I would describe the management at SA as imprudent and Incompetent as they are also oblivious to consumer demand. Frank couldnt even cough up a number, just quoted its gonna be expensive adding to the rude dialogue he engaged me in. And adding more insult to injury. What is evident is that that organization is aloof, and uncompassionate for they are not looking out for your best interest. In addition that business suffers from manners of stinginess, and greed. As they will soon come to regret. Note these guys will pull the wool over the eyes of many. And its not parody, they will assume the worst possible solution. For example, I was lead to believe that in part a restoration would be neccessary. Thats 2 brand new rear shocks as opposed to merely repairing the one side housing unit that needed to be rebolted or possibly welded and installing one new shock absorber. The threads on the old shock bolt were not even in that bad of shape. After I left the shop a buddy of mine managed to find bushing mounts and fastened it to spec. Those were his own qualitative assessments. Not S.As. The reasoning behind it is simply labor projections. This job isnt even on an empirical scale, its being able to properly fit air suspensions. But profit is alway considered I can tell you that much. Granted I was the first customer, got there as early as possible. I expected more resolve as its needless now for me to get to even more detail. For I also had an engine issue and was dissuaded not to pursue the job. It was way to foggy in there for me, save for uncovering my problem they charged a small service fee. I hadnt been in there 10 minutes. Money thrown away. And people wonder why this business has a score card littered with poor ratings.

These guys are always very fairly priced and the quality of their work is excellent. I drive an old Lexus and they always charge by the work not the vehicle type. Today I lost a keepsake item through my grille and it went into my engine splash guard. They dropped the pan down and retrieved my keepsake and o ly charged me a few bucks for their time. Im most appreciative.

If you are looking for a neighborhood shop look no more. Very affordable prices very fair. The staff is very nice and friendly. The owner even offered me to use his car while mine was being repaired when I had an emergency. I trust them to keep my Jeep running as the miles are starting to pile up.

Don’t ever go here unless you don’t care about your car much. I went to get a part replaced and it wasn’t adjusted properly so I had to come back AGAIN to fix it. I watched the young mechanic drive my car too fast into the garage and noticed after the poor job was done that I had multiple scratches on my front bumper.. the owner lied to my face and said it wasn’t them. The reviews come from their friends or family which are all middle eastern men like the guys who work there. I would’ve pursued them for fixing the damage but there’s no camera in their garage and the owner was already lying so I didn’t even bother. They also don’t follow the labor rate and charge according to the type of job it is no matter how quick it’s done which is robbery. Please think before you bring your car here.

Straight forward people who get the job done.Due to Covid-19 I was expecting delays (obviously), so being patient is key. DO NOT GO HERE. They are a rip off. I went to change my Jeep Wrangler shocks and it was installed incorrectly. They cut the cover to make it look proper which fell off after I drove off. After I left, I noticed the steering alignment is way off. They did not test the vehicle after installation. I went back and the owner told me he only installed shocks and does not do alignment. Who install new shocks and does not realigned the wheels or test the car? They offer horrible service and are very expensive. They even offer to charge me more than it cost to install the shocks to align the jeep. Please think before heading over to this place.
