Got there @ 8am was in and out by 10:30am. Fast and informative service. came in with a list of issues that I knew about but kept to myself. they diagnosed and found all and gave me a great price on the services. Even got a few perks, nice guys that go beyond what I was expecting from a small shop. will definitely go here again and again.

This is the only place I trust with my truck. I get the best service and prices. Ive been treated like family since day one and have recommended friends and family that go their for their needs. I can always count on an honest answer of what needs to be done and not be over priced.

Showed up around 4:30, and they were very helpful. Work ended up even going past closing time and they still treated me very nicely with no signs of them trying to throw me out or hurry me along. Really appreciate him also being very transparent with the pricing of parts and labor so overall a great experience.

I been going to these guys for about 3 years now, they are very attentive and very respectful with the work. I go in and usually am in and out within a proper time it would take one to do the work. The prices are good and the work is even better, if you tryna get your work done and not break the bank while doing definitely visit these guys.

Asad is a scam artist. He put rusted caliper and rusted tire rods in my car and charged me 1800$. Scam scam scam. This business needs to be reported scamming hard working people for there hard earned money

The guy name is Asad Riaz is not trustable,I trusted and I lost $1400 .We bought Nissan exterra and he lied to us and next week we towedTwice to another nearly mechanic and it cost us 1400 hundred dollars . Our mistake is that we trust Asad if we check everything even the title he didn’t show us before, we were never gonna buy this.According to title mileage the price should be $4000 and he charge $5800 from us.

I just moved into the area and unexpectedly I got a flat tire. I went to the gas station, and the gas attendant directed me to ARC Special Automotive. The auto mechanic was quick to detect there was a nail in my tire and patched it up in less then 10 minutes. I met Mr. Chaudhry the owner and he was very professional and we spoke about general maintenance. I came back the same week for general maintenance. My car received the best maintenance. Avoid this shop and save your money and time. Didnt do proper alignment, Didnt replace the brakes properly. When I asked to fix the issues from their services they denied. I reached out to them a month lator when I had to travel upstate to atleast fix the alignment they completely avoided and said come tomorrow... which is lameUpdate: The owner replied to my review as lying and stated the screen shot attached.However their service bill wont lie... image attached.Also he said that he did wheel balance which was a lie, I had to go to a local tire shop and pay again for wheel balance. Hopefully proves, who is lying and scamming.

1st time for synthetic oil change, brake pads and a tire that had a slow leak. Had to come back because oil light went on I was taken right away and assured all is ok. They checked my tire which needed a plug and I was on the road again. So far so good. They are very assuring.

This shop is amazing!!My hummer H3 broke down on my way to work. I took it here and found out it needed a brand new transmission. They changed the transmission in 2 days. The owner was very nice to us. They showed us the new parts and the old part of the car. We did not have a mechanic but after all his hard work, he is the best. I recommend his service to anyone.He is a good guy!!

Me and my Dad had a problem with our car. Arc helped push the car to there shop and found a brake line poped. They were kind and helpful enough to pick up the brake line from there supplier because the supplier wasn’t able to deliver. Totally cheater, unskilled mechanics and fraud.Specially the manager of workshop IMRAN he has beared are very bad, rude and try to show more problems in customers vehicle to get morerepair works then Charged customers to much. Please Stay away thesecheaters.They charged me $1800 for just change Timing Belt set.

Never went there to do business

Felt like I got hustled during an inspection. After letting them do the repairs, my steering wheel is now out of alignment. Then the tried to overcharge me for an alignment and they never fully corrected it. Instead, tried to make up some other issues with my vehicle.
