Terrible costumer service. I felt disappointed because they have this great store with awesome prices and great selection for everyone but yet employees are very rude, no all of them but most. Unless they want people to buy online only.

Associate 71103000 and manager at the time of shift were very helpful and insightful. I bought a fragrance from 34th street location went on vacation to NOLA and found my bottle of TF Oud empty, the fragrance was soaked in the the otherwise perfectly displayed box. The bottle itself was shedding it’s foil lettering from the cologne spill.I spoke to Macy’s customer service over the phone and they directed me to come in store. To my surprisebin was greeted with empathy and despite them not carrying that same fragrance was given the suggestion of an alternative. I couldn’t be more impressed at the level of customer service received. It’s great to shopWith confidence again.

Come to Macy’s on the right day and you will be saving a lot of money., There earlier or later and you will pay full price. So if you come here or you don’t see any cell ask when is the next sale and then you’ll know when is the right time to come here for shopping. Macy’s is an iconic store but I always like to shop at.

I went th we re to use the bathroom.. after using yhe bathroom the wonderfully diverse array of mens clothing had me thinking of every male family members.. I RAN LIKE THE WIND OUT OF THERE!!!!

This was actually the first time Ive been back to the mall since the pandemic and as usual Macys was amazing! I was able to find what I was looking for and got it at bargain prices.

I have always gone to this men’s Macy, however the last 2 times this tall gentlemen( undercover loss prevention) has followed me on both occasions. The first time he made me so nervous that I kept having to make sure my son was right next to me because I wasn’t sure why tf he was following me. Yesterday I went to make a return but decided to look for a gift for my nephew in the Nike section, all of a sudden this guys comes from wherever he was and randomly started going through racks. I realized he was undercover when I saw him messing around with the cashier girls. Anyways he made me not even want to bother shopping if I’m going to be followed. Probably won’t go back to here unless I’m desperate.

Very good lots of sales and discounts

Terrence was so helpful to us, answering all our questions and even following up by email afterwards to provide additional info on how to handle some of our more custom requests. Made it very pleasant to go couch shopping -- this place is definitely worth a visit because prices arent much higher than the discount stores but the quality difference is considerable. Also very easy store to park and navigate, with good hours so you can go after work.

Stunning store, but expensive. There were no promotions

They have such a limited selection of sizes and variety. What is the purpose of having a store if everything needs to be ordered?

The store needs to be more organized and since the trial room is closed becomes difficult to buy something without trying it on..if these two things are fixed then I would definitely give them a 5 star 🙂

Its April 16 thNone of the Macys fitting rooms at the Green acres mall are open 🤷‍♀️why ?The stores smell Stale, clothes are dry rotted.Keep in mine when you buy anything from the Green Acres .Macys at Green Acres need to have a DRY ROT SALE 😖

My friend was doing last minute Fathers day shopping.

Went to pick up a package. 2 registers open and only like 5 people ahead of me on line but I waited at least 30 minutes probably more. Oh and forget trying to do curbside pickup. Itll tell you someone is coming but they never do.

It was clean and organized. However, need more direction to open registers. I stood in line for at least 15 minutes and the business was dead. This is unacceptable.

I love giving my business to Macys ! I always have a nice experience in any Macys store . I do have a favorite, Macys in Manhattan, best store by far ! Please keep up ur excellent work, and thank you for the Thanksgiving day parade and the fireworks on the 4th of July . Peace

They had what I needed. They didnt have any sales on my items. The customer service representative who cashed me out was rude. He needs help with his customer service skills.

Not really a Macys person this one can be better if they would like bloomies where everything was out in the open I mean its all cluttered to me the prices are way too high even their sales so for you people shop Macys is great for you Im not a follower Im a leader so I dont shop Macys let me correct that I used to the only thing I get out of Macys if they got a good sale its Adidas pumas clocks and if they have Coach not all Macys have coach and thats about it

Why is returning items at macys more difficult than placing it in their box and shipping it back?? there is a reason why this retailer is failing!

