Top Notch Service ! I have been using this location for the past 5 years to perform regular schedule maintenance and other various repairs. Navin and his Staff are knowledgeable, reliable, and above all professional. Would highly recommend this Meineke for most services including diagnostic, and major auto repairs.

I was kind of disappointed. I was expected to be greeted in a much more professional way. I didnt feel that. The guy that I spoke to, was kind of standoffish. And to top it off, he was eating. Reliable business. Im extremely selective with who works on my car. I had all 4 brakes done and my car rides like new. Im so pleased with the quality in their work. Jason and his team were professional, knowledgeable and efficient! You will not be disappointed.

This place came to me as highly recommended by a good friend of mine . To say I am disappointed is a understatement. Not only were the party’s way over priced when compared to competitors (108$) dollars for spark plugs but also the fact I was charged two and half hours of labor for simply switching spark plugs and one filter. Terrible experience do not trust their company motto of the “ best pricing”

I would like to thank the guys at meineke in Valley stream. I heard a noise coming from my rear wheel while driving and had it checked by another mechanic. I was told just drive it and the sound will stop. Thankfully I got a second opinion, it was my wheel bearing that needed replacement. The squeaky sound is no more. As a woman you are always reluctant to do business at auto shops for fear of being taken advantage of but I highly recommend this auto shop.

Called up and told them my exhaust had a crack. Jason told me to come right in. They got my truck up and showed me everything and fixed it at a great price and all with in the hour. I took a look after and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Fully recommend this place.

My only issue is I had to wait almost 2 ( TWO ) hours for the part to come in

Called this location 2 times prior this week coming in to confirm that I will be there at 830 am. Got there on time and was told someone was ahead of me, they just opened and I was the first one there to make sure I was in on time being that this is my only day off I wanted to do this as soon as possible. Was also told to park on the side and wait in my car....waited 20 mins and nothing..called american muffler and they said come right in..gave me better prices and my car is right in no problem as I write this review. Do better Meineke, especially if a customer calls in to confirm an appointment.

Best price and service ever

This was the first time using them. I wanted to try a company that had a brand name behind them. I was so tired of getting the run around, bad service, high cost, and inexperienced people. I have to say that I am beyond happy! The service was exceptional. The work was detailed. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would 100% recommend them and I will definitely be bringing my car back for service.

Website is not updated to store operations. Made and confirmed appointment for 7:30 for oil change, along with downloaded 30% off coupon. Shop opens at 8:00,as posted on door, plus shop was unaware of the website coupon. However the work was preformed in a professional and timely manner

The service was quick and efficient. They were friendly and honest. They told me what I needed and didn’t try to get over on me. They could easily have told me I needed a whole new muffler but they didn’t. The muffler was fine just an attachment broke. I was in and out in about 30 mins.

The things I value in a mechanic are honesty transparency and friendly customer service. Jason and the team at Meineke are all three rolled into one. Love this place! As a woman, Ive been to mechanics and shops that have tried to sell me unnecessary repairs; thats never the case here. The staff is courteous, honest, and they work fast and efficient; and I am always told up front (and shown) any problems with my car and given options to work with. Ive been coming here for about three years and recommend to anyone looking for reliable and honest work.

As a female its very intimidating going into a mechanic shop, especially not knowing anything about cars. I had a problem with my car and I honestly didnt know what it was. My car was making a loud clanking sound, and felt like it was running out of gas, but the tank was above the halfway mark, and I just happened to be driving pass this Meineke, had no choice but to turn in. Well let me tell you, best decision ever. they fully explained everything to me without me feeling belittled whatsoever, & by the end of the conversation I actually understood what was wrong with my car and confident with their solution to fix it. But that wasnt even the best part, I have an autistic son, who is very loud at times, Jason, and the rest of his team was so very nice to him, kept checking up on him while we were waiting, to see if he needed anything. That meant a lot to me, I will definitely be taking that 45min drive to this shop again for any maintenance my car may ever need in the future. Cant put a price on that type of customer service. 👍

They got me in right away to check out a used car I bought which needed full brakes replaced. Great service, pricing was up front and reasonable, and I was back on the road within a few hours.

What can I say Meineke came through for us when our car was stranded at Sonic drive-in. They were courteous and knowledgeable and honest. Their prices were incredible and the work was done super fast. They are not out to rip you off at all. The staff and the owner were great to work with. The mechanics were super nice and did a great job on what needed to be fixed. They even honored certain coupons for percentage off of the labor and parts Im definitely going back to get my brakes done.

If you value your time I advise you stay far away from this place. If they didn’t have the Meineke name behind them they would cease to exist. They started taking parts off of my car before test driving it. Once he takes all the parts off he then informs me they wouldn’t be able to do the job because the parts they have aren’t the correct one for my vehicle. He then charges me $50 for taking my old parts off and putting those same exact old parts back on. Tells me to come back tomorrow I ask how much it will be tomorrow all he could say was we will work something out. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. STAY FAR AWAY

I’ve been picking up nails and scrap metals In my tires lately. And I’ve had to get my tires patched. Both times, I was dealt with honestly and expeditiously at Meineke. One time, I went to the Mavis Tires on Merrick in Lynbrook. And now looking back, I’m sure the gentleman working there lied to me to get me to purchase a tire. The guy at Mavis told me my tire was unfixable. Now having fixed two tires at Meineke, one that was leaking air even worse than the one I had replaced at Mavis, I’m almost certain I was dealt with dishonestly at Mavis. Trust is very important in the car service industry- knowing that you’re being dealt with honestly, and not being taken advantage of due to your lack of knowledge about cars. I would recommend this Meineke to others and would return. They appear honest and not like they’re trying to rip you off.

Jason and his team attended to the car quickly and addressed the problems. They will give you suggestions and things that you need to do to keep your car running.

They are animals. I got a flat tire right in front of their business and the told me they couldn’t do it because they were busy. Left me stranded. I didn’t have a wrench to have anyone help me. He just walked away and told me to move my car.

Was told my vehicle was a California emissions but when I checked the emissions sticker under hood it showed federal emissions. A car with Calif emissions price on parts goes way up.
