with the world we live in. Its also convenient to know they let you use the restrooms. Very important wherever Im going. Lines are a bit slow and long too. No one ever greets or assists you. Also, many people try to run you over. Avoid rush hours. Could be better but happy one is nearby city.

It is best not to go on weekends, unless you like being in crowds lol. Morning times are best.

I went there couple time and also today I am looking for roll skate they don’t have it if somebody looking for this kind of stuff I’mNot gonna recommend because it’s couple, but I like the store you can’t found everything it’s cool, everybody wearing mask but no social destination, people so close to each other free parking also!

Walmart is always awesome. Great deals and great products. With great price tags, comes great amount of attraction. With this being said, long lines are always going to be an issue. Other than having only two or three registers open while employees chat about their plans later on, it’s a great location to grab deals!

They are not breastfeeding friendly. The manager Michael refused to speak with me about breastfeeding accommodations and one of the store associates suggested i nurse my daughter in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusted.

This is a great site but super crowded always, sometimes its a hit or miss on items we look for. Other than that I see the employees tried their best to replenish the shelves.

Dirty, empty shelves and rude staff not all but the few we ran into heading out. The staff members that were assisting on the floor were except one who I saw yelling at women for moving something that was clearly out of place so she can get by. Smh Some of their staff need better training.

Always crowded and no cart. Workers dont care to collect carts from parking lot. Unfortunately all buyers bring their things to car by cart and leaving cart right there.

Hello everybody i was in walmart supercenter yesterday just getting a couple of things and the one thing i noticed how much they had the big gallon of mazola cooking oil $20 compared to c-town foodbazzar where they selling it for $30 so if you like cooking alot and u use alot of oil then if you have a car u can take a nice drive i mean i know its just saving $10 but the way things are now if you have a chance to save why not go for it i purchased two which came out to $40 now if i would have got two of the $30 dollar one it would have came out to $60 so u see the difference hope ya liked my review thank you.

No problems will there except I must have come on a bad day in terms of restock. The shelves in certain departments were very bare, which is tough when you are looking for specific things. My only real issue was that I picked a watermelon that seemed good like from the outside, and the thump test. But, when I cut into it like the next day it was rotten. So that was a bummer. Couldnt been me. But, I dont typically pick up rotten melons as good ones.

This place is stocked full of great price items and produce. Choose your time wisely and you will not be flustered.

This place isnt too far from where I live. I can also avoid the toll going to Staten island and the traffic going to Queens. Parking is plenty. The deals are great. Food, clothing, school supplies, and almost anything you can get at Target, but cheaper.

This Walmart has excellent wiper blade section. They had the sizes I needed, and the have a variety of other brands and sizes. The fact that this store is open late when I needed to get something they were open that’s priceless. The staff are really friendly and are always available when I need help. We will be back again.

This is good place to buy oneself with time. They have Casio, Timex, as well as other brands of wristwatches available.

They need to hire more cashiers, and they dont collect their shopping carts often enough. You will rarely find one close to the entrance. I try to avoid this particular location, unless Im picking up a prescription from the pharmacy. I dont get a discount for checking myself out, and only use self checkout under extreme circumstances. Im retired and my days working retail are over!!

Sales floor associates was very helpful. I went to the restroom and left my cart at the pickup area and 2 associate came to find out if I was picking up an order.

Walmart normally gives me a great shopping experience, however I visited 2 different Walmart shopping centers in the past 2 days and both were horrible visits, I regret not taking pics in both stores. The shelves were literally bare. There was nothing to shop for! Very disappointed!

Nothing to write home about but the store is messy. The staff is very nice. Most of the stock is gone. Its not a superstore either too small.