I have gone there twice already since Christmas and the same nasty attitude. No one wants to help, if someone is available they dont know what they are doing. Talking to a manager is like talking to your kids when they know they are wrong. I hated my experience here and will go to another store from now. Just horrible! I dont think employees should have their cellphone es on them or make personal calls from their cell phones once on the companys clock.

Macys corporate needs to step up and give this location back its employees hours because it was disgustingly understaffed despite it being a Saturday and also presidents day + Valentines weekend. Macys if you treat your employees right they are more likely to put in an effort to their work. Every worker there was apathetic to anybodys questions.

Did have any kitchen products or housewares.

The lady in the exchange/return section was very helpful and so nice...was a pleasure.

In my opinion, this picture looks more messy than the actual look of the store during the many times Ive been there. The store is always neat and well organized except for the small area of discounted items - which I dont see as a problem. The only issue Ive experienced there is with a particular clerk who expressed a mean facial gesture while at the checkout, because I forgot to let her know upfront that I had an item to return. But that didnt worry me because I know shell do it to someone else wholl let her have it.

Good selection, good prices, and lines move fairly fast. Macys is always a good go to for clothing, accessories and fragrance needs.

Awesome customer service by Orlando and cashier

Extremely unorganized. Poor management. The manager Pat does a poor jod of scheduling cashiers during the busiest time of year. They have so many people on the floor, and most of the registers are closed. She stated that the cashiers jave to social distance, but the lines have 30 people waiting, no way to social diatance. Macys needs to do better. Wont patronize again.

Very interesting place. You can find almost everything. Plenty of staff unlike many stores. One employee who was unable to assist me directed me to another store in the mall. Been going there for years.

Macys still has wide range of Designers and fashion.. Basically quality clothes at good prices. The Sales help are very friendly. This jacket looks right out of the 1980s..Macys has something for everybody!

Sadly to say,not much of a wide selection. Very pricey, and not the quality I sought. Only made a purchase after much thought and comparison. Additionally, the gift cards didnt justify the purchase. More bang for your bucks elsewhere. - Mr. S.C.

Really friendly and helpful associates, did not give us grief for returning items bought online during the COVID pandemic (some stores will have you return each individual item at the specific floor and/or register associated with the brand). Good number of items and larger sizes in stock.

I returned a Christmas present with no challenges, and the cashier was very friendly. Then I made a visit to the mens dept and found a 85.00 sweater for a older male family member for 32.00.Very happy

It was nice I found what I wanted but there was a Sean John suit that I seen a couple of months ago I wanted to buy it someone told me that there only available in the summertime it was an all-white suit.

Got what I went for... Great services. Took a little patient to get what needed to wear for work. They have it but its in the room. Thank you very to lady that help me this evening...

I had a great experience. Everything was on sale and the service was good, as long as you treat people with respect and be friendly. No one wants to work on a Saturday, so cut the workers some slack and theyll be helpful.

The woman fragrance sections is great especially sales person Sheryl, she made go above my budget and it was worth every penny.

Marsha who works in the Mens department of Macys at Green Acres mall is instrumental and has a keen eye for fashion. She has helped myself as well as other shoppers choose outfits to suit them and the occasion. She is a bright and shining Star at Your corporation. Kudos to Marsha

Do not go there !!! It’s a horribale place. I went there to make a purchase and couldn’t seem to get anyone to help me, the store was a mess, stuff was everywhere . The only this good about this location is lots of parking .

Im giving this place 2 stars, not Macys overall but the store at Green Acres Mall. I place an order for in store pickup on 12/1, which is usually ready within 2 hours from when the order is accepted. I placed the order in the afternoon but was not notified untill the next day it was ready for pickup. Strike one. Then the line for online pick up was combined with the customer service and returns line. Very long wait. Strike 2. There was only one person manning the customer service line. Strike 3. Horrible experience at Macys Mens store Green Acres Mall.

One stop fashion store. I use Macys for all my clothing needs including my shoes and sometimes perfume. They store a lot of high range brands and I can assure they mostly always have a promotion going on. So try them and thank me later.

Good sales but check out wait time was really long for a short line.

It is completely separate from women and children which gives the location more space. Clean and well stocked.
