This place is great ONLY if the owner ISNT there. The Hispanic young male was incredibly helpful on day one and came with me 3 blocks away to start my car, which he succeeded doing. Good man, I appreciate it.However the next day I called and the owner (Indian descent) said he is sending an employee 3 blocks away, yet 2hrs later no one came. Had to use a different mechanic. Its obvious who makes an effort and who couldnt care less.

Car is running smoothly after having a hard time finding parts for my MKT. ROGER the owner was easy 2 deal with and made this transaction smooth as possible 😎 He is now my main guy

Raja is the most honest mechanic you will ever meet. I read the great reviews on here so I decided to take my car here because as a female I am weary of mechanics trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He was a God send. He diagnosed my car, found it was a transmission problem, called his transmission guy that told him that they had a recall in transmissions for my car. He called and made an appointment at the dealer for me and told me if they gave me any problems that I should call him and he would help me or do the job for less if they tried to charge me. He didnt have to do that he could have taken the job and charged me, Im so happy that I found him! He will now be my mechanic for life and I am recommending him to all my friends!

My car broke down in the middle of the night out of no where. Nothing major but certainly not drivable. I called every mechanic on Google search and no answer. I called Merrick Auto Repair and they arrived within minutes to check out the problem. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable! Definitely recommend!

I came in one day looking for a used car, they have many great models to choose from. Then the owners son had approached me and said “don’t worry you can get this nice BMW 335i” I looked @ him and said “ I need a moving vehicle” great place love it.

I had to leave my car for repairs and it took three (3) weeks. After picking up my car and the repairs were not completed I noticed over 100 miles added to the odometer. Not thinking much of it, I then received a parking ticket notice in the mail. They were driving my car in Queens and Brooklyn for weeks. Not very trustworthy. Should a mechanic be using your vehicle as their own transportation?
