They kept my dad’s car for 5 days and charged him a lot for the work but didn’t do their job. My dad is still having the same issue with his car. They are very unprofessional and just want their money without doing what they’re getting paid for. I do not recommend! If it was possible, I would’ve given them a negative rating but had to give 1 star because that is not possible. That is how disappointing my dad’s experience with them was.

Managed to charge $1500 on an AC repair and after taking it to another mechanic, my car had some parts missing

So I began going to this place to get my 2005 bmw x3 air conditioner repaired. I took it there two and the mechanics performed that same service and gave it back to me . There claimed they charged my a.c. both times it didnt work and instead of performing something different the 2nd time they gave me antifreeze and chaged me again . by the time i got half way down the street imy a.c. wasnt working again. go some place else

If I was able to give 0 Stars that would’ve been a plus! I brought in my vehicle to this shop because these mechanics claimed to be “BMW SPECIALIST” but based on my experience they weren’t. Instead of them telling me that they couldn’t resolve the issue that I had, they sent my vehicle to BMW of Freeport without discussing it with me, mind you BMW charges $200 an hour. Who was going to pay that? This is the first time I’ve ever spent money on a repair that wasn’t resolved. Now I’m $500 in the hole because of this place. STAY AWAY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Everything and everyone here is awesome! By far the best BMW/MINI specialists Ive interacted with. My car is my baby and they treated it with the same care. The pricing makes you wonder why anyone would ever want to pay the Dealer service prices. What also attracted me to this shop was the fact that they always have M cars in the driveway and they also specialize in tuning and high performance mods.

These guys definitely know what they are doing. Real cool workers, Ranny, Rick, Dee and the rest of guys are very humble guys and very knowledgeable. Took my e92 335xi to get FBO - Downpipe, Chargepipe, Intercooler, JB4 as well as thrust arms installed. They gave me a great price, cheaper than other shops I took it around to.
